I purchased a leather jacket from Meesho on Dec 8, and it was delivered to me on Dec 17. Even though I received the product and paid for it in cash on delivery, the delivery status still says it's undelivered. I've been waiting for days for an update, but now it shows the order as cancelled. I want to return the jacket as I'm not satisfied, but I can't do so because the status hasn't been updated to delivered and the return/exchange option isn't available. What should I do in this situation?

I forgot both my phone password and Google account password. I tried to erase the data through recovery mode. However, my Google account is not logged in on any other phone. When I tried to sign in using the forgot password option, it prompted me for a linked phone number. I fortunately have that phone number, but I only received the verification code. After entering the code, it gives me two options: unlock the old phone's password or send a verification code to a Gmail account that is not logged in on any other devices. When I try to find another way, it shows no other options and prompts me to try again, saying I didn't provide enough details. I am stuck and need help. Does anyone have a customer care number for Google account assistance with this issue?

I am currently locked out of my phone. Despite trying my password several times, I have been unsuccessful in unlocking it. I even changed the password on my computer, but it did not work on my phone either. I have reached out to my phone carrier, Trac-Phone, twice for assistance. Although it was difficult to understand the representative, he mentioned that without the correct password, he could not help me. I have also received multiple emails from Google indicating possible unauthorized access attempts to my account, which I assumed were my own efforts to regain access.

Hello, my phone stopped working, and I didn't save my information properly. My husband, J. Christoffersson from West Linn, Oregon, recently passed away. I, his wife, am unable to access his mobile phone or computer as I do not have his passwords. I have noticed charges on our U.S. Bank Visa card for "Google Microsoft Apps" and "Google Storage." These services were initiated by my husband, and I am unfamiliar with them. Hello, I am Imran, a college student from India. Unfortunately, last month my Gmail account was hacked. The hacker deleted all the information required for me to access my account. Since then, I have been unable to regain access and I lost all the valuable data stored on my Gmail account. I am attempting to retrieve information from the Google Calendar app. I populated the "description" field in a calendar event. After adding more data to the description field, I exceeded the character limit, which caused the loss of some data upon saving the event. Google deletes characters over the maximum threshold in this field. To recover the lost data, I believe it would be best to access the account activity log and try to retrieve or view the older version of the calendar event.

I am the owner and manager of my Google Business Profile, and I am having trouble updating it. I want to delete some pictures so that the correct images show up when people search for my business. Following Google's online instructions, I searched for "My Business" on Google. It shows that I manage the account, but when I click on "View Profile," it says the business already has a profile on Google, and I need to request access to become a manager. I am already the owner and manager of this account. Can someone assist me in resolving these issues?

I'm attempting to regain access to my account because my phone is no longer working. I've purchased a new phone with a new number, but I'm encountering an issue during the recovery process. Alerts are still being sent to my old phone, which I no longer have access to. I'm trying to establish my email on the new phone, and though I have all the required information, I am unable to receive the necessary alerts being sent by the system. My new contact number is [redacted]. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive emails at the moment due to the broken old phone.

Since I started using a new mobile phone three days ago, I've had trouble signing into my Google account even though I have the same number and everything transferred over. I received a code via text to reset my password, but it keeps saying it's incorrect when I enter it. I'm reaching out for help because I'm not very familiar with email and am having a hard time fixing this on my own. I'm open to receiving a call from Google to sort this out. Last year, around February, my cell phone broke, and I got locked out of my account as a result. I couldn't access it because I no longer had the phone number I signed up with. This issue has been extremely costly for me, resulting in lost earnings, severed connections with international friends, and the inability to view precious photos of departed loved ones. I am also unable to access my beloved trivia app that I've been playing for over 5 years, where my lifetime correct answers percentage stands at 67⅔. Despite these challenges, I continue to admire Google and hope they can assist me with this inaccessible account matter. My account email is j****@gmail.com. Thank you and happy holidays.

I need to reset the password for my Gmail account, [redacted] I no longer have access to the device it was logged in on before, the phone number associated with the account, or the recovery email as I forgot its password. I do remember the answers to the secret questions set up when I first created the account. Despite this, I am unable to reset the password on my own. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to verify my ownership of the account, including matching ID information and a current photo of myself. I kindly ask for assistance in resetting my email password so I can access important contacts, account passwords, and pictures, some dating back to [redacted], including precious photos of my daughter. I have set up a temporary email account for communication purposes, using my nickname and father's last name. Thank you.

The two-step verification process Google has in place to verify your identity when setting up a new Google account or transferring it to a new phone seems to have some issues. It seems that updating your phone number for verification purposes is not straightforward if you no longer have access to the old number. Contacting Google support for help often leads to a $99 charge to resolve the issue, which can be frustrating. Simply having your login credentials is not always enough to prove your identity to Google. It appears there are challenges in resolving this issue, as even providing additional verification like a driver's license may not satisfy them. It's disappointing that accessing your own email can be such a hurdle.

A few months ago, I received an email from Google regarding my domain name, 'indianawallsystems.net', indicating it needed payment. Then, 30 days ago, I was instructed to click on a button in another email to set auto-renewal for the domain. Upon following the link, I found that auto-renewal was already enabled. I verified my payment details and confirmed they were current. However, I recently received an email stating that my domain has been suspended, giving me until Jan 14th to update the payment settings. When I checked my domains page, the domain was no longer listed, and the URL is now inaccessible. I tried contacting domain.privacy.com per Google's instructions, and I did receive a response. I'm unsure how to resolve this situation and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I am unable to log in to my Google account, which is linked to my food and travel blogging Instagram account. I have logged out and forgot the password. I no longer have access to the contact details, location, or device associated with the account. The Google account is linked to my Instagram, for which I remember the password, but I cannot provide the recovery contact number that was last updated years ago. I am attempting to recover both accounts from multiple devices, but the help center is not addressing the issue. They have also blocked my recovery email, leaving me unable to utilize that option. I'm having trouble accessing my account because Google has flagged me for posting something inappropriate on YouTube, which I didn't do. I didn't even realize I had a YouTube channel until I got locked out. I suspect my 7-year-old daughter used my old phone with my Gmail account and might have accidentally uploaded something unsuitable. Hello, I am reaching out because my account was compromised on Saturday, January 7, around 3:45-3:47 PM. Unfortunately, I am unable to regain full access as the hackers have altered all the settings. I have collected evidence of the breach in my recovery email. They have even changed my email recovery option and the eight-digit codes. Despite my attempts, I am unable to regain access to my account through the usual methods suggested by Google, as the questions asked are not relevant. Since September [redacted], my Google email account on my computer has been completely messed up. Every time I try to log in, it keeps asking for a code number, then another email code, back and forth endlessly. Normally, changing the password would fix the issue and log me in automatically, but this time it hasn't worked. It's frustrating dealing with this situation. They ask for codes on my cell phone and email repetitively, making me feel so agitated. It's unbelievable that after 30 years of using my Google account without any problems, this simple password change has become a nightmare. Google support seems unable to help me with this automatic log-in issue.

A few days ago, I managed to regain access to my Gmail on my Samsung Galaxy A3, but unfortunately, I have now misplaced my phone. I am in need of restoring access to my account once again. I no longer have access to my SIM card, phone number ending in [redacted], or the authenticator app. I can still access my Facebook and Instagram accounts.
