I placed several orders, but unfortunately, I didn't receive them. I believe it might be because I only tipped the delivery person $1, as I'm on a tight budget. Now, my 18-month-old is without food as our dinner plans were disrupted. We are left sharing a single Happy Meal, missing two orders, and the promotional free doughnuts. I find it frustrating that our meal expenses have gone to waste. It's disappointing either the delivery person kept the food or left it at McDonald's. Currently, I'm left to eat cold food with additional frustrations as my mother is also upset by the situation.

I placed an Uber Eats order on April 12. Initially, my order from Cotton Patch Café was canceled, so I switched to Bar Louie's, which was also canceled. Ultimately, I ended up ordering from McDonald's after waiting for about an hour and a half. Days later, I stumbled upon the Cotton Patch food that was supposedly canceled but delivered at my front door. It was received at 9:20, right after my McDonald's order at 9:17. Despite not being notified about the Cotton Patch delivery and only discovering it days later, Uber Eats denied a refund when I contacted them over 48 hours later. I insisted on a full refund for the $31 spent on the Cotton Patch meal, emphasizing that the mix-up was not my fault, as Uber Eats had canceled the order before delivering it without my knowledge. I provided pictures of the food and other proof to support my case and demand my money back from Uber Eats.

I recently tried UberEats for the first time, and it might just be my last. Despite having no issues using Uber for rides previously, this order was quite disappointing. I ordered a meal for two with appetizers from a local restaurant. I selected the option for no rush delivery and saved a dollar. Tracking my driver's route on the UberEats map was disappointing as the driver went in the wrong direction, circled back, and ended up right by my house but missed the turn. The driver then seemed lost as the map disappeared without any communication from them or Uber. This experience has left me dissatisfied with Uber, and I am unsure if I will use their food delivery service again or even their ride services.

I have contacted support multiple times through the "HELP" link but still received a final receipt email with unfulfilled items. When my food order arrived, the fried calamari was missing, and the delivery driver was late causing my children to be hungry. I messaged about the missing item right away and adjusted the tip due to the delivery being poorly handled. Later, the driver called about the forgotten item, but I had already eaten and declined his offer as it would likely be cold by then. I should not be charged for undelivered food due to the driver's mistake. This situation needs to be resolved for me to consider using your services in the future. Please address this matter privately and not on social media.

Hello, I placed an order with KFC Sartrouville on April 5th. The delivery was supposed to be done by Mahamadou, but it was cancelled last minute. I had to reorder, and unfortunately, my account was charged twice for the amount of 50.39€. Please refund the duplicate charge promptly. Regarding my recent order at Arahova Souvlaki (Décarie), here are the issues I encountered. Firstly, there was a discrepancy with the tip amount I entered and what was charged to my card. Secondly, I faced a problem with using a promotional code that was initially offered to me. Though I tried to apply it to my most recent order, I received an error message stating it had expired. Additionally, I did not receive the 2-for-1 promotion as advertised on the screen. Lastly, after receiving an email about a complimentary item, I did not receive it after following the provided link. I placed an order at Miller Ale House around 9:30 PM. I experienced delays with driver assignments, leading to a nearly three-hour wait for a driver. When the driver finally arrived close to midnight, he mentioned the food wasn't ready and that he had another delivery before ours. Despite requesting the food be delivered first due to ice cream melting, he claimed he couldn't control the order of deliveries. Upon receiving the food, it was cold and stale, and the ice cream had melted and spilled in the bag, making the overall experience quite unpleasant.

We operate a business in Japan that offers a unified system for multiple restaurants to utilize our cooking facilities and serve both walk-in customers and those ordering for delivery. Our company manages the ordering and delivery processes. Our existing software effectively coordinates orders and sends them to the kitchens, each managed by different restaurant entities. It also orchestrates the distribution of orders to a central pickup location. Each restaurant has its own menu, but we provide customers with a combined menu for ordering from these establishments that utilize our centralized kitchens. We aim to link our operations with Uber Eats to allow customers to order from the restaurants we oversee and have Uber Eats drivers collect the food from our central location instead of individual venues. However, we are uncertain how to integrate our unique business model with Uber Eats and are eager to engage with a representative from Uber Eats to discuss the required business and technical arrangements for this partnership. Driver delivered food to the wrong address, and I am frustrated. Due to language barriers, it's challenging for your drivers to follow directions. The refund process, taking 3 to 5 days, is slow when mistakes happen. I cannot find a contact number for immediate support for a refund or a redelivery. The high delivery fees are unjustified when orders are not fulfilled. Having to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund is inconvenient. A better customer service system with a contact number is necessary. I expect my order to be redelivered promptly. A phone call, not an email, would be appreciated. This repetitive issue needs to be addressed by Ubber Eats to avoid legal action. Customers like me are dissatisfied with this kind of service. Quick access to customer support by phone is crucial in such situations. I am unhappy with the service provided.

