I am experiencing difficulties as I am unable to access my Twitter account due to hackers. They have altered the account email, password, and potentially the phone number associated with it. Despite reaching out to Twitter Support through various reports and emails, I have only received automated responses advising me to change my password, a task that I cannot complete as the hackers have changed the email. I have been waiting for a solution for two weeks now without any human interaction to address and rectify the situation. The resolution seems simple to me: provide me with a new password or update the account email back to mine. The prolonged process has left me feeling frustrated, and I am eager to regain access to my account as soon as possible.

At 2:30 a.m. this morning, someone accessed my account without authorization and changed the password at 2:31 a.m. By 7:41 a.m., I received an email informing me that my account was suspended for violating rules regarding evading permanent suspension. The email was addressed to "Hello Владислав Магеря," a name that is not mine. Could the account be permanently deleted? I am unable to delete it myself as I can no longer access it, but I no longer utilize the account and wish to have it removed. The account in question is @hvcars.

Point 1: I have been using the same password for over 20 years, but it is not recognized as correct. The text messages with the verification code are hard to hear, and I have not received the code by email as mentioned. I do not understand why I am being asked to register now after all this time. Point 2: Why complicate things unnecessarily? Is there a bias against older individuals with hearing difficulties? If messages are sent via text, ensure that they are delivered clearly and slowly for everyone to understand. I am eager to regain access to my Twitter account! Alexandrea N., samujlik. P.S. Hello, My account has been hacked and is being used by someone else. I am confused. When I fill out the online form, I receive an email asking me to send the information below by email. However, when I send the information below by email, I am told to fill out the online form! I am going in circles. My child's account was hacked, and our information was compromised. There is fraudulent activity on my credit cards as a result. I have contacted Twitter multiple times for assistance with this issue without any resolution. I have been trying to reach a human over the phone all weekend, but the number is not accepting calls. Twitter, it is crucial that you address and resolve this problem promptly. If you are unable to assist, I will have to take further action, as this situation has significantly impacted my life negatively because of Twitter.

I have unfortunately lost access to an old account that contains sensitive tweets about my personal life. I am unable to retrieve any passwords or emails associated with the account. Dear Twitter, I am reaching out regarding Lite Rock 96.9. I had an issue with the radio station not being on air. I also noticed a problem with my Bose Wave radio not picking up Lite Rock 96.9. A few weeks back, I was informed that my Twitter account was inactive. When I checked, I saw that it had been permanently banned. I didn't receive any email explaining the reason for this ban. I'm puzzled as to why my account, which had no violations and minimal activity since it was private, was banned without warning. It's frustrating that I can't create a new account either.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience trying to recover my Twitter account after it was locked due to a supposed violation. In my attempt to regain access, I sought help from an individual recommended for such matters. The person in question requested my phone number, sent a code to unlock my account, and then asked for my password to change it. I complied and even sent $50 via CashApp as requested. However, after receiving the money, the person demanded an additional $50 for a code to fully unlock my account, which I refused to pay. Since then, my account has been manipulated, and my attempts to alert others about the situation have been stifled. This has been ongoing since Saturday and has caused me quite a bit of distress.

Hello, my Twitter account has been locked because I violated the platform's rules. I strongly believe my account was hacked or targeted by bots. Despite reaching out to Twitter multiple times, they were unable to assist me in regaining access to my account. I am uncertain which email address I used to register, but I do remember the phone number associated with the account. I previously had a Twitter account linked to an email account. After deleting that email account and switching to a different one, I had to create a new Twitter account with the new email. However, I am not receiving any notifications in my new email since then. I am wondering if there is a setting or switch, possibly on Twitter's end, that is preventing notifications from being sent to my new email account. I would appreciate it if Twitter could help me start receiving email notifications again.

I was locked out of my Twitter account right after posting a tweet that didn't break any site rules. It seems unlikely that my tweet was reported by a person because it happened so quickly after posting. I haven't been able to get a real person to help me; all my attempts have just led to automated replies. I suspect my tweet was flagged due to calling out someone for using transphobic language, which seems to be overlooked by the platform's automated system. If my account wasn't flagged due to transphobia, I'd like a human representative to clarify why it happened, given the speedy nature of the action. The platform's handling of this issue is concerning and needs to be addressed promptly.

On April 24th, upon logging into Twitter, I discovered that my account had been permanently suspended without any prior warning or explanation. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any clarification on the reason behind this action. I have always been an active user by liking and commenting on tweets and have never engaged in any form of offensive behavior. I believe this suspension may have been an error. How can I ascertain the cause of my ban and what steps can I take to have my account reinstated?

As a 60-year-old Twitter user, I use the platform to stay connected with loved ones. Recently, my account was unexpectedly suspended permanently for allegedly violating a policy. My brother-in-law's account is showing retweets from @HaroldHalWhitem on the 10th and 11th of May [redacted], which is impossible as he passed away on 15th February [redacted]. The retweets are from companies he wouldn't have endorsed. It's distressing for his family to see his account being used posthumously.
