I recently changed my phone and didn't transfer my Google Authenticator accounts. I had it set up on my old iPhone with apps like Facebook, but I only used the clone function to move to my new iPhone. Now, I have Google Authenticator on the new phone, but I lost access to Facebook. I accidentally logged out of Facebook on the new iPhone, so I can't retrieve the QR code to set it up on Google Authenticator. Facebook support suggested contacting Google for help to recover my Facebook setup. This seems to be a common issue with Google Authenticator, and I hope Google can assist in recovering my accounts.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to the 2-step verification after breaking my phone. I wish there were options to answer security questions for verification. I have been trying to regain access for days but the phone numbers provided lead to a loop, and support seems lacking. I am seeking assistance to recover my account. My husband, John Christoffersson, recently passed away. I have noticed some Google charges on his Visa statement that I don't recognize. One is listed as "GOOGLE Microsoft Apps. g.co/helppay#CA" and the other one is related to "GOOGLE storage [redacted] CA." These charges are on the US Bank statement from 10/07/[redacted]-11/04/[redacted]. I would appreciate clarification on what these charges are for and guidance on how to cancel them from future bills since John's devices are inactive now. On August 1st of this year, I purchased a car with an aftermarket computer. About 6 weeks ago, I noticed various changes on my phone. Since then, I have discarded two devices, and every wifi-capable device, including my 84-year-old father's phone, Bluetooth speaker, and new wifi-enabled camcorder, has been hacked. Even my Google account seems to have been compromised, leaving me unable to speak with a human about this issue. After the initial two weeks of frustration, I now just want this invasion of privacy to end. The individual responsible has installed over [redacted] apps on my phone. I have two main requests: I want this specific device to be the only one linked to my account, and I need all non-factory apps removed. Ideally, I would like to recover my old account, which I have had for over a decade. If someone from your team can assist me with this dilemma, that would be fantastic. Hello, I would like to cancel my subscription to WSJ that was paid with my credit card. I'm having trouble activating my new phone since my old phone isn't working. I forgot my password and the Account Recovery link keeps redirecting me to the sign-in page. I signed up for Google Wallet hoping to use the tap-to-pay feature. However, I was informed only after setting up everything that my phone does not support it. Now, I'm unable to delete the Google Wallet account without affecting my ability to use it for other apps, which wasn't an issue before. Google seems to be holding my account hostage. I tried deleting my card, but that was unsuccessful too. Even after removing all subscriptions linked to the card, I'm still unable to delete it. I just wanted a simple purchase, but now I'm caught up in this frustrating situation.

I recently encountered a potential fraud/identity theft situation. I nearly fell victim to a hacking attempt when an alert appeared on my work laptop while using a non-Google email account. I am in need of accessing my primary Google account where I store important information. I suspect my phone was compromised and took precautions by changing passwords and my phone number. However, I failed to update my new number in my Gmail account. After resetting my iPhone, I found myself locked out of my email account while being able to access others. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old number and the device is unavailable. Additionally, I lack a functional Wi-Fi network for support in resolving this matter.

I have been the victim of a cyberstalking incident involving a Google administrator who has taken control of all my devices. This individual has been intercepting my emails and manipulating my devices with fake pages. They have misused Google products for malicious purposes and have even stolen money from my husband's Google Wallet. The hacker has gone as far as impersonating my husband when contacting Google, resulting in my husband being wrongly investigated by Google. Unfortunately, the hacker has prevented us from accessing any support pages on our devices, as all 10 of them have been compromised.

I primarily use Gmail for all my emails. I had an old MSN account that I no longer access, and emails sent to it are not forwarded to me anymore. Unfortunately, when I tried to reset the password, the code was sent to the MSN account, which I couldn't access. I have to wait 6 hours for a recovery link. I really need assistance in removing the MSN account entirely. I am not very tech-savvy and find it challenging to understand technical procedures.

Hello team, last night, I tried getting some answers from a dermatologist on the JustAnswer site. They asked me to fill out a form that would charge me $2. However, on the next page after completing the form, my card details were displayed, and $85 was deducted from my account without my full consent. I received an email stating it was for a membership plan I supposedly purchased. I have been trying to communicate my concerns to them, expressing that they should be transparent before charging customers. I am very stressed and unable to sleep. I kindly request a refund of my money as they are not addressing my complaints. Can someone please assist? Thank you.

I changed phones without backing up my data. My recovery email and phone number for [redacted] seem to be locked out or causing issues. I have been unable to access my account even after entering the password. It would be helpful if you could verify my identity through a call. I find this situation frustrating. [redacted] and Golfdemon13$ are not the most secure combination. I need access to my email as I have important tasks pending. Hello, I lost my phone and Google Fiber sent a recovery link to reset my password. I have emailed several times requesting a new link as my replacement phone was also stolen.
