I scheduled an order for delivery between 9:45-10:15 pm since the recipient would be arriving late. However, upon confirmation, the order status indicated it would be delivered at 5:30 pm, much earlier than needed. Unfortunately, I was unable to cancel the order online. After speaking with the pastry shop, they informed me that they are unable to change the delivery time to 9:45 pm on Thursday, December 2nd, as requested. I am in need of a full refund for the order. I would like to reorder the products for the correct time since the scheduling system did not function as expected.

Hello, I placed an order for food last night through Uber. Before payment, my total was $34.58 plus a $5.00 tip, coming to a total of $39.58. However, my bank account shows a pending charge of $41.50 and an additional pending charge of $6.00. I believe I should only have been charged the total of $39.58. I kindly request Uber to refund the overcharged amount of $7.92 back to my bank account.

I am disappointed as my first order from Uber Eats never arrived. Immediately after the reported delivery time, I contacted the restaurant, and they acknowledged previous issues with the driver. They tried to reach out to the driver. Despite the instruction to "leave at door," I made an effort to meet the driver and even left the door wide open while monitoring the app for his arrival. I find it frustrating that my order wasn't successfully delivered to a prominent address in the city center, especially when I made the process so convenient for the driver. Unfortunately, I was still charged for the undelivered order.

Hello, I made an order at 1pm, but the delivery arrived after 3pm, even though it was initially supposed to arrive by 2.20pm. Some items from my order are missing, which is frustrating considering I paid for the service and delivery. I expect all items to be delivered. Please contact me promptly to discuss whether you will collect the incorrectly delivered items or issue a refund. I ordered essential kitchen items to care for a vulnerable individual, so this situation is unacceptable as it now requires me to go out and purchase these items myself. Thank you.

I would like to cancel my order as there is no option available to do so. It is frustrating that even though there is an option to cancel, the app does not allow me to proceed with canceling. I have had a negative experience with Uber Eats and would like to cancel my order promptly. I find it unreasonable to be charged when I attempted to cancel while the order was still being prepared, without success due to limitations of the app. Please process my cancellation and arrange for a refund promptly. I do not wish to receive the food, only to have my money refunded.

I recently placed an order with Peter's and it was incorrect. I ordered a three pepper chicken entree with extra jalapeño and brown rice, but received no jalapeños and was given white rice instead of brown. The dish had a sweet sauce instead of being spicy. I immediately reported the issue and requested a refund, but have not received any response via email. I just want a refund for the incorrect items I received. I received the promo code "2111eatsus8F" but encountered issues when applying it at checkout on UberEats. Despite repeated attempts to reapply the code, I'm unable to use it with my payment method and it seems stuck in the system as applied. The code doesn't show up under promotions on my account, and I'm unable to proceed with my order without being charged the full amount.

I recently placed an order and received it within two hours. When I opened the package, I discovered that my food had been partially eaten, with a bite taken out of one of the shrimp in my taco. It appears someone did not like the sauce I had added and decided to put the shrimp back after taking a bite. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. I would like a refund or a replacement order from a different location. I am willing to pick up the food myself. This situation is concerning as it poses a safety hazard, I expect a resolution promptly.

I previously used Uber Eats for car deliveries, but after selling my car, I tried to switch to bicycle delivery. Despite reaching out to customer service for assistance, my issue wasn't resolved. Consequently, I created a new account for bicycle deliveries. Now, both of my accounts are disabled. I'm looking for a solution to reactivate my account, whether it involves canceling the car delivery account and enabling the bicycle delivery account.

Hello, it’s my birthday today, and I placed multiple orders on Uber Eats after reactivating my account. One of the orders I canceled because it was over an hour late, and I didn't want to have cold food on such a special day. I would appreciate a refund for this canceled order. Being a social media influencer, I am surprised by the lack of live customer support. I am considering switching back to Grubhub.

On November 22, [redacted], I placed an Uber Eats order from Foxandfiddle for my husband's birthday. We have ordered from there before and were satisfied with the service. I ordered two pieces of fish with fries and one piece of fish with Caesar salad. After taking a bite of the salad, I noticed an ant moving around under the leaf. I did not eat the salad and sent a complaint along with a picture of the ant. I was informed that my total would be $33.88 plus a $5.16 tip. However, upon receiving my bill, the credit was not applied, and it shows $54.81 with a $5.41 tip. I am disappointed as I expected my total to be $33.88. I would like to understand why the credit was not given and request an adjustment to my total. Thank you.

