I recently ordered McDonald's through the Uber Eats app, and unfortunately, for the third time, significant items were missing from my order, leaving one of my children without a meal. I was supposed to receive 6 free mini donuts for spending $25, but not only were those missing, my 6-piece Nuggets were also absent, and when I requested a refund, it was denied. Despite my attempts to contact the store, their phone line seems to be constantly busy. To complicate matters, the driver initially delivered to the wrong building and only returned my order partially, still missing items. I have provided photos of the incomplete meal and receipt to Skip the Dishes for reorder purposes, incurring an additional delivery fee. It's frustrating that I am essentially paying for items I never received, and even with evidence, a refund is not being offered. I am disappointed in the customer service and would appreciate a resolution, like a refund or vouchers. If that is not possible, I would like my account deactivated.

I am contacting you in regards to a promo code issue I encountered on Uber Eats. The promo code was supposed to apply a discount reducing the total amount to 15.49 pounds, but upon checking my bank account, I was charged the full 29 pounds. Despite providing evidence through the receipt emailed to me, Uber's customer service was unhelpful and claimed there was nothing they could do. This lack of assistance is disappointing as a long-time customer who believed in Uber's reliability. I would appreciate any guidance on obtaining a refund for the discrepancy.

I placed an order with a promotional offer of £12 off, so I expected to pay only £8.42. However, my PayPal account was charged the full price. This was my first time using the app, and if I'm going to be scammed like this, I will not use it again. I plan to share my experience on social media as a nurse working long hours. I was tired and took advantage of what I thought was a good offer, only to be deceived. Please don't make offers and deceive people; it's unjust and now I'm out of pocket. I ordered extra food as a treat because of what I thought was a generous offer, only to end up with cold and soggy food delivered over 45 minutes later. After over an hour of waiting, half of my order (the kids' food) hasn't arrived, and the half that did come is cold. I can't complain about the cold food because I've already reported the missing items. Every recent order I've made has had issues. If you can't provide the service, don't charge for it. At 10 PM, because I trusted your service, I had to find alternatives for my kids' dinner. The food that did arrive went straight in the trash because reheating McDonald's burgers is unappetizing. The service keeps getting worse; it's always a problem ordering through you.

I need to file a complaint regarding one of your drivers who took some of my food. I ordered a 12-piece wing from Hunts Bros Pizza through Uber, but the driver, a Caucasian girl in a blue Kia truck, ate 5 of my wings. I spent $20 plus a tip, and she ate my food before delivering it. I am upset and unable to eat the remaining wings due to Covid concerns. Upon entering a promotion code during checkout, I was directed to the payment page only to receive an error message prompting me to select an alternative payment method as the full price would apply. Subsequently, I was unable to utilize the promotion code and encountered messages indicating that it had already been applied. This situation was particularly frustrating as I had spent time selecting my order while anticipating the discount. I believed this was an isolated incident initially, but experiencing the same problem again, when I relied on the codes to afford my meals, was disheartening. I subsequently switched to a different delivery service with functioning promotional codes. The codes I attempted to use were "2021LWRD" (supposedly usable twice for €10 off orders exceeding €15) and "EATSNL2104" (offering €20 off orders over €1 until the 21st of this month). Despite the former being stated as usable twice, I received an error message after the initial attempt, falsely stating it had already been applied. Navigating your customer support options proved difficult as the website and app only provided FAQs, and emailing [redacted] yielded an automated response indicating the inbox was unmonitored. Subsequently, I resorted to using "getHuman" to establish contact. This recurring issue and lack of accessible support have left me dissatisfied with your service, as it entailed wasted time and effort without any resolution. My delivery from Mary Lambert's was significantly delayed. I relied on the estimated delivery time provided by the app, expecting my food to arrive before 3 pm so I could have it before starting work. Despite this, the food did not arrive even by 2:30 pm. When I contacted the restaurant to cancel, they mentioned that the food was not due until 2:50 pm, contradicting the app's information. It is evident that they take longer than the predicted time for delivery. The restaurant refused to cancel the order, leaving me no choice but to request a refund since I had to leave for work. Dealing with both the restaurant and Uber has been a challenge due to their lack of customer service. I urge for a refund promptly as this experience has been frustrating.

