I recently discovered that my Zynga Poker account has been suspended. I allowed a friend to use my phone, and I suspect something may have happened while he was playing. I recently encountered a system failure issue while making a purchase on the Zynga Poker app. The purchase resulted in missing spin bonus chips due to poor internet connectivity, and the game froze, prompting me to search for data connection. This incident occurred on 04/05/21 at around 9:27 PDT using the card ending in #[redacted] for a $49.99 transaction from Google/ Zynga Poker app on Android. I have already contacted Google Playstore for support, and they advised me to reach out to Zynga Poker directly to address this issue. I have been experiencing delays with my opponent's moves on the Words with Friends app. After searching online for a solution, I found a Zynga article advising to double-click the home button on my phone, locate the Words with Friends icon, and tap and hold it until it shook. Then, the article instructed to tap the minus symbol to close the app. However, after following these steps, my Words with Friends icon disappeared from my phone, and I am unable to reinstall the app from the app store. I am a dedicated Words with Friends player and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I have been trying to get assistance since April 24th via email and support with no luck. I also tried reaching out on Facebook but received no response. My tractor hasn't upgraded since last year, and the oil level is stuck at [redacted]. 2. Both my Crafting Workshops are not working. 3. Hi, I'm in need of assistance and would like a new support ticket opened for my issue. I recently contacted you about my hacked Facebook account on April 8th, and despite creating a new account, I wish to recover my old one. I noticed all my progress on my farm is gone. Facebook has not been helpful with customer service. Please check my account through my email and restore it to normal. I received an email mentioning additional information was required, but I never got it and informed you. Subsequently, I received an email about closing my ticket. Currently, I cannot play FV2 on Facebook due to starting fresh and it's distressing. I have had my farm for a long time and don't want to lose it. I can play through Zynga.com but cannot collect resources from Facebook. Could you transfer my old farm from Zynga to my new Facebook account, not the hacked one? I encountered login issues recently and after multiple attempts, I managed to sign in for about two weeks before facing the same problem again. On May 21, [redacted], I reached out to support and was advised to contact a technician to resolve the issue for $39. However, after they received the payment, I got disconnected without the problem being resolved. I am disappointed with this experience and would like either a fix or a refund of my money. It seems there may be many others facing similar situations with being charged $39 without a resolution. I am hopeful that Zynga Poker has a phone line where users can speak to a helpful person to address and resolve such issues. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

On Saturday, May 8th, around 5:30 CEST, my main account, "Cyrano," in Empires & Puzzles, disappeared after I installed a new iPad that cost €[redacted]. The issue arose as I set up my new iPad, selecting my second account, "d'Artagnan," over the prompt to choose between the two accounts. Despite trying to keep Cyrano active, it vanished when I confirmed d'Artagnan as my selection. I've contacted Small Giant support three times without any response after experiencing this two weeks ago. I also messaged them specifically about transferring Cyrano to a new Apple ID I created ([redacted]) with no luck. My main account, Cyrano, is level 81 and part of the "German Outlaws" alliance. I've heavily invested in this account and hope to retrieve it soon. The account number for d'Artagnan is #JAHJ91 Version 37.0.0 BUILD [redacted]. The Cyrano account number is similar to #?PC???. After updating my iPhone, my Words with Friends app disappeared. When I tried to log in, it said my username, jayconn30, was already taken, which I've used for years. Reinstalling didn't work. Creating a new name, jayconn40, resulted in ads even though I originally paid for no ads. I don't feel it's fair to pay again. I want to use my original name and reclaim my game history. Can I have my old name back? If not, could the fee for the ad-free version be waived?

During the ending week, I finished in 44th place but did not receive the 80 tickets owed for this position. I participate in a league aiming for the master level 18-20 until Sunday at 8 pm. However, when I tried to access the ticket rewards, the system got stuck, preventing me from claiming them. This occurred on Sunday, May 31st. These 80 tickets are vital for me to earn both cash and gold. I find this situation unjust and hope to receive the tickets promptly. Despite being asked if the issue is resolved via email, I still require guidance on how to resolve it, as I am unsure of the steps to take by myself.

On June 2, at around 9 a.m. EST, my game in the original version of WWF lost all its current games. I downloaded WWF2 a few months back, but it didn't bring over my current games, even though I didn’t delete the original version first. Both versions had different games, but on the date mentioned, they combined, and I lost all my progress, starting back at level 1 instead of level 25 where I was. I had a [redacted]-day streak with Scott B., and I can't restart games with my original opponents. Both apps only offer me a level 1 option. I've played with some of these people since [redacted], and it's disheartening that they might think I quit. This game is my all-time favorite, and I've been playing it for so long. My current email doesn't seem to receive messages, but notifications on my phone work best for me. I received warnings about my phone storage before this issue occurred. I've tried troubleshooting by logging out of the original version and requesting data, but since it's encrypted, it hasn’t been helpful. I will not be available this morning from 7:50 to 9:30.

I, Bill M., completed the Rich Pass on August 3, [redacted] but did not receive the 40 trillion coins from Hit It Rich. This is my second time completing all objectives; the first time I received 30 trillion coins. Despite contacting them and providing proof, they have refused to award me the coins or refund the $[redacted] I spent to finish the [redacted] VIP points. I want either the coins I earned or a refund to my card. I finished all the objectives, the box lit up, and the piggy bank was broken, indicating I should receive the coins. I completed the first Rich Pass in June and received 30 trillion coins. Now, I want Hit It Rich to either give me the 40 trillion coins I earned or refund my payment. If they fail to do so, I will delete the app and share my negative experience. Hit It Rich must resolve this issue promptly. My receipt number is #1[redacted], and I paid $[redacted].49 on August 3, [redacted]. Hit It Rich, please address this matter accordingly.

I've been playing Words with Friends 2 and I managed to defeat the Word Masters in Country Fair on all levels. However, after paying coins to progress to each Word Master, I didn't receive my tokens as promised. This issue has occurred twice now, including during the last Word Master challenge where I didn't receive all my tokens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. Additionally, I've had new friends join and returning friends play with me without receiving the coins I should earn. I was charged $10.78 on Wednesday at 1:06 a.m for a subscription I do not even use. I am requesting a refund of that amount as soon as possible, please. My 11-year-old son accessed my phone, which led to him accessing my account without my consent. My billing information was already saved on the phone, which is how he had access to my account details. This situation is very inconvenient for me and I apologize for any trouble it may have caused you. Thank you.

I am still waiting for my games to be reinstated. People have been asking me why they can't see me playing. I explained that some players were cheating, so I retaliated. It's been a week and a half, and I'm still waiting. I am disabled and spend 90% of my time in bed. The game helped me celebrate my 55th birthday recently, offering relief from my severe depression caused by congestive heart failure a couple of years ago. My doctor even praised the game's positive impact. Please reactivate my account. I will play by the rules, and I won't engage with cheaters. Thank you and God bless.

Following the latest Zynga Poker update, I was prompted to log in again with my "[redacted]" account, but I received an error message stating that the password or email address did not match. As a result, I am unable to access my Poker account, which is distressing as I have made significant progress over the years. In the past two months, I have purchased Poker chips totaling approximately [redacted] euros through Google Payment using my PayPal account "[redacted]". My Zynga Poker account "[redacted]" still had a chip balance of [redacted],[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] chips under the nickname Lucky.
