I recently traveled and upon reaching my destination, I discovered that my email account was not working. After contacting Yahoo, I was informed that my account had been hacked and that I needed to purchase account protection for $4.99 plus tax per month to resolve the issue. I followed their advice and made the purchase, but the problem persisted the next day. When I called again, I was informed that my account was not actually hacked. I contacted my bank, Chase, to cancel the monthly charge. They suggested I reach out to Yahoo to resolve the matter, as I believe the way the product was sold to me was not fair or entirely truthful. This experience disrupted my vacation time and left me feeling upset. As I have never encountered any issues with Yahoo before, I hope this can be rectified easily.

Hello, I have successfully closed one business email account ([redacted]) using the link to contact Yahoo Small Business Customer Care that you provided. [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] There used to be a billing information page to monitor the above three accounts (see attachment), but it is no longer available. Please provide the page where I can close the above three email accounts. Thank you,

I urgently need access to my email account for an upcoming court matter. It's been over four years since I last logged in and I can't remember the password. The phone number associated with the account is no longer active, and the security questions aren't appearing to assist with verification. When I attempted to contact a live agent and pay the required fee of $4.99, I realized I couldn't proceed without being logged in. The account holds crucial pictures and emails related to a past incident involving my son when he was two, which I now need for legal purposes. Unfortunately, I lost access to the account when my phone was stolen, and I was unable to recover it with the new phone number. The email address I'm trying to access is [redacted] Any assistance in retrieving access to this account would be greatly appreciated.

I have attempted multiple times to remove my Yahoo account linked to the email [redacted] I discovered suspicious emails in the account, suggesting it had been compromised. Despite following Yahoo's instructions to delete the account and receiving a message stating the account was "scheduled" for removal, it remains active after many tries. I have recently retried to delete the account. Please ensure all my data linked to this account is deleted and confirm by emailing me at the provided address once this is completed.

Hello, I have closed a business email account ([redacted]) within the Yahoo Small Business Service Central. In the Business Central billing information, there are two email accounts ([redacted] and [redacted]) linked to the username [redacted] for Yahoo Business Mail. However, there are three additional business email accounts ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted]) associated with a separate username [redacted] for Yahoo Premium Mail, which are not visible in the Service Central of Yahoo Small Business. Previously, there was a billing information page to manage these three accounts (attachment included), but it is no longer available. Could you please direct me to the page where I can close these three email accounts? Thank you, M.G.

I desperately need help to resolve this situation as soon as possible. I can be reached at [redacted]. My correct email address is [redacted] Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am Jimmie Jane Jinks Roshto, and I am struggling to access my old account as I no longer have the phone number ([redacted]) associated with it. My email linked to that account is [redacted], but I cannot recall my password. In January [redacted], I uploaded photos on Instagram as proof that the account is mine. My new phone number is ([redacted]), and I had to create a new Yahoo account due to memory issues with the recovery phone numbers. My old address remains the same at [redacted] West Houston River Road, Sulphur, LA [redacted]. Please help me recover my account with my new number. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone along with a new number. I tried to log in to my Yahoo account, but none of my old passwords work. When I tried the "forgot password" option, the recovery phone number on the account is unfamiliar to me. I am feeling frustrated because I need access to this account urgently. The email I provided for contact is not my primary email, and now it has become vital for account recovery. I hope to regain access to my account soon. Thank you.

I need help accessing my very old email [redacted], which I created around [redacted] or [redacted]. I am not entirely sure if I used my real name, Paul O'Driscoll, or something like John, or even a random sequence of letters like "jasfjkl." My date of birth is 9/6/[redacted], but I may have used 9/6/[redacted] or a different summer month with the year that would make me 18 at that time. I believe I often used [redacted]. I can provide answers to security questions if necessary. The reason I need access is that this email is linked to an old game I used to play, and all my verification emails are being sent there. Please reach out to me at [redacted] if you can assist.

I am Carmen D. Cirstea, the owner of the email accounts [redacted] and [redacted] I have been repeatedly deleting and deactivating my Yahoo accounts as I no longer wish to use them. Unfortunately, someone keeps reactivating my accounts and using my personal information, even creating a fake identity under my name. Today, on March 6, [redacted], at 9:00 am, I deleted and terminated both accounts once again. Please ensure that these accounts remain deactivated to prevent further unauthorized access. If these accounts are reactivated without my permission, I will take legal action. This is a serious case of fraud and identity theft, and I request that measures be taken to prevent any future reactivation. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this information. Thank you, Carmen D. I encountered an issue when logging into my account recently. A captcha prompt asking me to confirm I'm human appeared. I received a notification stating someone tried to access my account from a different device, which is inaccurate because I've only used the same PC for 8 years now. When I tried to enter my password, I was prompted to answer security questions I set up years ago and can't recall. This account, if I recall correctly, is nearly 18 years old, and I can't remember the answers I provided back then. The account is associated with my Facebook under the name Eckersely Mckintosh. It's concerning as losing access would mean losing all my emails and my Facebook account. I'd appreciate any assistance in recovering access to my account. Thank you.

Hello, I am trying to access my old Yahoo account ([redacted]) that I haven't used in years. It kept prompting me to change my password frequently, which made me stop using it. My current email ([redacted]) is the same as my Yahoo one. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my identity and recover this account. Thank you.

I've been struggling to access my old email account for a few months to verify my old Apple account. Even though I know the email and password, it keeps prompting me to verify with a phone number I no longer possess. Despite attempting to update the old number to my current one through the online procedure, I repeatedly receive the "uh oh come back again later message." I have a Chromebook and usually sign into Yahoo through my Gmail account. Lately, I've noticed that my Yahoo password is not being auto-filled when I try to sign in. After entering my Yahoo address and password, I keep getting a message saying my password is invalid. When I tried to create a new account, it required a mobile number which I don't have. When I attempted to set up a new account with the same address, Chrome autofilled my Gmail address instead of my Yahoo address. I prefer not to use my Gmail address for Yahoo mail as it's monitored by my employer. I just want to access my Yahoo account to close it as I don't need two accounts. Thank you.
