I am facing an issue with the Request Feedback Revision feature on eBay when trying to use it. A buyer wrongly accused me of sending a flawed doll despite initially stating it was in excellent condition in the feedback, then leaving negative feedback later. The buyer complained about lint on the doll that was not present and the shoes not staying on. It's common for slip-on doll shoes to require adhesive to stay on due to manufacturer design. I value honest transactions and have no history of negative feedback. The feedback received was unjustified as the buyer never contacted me about the issue or returned the item. I am having an issue with my bicycle order. It was scheduled to be delivered by February 10th, but today is February 14th and I still haven't received it. The order number is 20 09-[redacted]-32-[redacted], and the item number is 3[redacted]6. When I checked the order status, I couldn't find any record of it. I'm quite disappointed with this situation. I have experienced the suspension of my account for the second time without any wrongdoing. The first suspension occurred when I was a new user due to eBay's preventative measures. Although my account was reinstated, it was suspended again after listing my first item, despite not violating any rules. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue. I am seeking a refund for a recently purchased MacBook Air. The item I received was advertised as having "16 GB RAM" in the main section, while it mentioned "8gb unified memory" further down. Confusion arose as I discovered the discrepancy upon receiving the product. Despite reaching out to the seller with my concerns, I was met with a response denying my request for a return. The seller argued that the description and photos clarified the RAM to be 8GB. However, I purchased the item based on the initial information provided, which indicated 16GB RAM. I have had a disappointing experience with Peakhomebargins. They sent me a mouse with missing parts, and after contacting them, they said they would send a shipping label. The label they sent was from the United States Postal Service, but the package with the returned product is missing. Despite claiming they don't use USPS, the initial label indicated otherwise. They now insist it was for UPS, which contradicts the evidence in our messages. I shipped the mouse using USPS, and now they are sending a UPS label. I have requested a full refund promptly, as I believe they are being dishonest with me regarding the labels. The proof lies in our message exchange, which clearly shows the inconsistencies in their actions.

Hello, I purchased the items "Fostex R8 tension arm roller S108" and "FOSTEX R8 < Tape Clamp Black Reel to Reel Parts /Fx324" on eBay in January [redacted], but I have yet to receive them. The delivery company arrived unexpectedly while I was at work. They called to inform me they were leaving, so I requested they deliver the items to a different address down the street, but they refused. When I asked for an address to pick up the items myself, they rudely declined, stating there was no address and that they would return at a later time. Since then, I have not heard anything further. I am eager to know what steps I can take to ensure the delivery of these products as I urgently need them to repair my Fostex R8. I appreciate your attention and await your response. Thank you.

La empresa de entrega llegó sin previo aviso y como estaba en el trabajo, me llamaron diciendo que se iban. Les pedí que lo dejaran en otro número más abajo en la calle, pero se negaron. My listing for the Ewot Altitude Contrast Training System was removed by eBay (listing number [redacted]80) due to an incorrect reason stating that it required a prescription. As the manufacturer, I can confirm that this product does not need a prescription. After contacting eBay, their agent and supervisor were helpful and explained that mentioning an oxygen concentrator caused the issue, even though it wasn't for sale. I was penalized for this policy violation. Despite making the necessary changes and relisting, my item was taken down again the next day. The agent I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed scripted, pointing out a picture showing the concentrator even though it wasn't part of the sale. It appears my account is now under scrutiny, and eBay may be unfairly targeting me. Despite selling on the platform for 16 years without issue, my listing remains uncertain.

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with ordering a specific product on eBay. I attempted to purchase it from two different sellers, @hilek_6 and @gil_20120. Unfortunately, after waiting for 2 days for each, they both messaged me saying the item was damaged and offered a full refund. It is frustrating to have gone through this process twice and now having to deal with refunds. I am unsure of what to do next.

Requesting Clarification on Account Suspension I am seeking a clear explanation regarding the suspension of my eBay account. I have not engaged in any behavior that poses a threat to eBay, its customers, or any other individuals. I had listed three items for sale: 1. GSX250F parts, 2. Used TX3345 UHF radio, and 3. Elcometer thickness indicator. The items I sold include the Elcometer on 16/01 shipped on 18/01, GSX250F carby sold on 23/01 shipped on 24/01, and GSX250F brake lever sold on 26/01 shipped on 27/01. I am disappointed by the lack of specific information provided in the generic email response I received. My account was suspended, and I am looking for specific reasons beyond the generic email I received. I had three items listed for sale - a GSX250F for parts, a used TX3345 UHF, and an Elcometer thickness indicator. The Elcometer was sold on 16/01 and sent on 18/01, the carby on 23/01 and posted on 24/01, and the brake lever on 26/01 and posted on 27/01. I am seeking a clear explanation from eBay on why my account was permanently suspended. As a first-time member, I believe I have not caused any harm to eBay, its customers, or anyone else. I am disappointed with how I have been treated and am considering further action regarding this suspension.

I recently purchased a Logitech G29 racing wheel set on eBay as a Buy It Now item from mohaal_5526. After waiting for four days, the seller abruptly canceled the transaction. Surprisingly, I noticed that the same item was relisted shortly after. When I inquired about the cancellation, mohaal_5526 requested unnecessary address verification. This is unnecessary as my place of work has received shipments verified by PayPal. Despite my polite inquiries, the seller continued to message me, making me feel harassed. I have now reported this behavior and purchased the item from a different seller on eBay. I suspect mohaal_5526 may be inexperienced as they have a limited sales history. The seller falsely informed eBay that they had sent me a return label for a PDF book. I initially believed I was purchasing a physical book. Upon not receiving the book, I notified both the seller and eBay. eBay advised me to wait until March 4 for the book to arrive, but the seller claimed it was a downloadable item, contradicting the initial ad and my understanding. I provided evidence to both parties to support my case. The seller dishonestly informed eBay that a return label was sent, which is unnecessary for a digital product. I sold a book on February 25, but the customer wanted to cancel. The order number is 15-09[redacted]1. I agreed to cancel it. eBay then notified me that the cancellation couldn't be processed due to server issues. By March 1, the sale was officially cancelled, and the item was relisted. The buyer claims not to have received the refund. When I checked the transaction page, I still encountered server problems. I need assistance from eBay to resolve this issue. I made a purchase on the 28th of December, however, the item I bought never arrived. The seller claims my address was incomplete and refuses to issue a refund. I purchased an item from a seller and informed them of its issues. Upon receiving it, I discovered it was scratched. I had to have it repaired at Red Fox Gaming in Hickory. When I mentioned this to the seller, they threatened to report me to eBay and involve the police, claiming I damaged the item. This was not the case, as the item arrived damaged. I requested a refund, but instead of cooperating, the seller continued to threaten me. Now, I am left with a non-functional game due to this situation.

I ordered Natural Factors Ultra Strength RxOmega-3 900mg [redacted] softgels but received Dr. Green's OMEGA-3 XTRA soft gel fish oil instead. The supplier is not a pharmacist, and these are not equivalent products. The ingredients are completely different.