I placed an order at Chipotle tonight and eagerly awaited my food delivery. I tracked the driver's journey on the app as they made their way to my hotel. I stood by the front door ready to receive my meal, but to my disappointment, it never arrived. I received a receipt for the order but was left without the food. I am deeply disappointed by this experience. The lack of availability to speak with anyone on the phone has added to my frustration. While I was refunded for the order, I have not received reimbursement for the tip. It's disheartening to think the driver may have taken advantage of this situation. This incident has left me upset, and I doubt I will use Uber Eats again in the future.

When the food arrived, it was cold. Despite requesting the driver to knock on the door in the delivery instructions so I would know when it arrived, they did not do so. The food seemed to have been handled poorly at the establishment as it was carelessly packed in the bag, and I had to rearrange it before consuming it. The food was old and stale, and unfortunately, my wife and I became very ill afterward. In fact, my wife felt so unwell that she is reluctant to finish her drink from the restaurant.

I am a loyal customer of Uber Eats and Postmates, but I recently had a frustrating experience with my orders. When I received my Dunkin' Donuts order, one of the apple fritters was half-eaten, there were only 4 donuts instead of the half dozen I ordered, and they weren't even the ones I selected. Additionally, I didn't receive the 5 bagel minis I ordered. The second order was from Lindsay's Boulder Deli Kitchen, which I ordered because of a promotion. I was upset to find out that my order was different from what I selected, with extra items that I didn't order. Despite trying to resolve the issue for a day, I received unhelpful responses from customer service agents, with no resolution in sight. I feel undervalued, dismissed, and irrelevant. I believe speaking with someone over the phone would make a difference in resolving this frustrating situation.

I received my order with cold and stale food, making it inedible for my wife and me. The promo code I used did not apply, and the free meal for a $20 purchase was missing. Moreover, the delivery instructions were not followed by the driver, causing me to only notice the arrival of my food through an app notification. I am seeking a refund to be credited back to my payment card, as my wife has gone without food for over 24 hours due to this issue, and I need to be able to provide her with a proper meal.

I am disappointed with the customer service experience I had. I called regarding an order I placed 45-50 minutes ago that had not been picked up by the courier. I informed the representative that my lunch break was almost over and I was needed back in court, so I wanted to cancel the order. I was informed that I would still be charged if I canceled. The representative then mentioned the courier was there, but when I mentioned she was near Nando's, he became quiet when I questioned his earlier statement. I requested to speak to a manager and was placed on hold. After some time, I received a notification that the food had been picked up while still on hold. It seemed like the intention was to keep me waiting until the food was collected. I hung up as I couldn't hold any longer past 2 pm. Upon arrival, I found the sub sandwich cold, hard, missing lettuce and cucumbers, and tasting of onion sauce, rendering it inedible for me. Additionally, the crisps I wanted were out of stock without any prior consultation. All I could consume from the order were the drink and cookies. I hope to hear back soon.

I made an order on Uber Eats from Sonic just before they closed this week. Unfortunately, my burger was missing, and I received two sides instead of one. I contacted Uber Eats customer service for a refund but did not receive confirmation. I spent around $30 on this incorrect order and now need a refund. The app states that I am out of the timeframe for a refund, so I am unable to seek help through there. I cannot locate a customer service number and prefer not to involve my bank for a refund. I would appreciate a prompt response.

Recently, I have been experiencing issues with the service provided. There have been several incorrect orders, and today's order was the last straw for me. The delivery person from Cracker Barrel delivered my order incomplete - missing two sides, providing sweet tea instead of unsweetened, and spilling the chicken and dumplings in the bag. I tried to communicate with the driver about the missing items, but he and his wife only spoke Italian, leading to further frustration. I understand mistakes can happen, but this recurring problem is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider using your service in the future.

My Wendy's order took nearly two hours to arrive, and by the time it got to me, the burgers and fries were cold and unappetizing. I made the order during my lunch break at work, and the long wait was frustrating. I believe the delivery person was on a bike, which may have contributed to the delay. I would like a refund or a credit since the food was not up to standard due to the extended wait time. While I understand there is travel time involved in delivery, I was disappointed that my order seemed to have been left sitting for too long. If I had ordered directly at the restaurant, I would have returned the food. The quality of the four burgers and two fries was not satisfactory.