I placed an order through Uber Eats at Wawa on Lodi in NJ. My order number is #713D7. While I have ordered from this place before, this will be my last time due to consistent issues. This time, my order arrived with missing items and lower quality replacements. I requested several toppings on my burger but only received lettuce, cheese, and ketchup. The other paid toppings like tomatoes, spinach, onions, grilled onions, caramelized onions, and bacon were missing from the sandwich. Additionally, a $6 hoagie was entirely missing from my order. I am seeking a refund for the missing items. The customer service experience was also unsatisfactory as when I tried to contact the manager, the worker who answered was rude, pretended not to hear me, and eventually hung up on me.

I placed an order with White Castle with an estimated time of arrival at 1:20 pm. The driver picked up my food at 12:41 pm, but then the ETA changed multiple times. Eventually, the driver called to inform me he wouldn't make it by 1:36 pm. I noticed he was nearby but stopped at a location for 15 minutes. When he arrived at 1:46 pm, he just left my food on the steps. By then, the milkshake had melted, the fries were hard, and the bag wasn't properly sealed. It seemed like some fries were missing. This negative experience with Ubereats on my first use has left me disappointed, and I doubt I'll be using the app again.

Hello, I need assistance regarding an UberEats order issue. The restaurant confirmed they never prepared my order, yet Uber refuses to refund me despite this evidence. Hello, I ordered a meal through Uber Eats from Pizza Hut Delivery (Finchley) last night. My order number is #A10AD and the total was £36.77. Unfortunately, I did not receive the order, and no one contacted me. Despite waiting outside, no delivery driver arrived. When I called the restaurant, they were unhelpful and did not offer any assistance. According to the delivery update, the driver supposedly tried to contact me, but I was unable to reach them directly as the number provided was not valid. When my partner went to check, they only saw a person in a car, not on a bike, who did not have any food with them and left after a few minutes. When we contacted Pizza Hut, they were unprofessional and directed us to contact Uber Eats for assistance. The driver did not return the food or come back to the restaurant, which is nearby. While reviewing my bank statements last night, I noticed a transaction on my debit card for Uber Eats that I did not authorize. I have never used my debit card for Uber Eats before, and therefore, I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges totaling $47.06 and an additional $8.47. Despite my card being with me the entire time, the transaction still went through without my knowledge. I contacted my bank, but they were unable to assist me as the transaction had already been processed. I did not receive the order, and I am unsure how my card was used without my consent. I am hoping to resolve this issue and get a refund for the charges.

I am Federica De Luca, a loyal customer of Uber Eats using the phone number [redacted]. Recently, I encountered a significant issue with your service and delivery person in Parma, Italy. Unlike any previous delivery experience, the delivery individual failed to ring the doorbell upon arrival at 21:45, well past the scheduled time. Instead, he briefly called with one or two rings, promptly leaving without allowing sufficient time for us to respond. Despite my efforts to reach him, he hastily departed, returning to the restaurant within minutes. Regrettably, due to the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions in Italy after 22:00, I was unable to retrieve the paid food. Consequently, I went without dinner that evening, feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I attempted to order food from UberEats, specifically KFC Rennes. I verified the address several times, even cross-referencing with Google Maps to confirm. Despite my efforts to delete old addresses on the web interface, the system continued to display conflicting addresses on different devices. Frustratingly, although I successfully added the new address through the web interface, my order was still sent to the old address. The order page also reflected the outdated address, despite my attempts to input the correct one. I hold Uber Eats responsible for the mishap as their web interface does not allow users to remove old addresses, unlike the mobile app which consistently displayed the correct address. While the cost involved is minimal, I find it unfair to be charged due to the platform's address management issues. It is important to clarify that my frustration is directed at Uber Eats and not the delivery driver or the KFC restaurant. I have already removed the old addresses from my mobile, but they persist in the web interface despite clearing the browser cache multiple times.

I placed a large food order previously with you, and you verified my credit card and information without any issues. However, you mistakenly changed my address to one I've never used. I tried contacting your office to rectify this, especially since you also recommended this restaurant for Mother's Day, but to no avail. When the driver arrived, I explained the situation, but then your customer service representative insisted that I pay for your error! This has left me very dissatisfied. I recently ordered from Grilled Cheese Society, but I was highly disappointed with my experience. Despite what was listed on their menu online, the order I received was not prepared as described. The food seemed undercooked, and it appeared as though they removed an ingredient (possibly bacon) from my sandwich before serving it to me. The grilled cheese lacked proper preparation with untoasted bread and unmelted cheese - it felt like a basic slice of cheese on untoasted bread, overpriced for what it was. Regrettably, the quality was so poor that I couldn't even consume the meal. Overall, my experience with them was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would advise against engaging in any business dealings with this establishment.
