My daughter inputted the information without my knowledge, resulting in charges totaling $53.12 and $30.29. I am seeking a refund for these amounts. Unfortunately, I am unsure how to reach WhitePages customer service directly. The email associated with my account is [redacted] I kindly request a refund for the stated amounts, the closure of my account on WhitePages, the removal of my debit card details, and any personal information from your website. I have not given authorization to divulge my details or use them for advertising purposes, as I consider this to be a violation of my intellectual property rights and illegal. I have submitted requests numerous times over the past six years to have my information removed from your site. This situation is crucial for my safety and that of my family. Continuously posting my details puts me at serious risk from a stalker who has threatened both me and my child. It is essential that you remove my information and block it permanently on your platform. I am seeking legal advice and will take all necessary actions. Living in constant fear due to the sale of my information is unacceptable. These actions are unethical, irresponsible, and could potentially endanger my life.

I recently purchased an annual subscription for Whitepages using Apple iTunes. My iTunes account indicates an active WhitePages subscription set to expire on 9 January [redacted]. Despite this, the White Pages app is not unlocking mobile phone numbers for my searches and keeps asking me to subscribe monthly or annually. I tried to repurchase the annual subscription, but the system notified me that I already have an account. There seems to be a glitch in the system that needs fixing.

On Thursday, January 13, [redacted], I was startled when my phone displayed a Google ad by Whitepages featuring my name and personal information without consent. The ad disclosed my daughter's name and past address, urging people to conduct background checks on us. Feeling anxious, I sought legal advice confirming the unauthorized use of our details. Unfortunately, Whitepages lacks a functional customer service line for me to address this violation promptly. I am outraged by their actions and demand immediate removal from their database and the deletion of the intrusive ad. Additionally, I believe we are owed compensation for their exploitation of our information for online advertising.

I have attempted to sign up for the $1.00 trial with Whitepages three times now just to cancel my membership. I am concerned if I will be charged $3.00 multiple times. Dealing with this process has been frustrating for me, and I just want to cancel my subscription. I find the current experience quite challenging despite the claim that cancellation is easy anytime. I prefer speaking with a live representative rather than a machine.

DeSova Milioli from Rockville, MD, using the reverse phone number lookup feature. Initially, the search displayed the owner's name as Francisco. I proceeded to order the background report with additional information for a total of $19.99, Invoice number A-S[redacted]9. Due to a lack of confirmation, I inadvertently placed a second order and was charged an extra $16.98 under Invoice number A-S[redacted]5. After being informed that I couldn't conduct a background check via reverse lookup and needed to utilize purchased credits, I used the credits to search for the same phone number. However, the background check results showed a different individual's name, which was not the person I intended to investigate. I'm not seeking credits and have not yet received the information I paid for. Kindly issue a refund for the charges totaling $16.98 and $19.99 to my credit card. I am experiencing an issue with the app as it is not allowing me to log in with the email I used to make the purchase. Immediately after buying the product, I received a confirmation email, which I can provide a screenshot of if necessary. Despite this, I am unable to access the app and do not wish to continue paying for something I have not been able to use. I am frustrated and would like a refund for my subscription. I am unsure if the email I used for the purchase is the same as the one to log in. The email I used for the purchase is ([redacted]), and I also have the email ([redacted]), but I believe the purchase was made with the former.

I have been a subscriber to WhitePages for a few years through my insurance agency to help with client data. Lately, when I search for info, it only promotes more expensive plans and doesn't provide what I need. As I'm paying for no benefit, I want to cancel my subscription promptly. Their lack of phone or chat support makes it hard to continue doing business with them.

I have encountered issues with both phone numbers provided for WHITE PAGES. They appear to be outdated and disconnected. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, the listing for my property remains inaccurate. The name associated with my residence is Matilda Fingeret, someone who has never resided here. The lack of response and effort from their end to rectify this error is frustrating. This situation not only infringes on my privacy but also disseminates false information about my home to the public. I signed up for a trial with Whitepages to search for people's information. I believed the trial would last until the end of April. However, I was charged $21.27 earlier, which I intended to use for my rent due today. Sadly, my landlord doesn't accept late payments. In an email from your company, I was informed that a person I monitor has a new address. I doubt this information is correct and seek clarification. I don’t wish to spend money on redundant data. The email mentions a new address, property details, and connections. However, after researching Renee Harr through another reliable source, no changes are shown. I haven't specified what action should be taken by White Pages to address this issue yet.

I attempted to perform a reverse lookup on a cell phone number through your site by selecting the $19.99 one-time option. Despite having sufficient funds in my PayPal account, your site indicated otherwise twice, leading to three charges of $19.99 each. Instead of obtaining information about the phone number owner, I received three background report credits. I kindly request a refund for all three charges and the removal of the three credits. I'm Melissa Turner. I enrolled in the annual subscription for $[redacted].99 that includes [redacted] lookups per year. I've noticed unauthorized charges on my Discover card for $19.99 and $25.99, along with additional fees. Despite not exceeding my lookup limit, I've been continuously charged extra for the past few years. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and demand a refund for the hundreds of dollars wrongly deducted from my account without my knowledge.

I recently purchased a one-time phone number check and paid the $9+ fee by credit card. I did not receive the information I needed. After clicking a panel at the bottom of the screen, it seems I inadvertently signed up for a monthly membership. If this is indeed the White Pages service I have used previously, I am disappointed with this experience. I am requesting to cancel both payments.

I recently signed up for an account that allows me to look up [redacted] names per month, and I received a discounted rate for paying for the year. However, when I tried to upgrade to [redacted] lookups per month, I was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted].88, which did not include any discount for paying annually. This amount added to the original $[redacted].00 I paid. I would like to request a refund of $[redacted].88 and return to the original [redacted] lookups per month plan.

I mistakenly purchased a background report for $19.95 instead of updating my credit card information on my White Pages Premium account. I only use the subscription to look up information, not for background reports. The payment was made with the credit card ending in [redacted].
