I purchased a Wilderness Experience Klettersack for $[redacted] on August 18, [redacted], with a delivery date of August 24, [redacted]. However, the item has not arrived yet. Despite being a regular customer and signing in as usual, eBay informed me that I was signed in as a guest, causing the item not to be shipped. I have an order number and delivery date. I am concerned whether the $[redacted] charge remains on my credit card without the item being shipped or refunded. I still wish to receive the item, but I need clarification if the initial charge will be refunded before placing a new order.

I recently made a purchase a few hours ago. The seller's username is jopa5675 with an order number of 25-07[redacted]1. After buying the item for £[redacted], I messaged the seller to arrange for pick up. However, the seller is now asking for £[redacted]. I explained that I purchased in good faith at the listed price. I recently bought a La Mer product that was advertised as new, but upon receiving it, I discovered it was neither new nor the correct color of La Mer cream. I requested and received a refund, so I'm satisfied with that resolution. However, my concern is with the numerous listings on eBay selling empty La Mer packaging and jars, which could potentially facilitate the counterfeiting of La Mer products. Regrettably, I will have to seek out these items from other sources now. I have been a loyal eBay customer for many years and have always been pleased with the service. I bought a hotspot crypto miner from a seller who informed me it would arrive in September or October. However, the eBay Money Back Guarantee does not cover my purchase. After reading a review indicating that the seller might be fraudulent, I am concerned. If the seller does not provide positive news within 3 days, I am requesting a full refund. I have yet to receive the product, the seller has not responded to my messages, and the USPS tracking number provided is invalid. My bank informed me that there were issues with the transaction, as it appeared to show $0.00 despite my attempts. The bank representative, Alicia, flagged the misspelling of "Dollar" as "Dollars" and noted discrepancies in the location of the item. The cabinet is in Maine, not California as indicated. I typically only receive notifications of 2-3 sales per week, which I promptly fulfill by shipping items to customers or occasionally making purchases for myself. I bought item # 22-07[redacted]0 and tracked it using number #1Z811R[redacted]70, but it did not arrive on the scheduled day. UPS confirmed the tracking error, stating the number was not mine and mentioning a new type of mix-up where numbers are mistakenly reassigned locally. Recently, I was informed by eBay chat that my account, in good standing for 15 years, has been permanently suspended without specific details provided for "confidential" reasons. I have returned four items for legitimate reasons: a bug zapper that was ineffective against pantry moths, a damaged air-fryer oven, and two auto air compressors that were not the right part for my car as listed by the vendors. Despite filing complaints and seeking help from eBay representatives, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I made a purchase with order number 11-07[redacted]6 on June 21, [redacted], on eBay. The winning bid was paid in full on that day, including shipping and sales taxes, with the understanding of eBay's money-back guarantee. The seller kept mentioning shipping issues, claiming the first shipper left the shipment in a different state and couldn't complete it. The seller then mentioned using a different shipping company, but after two months of delays, I requested a refund through eBay messages. Despite the seller agreeing to return the money, no delivery was made within a week as promised. Now, I am unable to contact the seller, and eBay closed the resolution without a satisfactory outcome. I purchased item #[redacted]06, an Ilve UPN76DMPL, which was advertised with 11 pictures but only a few were of the actual item. The appliance arrived used with grease on grates, oven racks, door glass, and teflon tape on the regulator threads. The seller stated they had "tested" it. Despite sending pictures twice, they refuse to initiate a return or provide a solution without more photos. After numerous evasive and unhelpful emails, I am escalating this issue as fraud. I paid $[redacted] plus $[redacted] for shipping and tax for what was supposed to be a new floor model, not a used item. Order#01-07[redacted]2 and 08-07[redacted]7 were received with incorrect items. I ordered a NewConcept [redacted] mile antenna, but received an Eaglestar Pro 75-kilometer unit. The second item I ordered, a NewConcept [redacted] mile antenna, arrived the same as the first but with an added amplifier. The seller claims the items are correct and that the model numbers on the packaging match the items inside. The packaging for the first item was colored, while the second came in a plain white box. The items do not match the images online. The seller is disputing that I received the wrong items and is offering only a partial refund due to the packaging being opened and a potential reduction if the power source was used.
