Hello! I have a few queries regarding this recent order compared to my previous pre-orders. Since the items I've ordered are older albums, except for one, I hesitated in purchasing some of them. Can you clarify if the products marked as "waiting for stock" will be shipped from your warehouses or local suppliers? Furthermore, if some items are already in stock, will they be dispatched separately based on availability? I seek reassurance, as I have noticed similar items on other websites with limited stock. I am concerned about the availability of the Snowflake GFriend album and both versions of the Awakening album. While your site offered the best prices for my total order, I want to ensure the items are in stock. I hope you can respond promptly as I have had a positive experience with your site and wish to continue using it in the future. In the past, my pre-orders were shipped within two weeks once they became available; will this order take longer due to the items not being as readily available? A peace of mind is all I need. Thank you.

I placed an order for the BTS Map of Soul: Persona album on May 9th, and it's now August, but I still haven't received it. I reached out in June to address this issue, and I followed your instructions to resend my address, which I did promptly. Despite confirming that my address is correct and that you have shipped to it previously, I'm now being told that there is an issue with the address. If shipping it is not possible, please provide a refund instead.