Hello, I am writing in regards to my daughter's recent order placed on Saturday, April 17 at 5:45 pm at Maolong Tokyo on 26 Route de Saint-Denis, [redacted] Deuil-La-Barre, totaling €38.23. After placing the order, a delivery person named Hassan informed her of his arrival in 4 minutes. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered as confirmed in the attached notification. This incident is unusual as my daughter frequently orders through Uber Eats without any issues. I kindly request a refund for the undelivered order that was still invoiced. I recently ordered coffee for my staff and provided specific instructions for the delivery location. Upon arrival, the Uber Eats driver, Tonie, entered my workplace and behaved inappropriately towards my staff. This included shouting at the receptionist in front of our clients, which was captured on video with sound. The incident occurred during the delivery corresponding to Transaction ID: 5JH508299N681754V on April 20, [redacted], at 9:13 am. Despite typically disregarding rude behavior, I cannot overlook the mistreatment of my employees, especially as paying customers. I have the voicemail of the driver calling but will wait for your response before taking further action to address this unacceptable situation.

On April 11, [redacted], I made a purchase on your website for a delivery. I got a confirmation and was expecting my meal in about 40 minutes through UberEats. Around 50 minutes passed, and I got a text from your end asking me to rate the order, but I hadn't received it yet. I contacted the store on Las Vegas Blvd and spoke to "Lizzie," who mentioned that the order had left the diner and that you were not responsible for it anymore. I raised my concern about your responsibility for choosing the delivery service. Subsequently, I reached out to UberEats, and they spoke with Lizzie and agreed to refund me $51.32. I was provided with reference number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. However, even after 10 days, I have not received the refund. I believe this delay is unacceptable, and I would appreciate an update on the status of the refund. Thank you.

Dear all, I had an issue with my Uber Eats order where the delivery driver only brought half of it and took additional time to collect the remaining items from the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant to confirm if the driver returned for the rest of the order, but he hadn't. As the restaurant was closing soon, I reordered through Uber Eats to have a different driver bring the full order. However, when I requested a refund for the initial incomplete order, Uber flagged it for suspicious activity and denied an automatic refund. This is frustrating as I've faced similar delivery issues with missing items in the past months, leading to multiple refunds. I have been waiting for a resolution since last week and still haven't received a refund for the missing items. I would appreciate a prompt refund for the undelivered portion of my order. I recently signed up for a monthly rewards program but have encountered issues with the service since I have not been able to use it at all in the past month. I would like to cancel my subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for a service I am not utilizing. I ordered from Farmer Boys through Uber Eats, but there was no option to add special instructions on the app. I had to call the restaurant directly and spoke with Ruby to explain my breakfast burrito preferences. Unfortunately, the first order arrived incorrect. I called the store again, spoke to Ruby once more, and was told I needed to return the order for a refund or exchange. As I didn't have a vehicle (which is why I used Uber Eats), I had to reorder. Despite going over the details again, the second order was also wrong. I am very disappointed with this experience and request a refund for both orders, including the tip from the last one. I tried to communicate with the Uber Eats driver but received no response, which I find completely unacceptable.

While returning from Tijuana to San Diego near the airport, I decided to order tacos through Uber Eats before crossing the border at Otay. I'm used to ordering through the app in Tijuana, where the total is displayed in Mexican pesos (MX$). After placing my order for MX$[redacted].00, equivalent to about $27 USD, I collected the food and enjoyed it with my family. To my surprise the next day, my PayPal account was charged $[redacted] USD instead of the expected amount. Despite contacting Uber Eats through various channels like Facebook, Instagram, email, and the app's Help tab, I haven't received a response. The restaurant couldn't provide assistance, and PayPal is awaiting a reply from Uber Eats.

I am seeking a refund for the extra charges on my meal. It is unacceptable that I was billed three times for one meal, totaling $[redacted]. This issue of overcharging seems to be common, and it is troubling. Greek cuisine is not affordable, especially when feeding a family. My bank records clearly indicate the triple charges. I can provide printed statements from my bank to support my claim. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly to reimburse the excess charges.

He only activated it in February [redacted]. The recipient's email is [redacted], and ours are [redacted] and [redacted] The issue arose when the food he ordered from Junction Eats at [redacted] Dundas Street West was never delivered as the restaurant did not exist. To resolve the matter, he went to the location but was still charged around $57.00 for the meal. I placed an order at Anatolia Restaurant, [redacted] High Road Leyton, Leyton E10, totalling £12.29 for delivery by Mr. Mohamed within thirty minutes. Despite the delay, the restaurant manager initially insisted the food had been delivered, then later suggested I contact Uber. After over an hour, with no sign of my order, I went out to buy snacks only to find the food left unattended at my doorstep in a dirty and unsanitary state with rice spilled on the floor. I returned the food to the manager, who was apologetic and advised me to report the issue. He mentioned he would also inform UberEats about the incident.

I ordered a delivery to a location in Heywood, Lancashire but the driver had trouble finding me despite my attempts to guide him. I provided him with the correct postcode but he was reluctant to locate me, leading to a frustrating interaction.
