I placed an order with Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, after waiting for over an hour for my food, I observed the delivery driver going through a nearby housing development instead of coming to my apartment. He mentioned he had two deliveries, dropped off the other one first, and then, upon arriving at my place, admitted he had brought the wrong order. Following this, he left promising to retrieve the correct order, only to cancel the entire order afterward. I am frustrated by this experience as I now lack the time to reorder and wait for food again. The driver was unresponsive to calls but replied to text messages. Additionally, the profile picture showed a white man named Michael, but a black Somali man arrived instead. This mix-up is unacceptable. I had ordered nearly $80 worth of food, including the tip, and the driver's mistake has left me with no meal.

Good day, I was supposed to receive a refund for an order (1 brownie, 2 croissants, and 1 bread with avocado and cheese) from the local cafe Di Lavoro. The amount of $8.[redacted] was charged to my debit account, which I unknowingly paid in cash to the delivery person. After realizing the double payment, I lodged a complaint through the system, and was informed that the refund would be processed within three business days. I received an email confirming the refund on 03/02/[redacted], but to date, I have not received the reimbursement. I placed an order for $54.95 worth of food but ran into issues cancelling it right away. Despite my quick cancellation attempt, the app wouldn't allow it. When I tried reaching the restaurant by phone, they didn't answer. Eventually, UberEats managed to cancel the order, approximately 10 minutes after I initially placed it. However, I was still charged the full amount of $54.95 for food I never received. They claim the restaurant had already started preparing the order, which seems unlikely given the short time frame. I rely on your services frequently for my family, so this experience is disappointing. I'm hoping to get a refund as soon as possible, as paying $54.95 for food I never got is simply not affordable for me.

This is my fourth email regarding my recent order from White Castle. I ordered 20 sliders, two sacks of fries, and a sack of chicken rings, but I only received the sliders which were cold and not up to standard. I was offered $10 Uber cash as compensation, but this is unacceptable considering the incomplete order and poor service. This is the third or fourth time my order has been incorrect, and I have tolerated previous mistakes. However, I now insist on a full refund of $50. I am dissatisfied with the service and demand resolution before I escalate the issue. I expect a prompt response confirming my refund.

I placed an order with Shake Shack, and the status indicated it was being prepared, while also tracking the driver's location. Despite waiting over 90 minutes, the food never arrived, leaving hungry little ones waiting. I attempted to contact the driver but could not find a phone option on the website. To my disbelief, the order was ultimately canceled due to distance, even though it was just a brief drive from Santana Row. Adding to the frustration, not only was I charged, but the amount was also not fully refunded. I am requesting an immediate full refund of the entire sum deducted from my account. Failure to do so promptly may lead me to escalate the matter to the relevant consumer authority. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and expect a swift resolution.

Hello, our order arrived with only the drinks while we had ordered 4 Maxi Best Off combo meals, 2 snack items (1 patatos and a cheese and egg muffin), and an extra drink. The total amount was €70.85 including delivery. We reported the issue through the app and over the phone, which was very difficult (3 hours on the phone!). Only the muffin was refunded to us! We mentioned that we did not receive the other items and sent a photo of the package. Additionally, I immediately informed the delivery person that items were missing since there was only one bag for 5 people! He left and told me to resolve the issue through customer service, which we did with photos, etc. This situation is unacceptable given the poor response we received!!! We acted in good faith, but please be aware that a complaint for fraud will be filed tomorrow without a reply to this email.

On January 16, [redacted], I tried the free trial of the Uber Eats Pass for a meal at home with my family. After realizing I did not want to continue the service, I followed the instructions to turn off auto-renew on January 17. I even double-checked a few days later to confirm it was off, which it was. However, this morning, I received an email stating my PayPal account was charged $9.99 for the renewal of the Eats Pass without my authorization. I am requesting a refund for a service I did not consent to renew. My Eats Pass should not have renewed until tomorrow since the trial started on January 16 and ends on February 16. I have screenshots to support my claim that the trial is not over yet and that the auto-renewal is off. If I do not receive a refund, I may need to report this as fraud to the authorities.

On February 13, [redacted], we placed an order for dinner on Uber Eats. Our delivery person, named 'Khalida,' was on a bicycle but did not deliver the food. The app showed she reached our area and then disappeared without any communication or leaving the order. Trying to reach Uber Eats for help was challenging, causing great disappointment. This incident was particularly upsetting as it happened on our anniversary, leaving us hungry. I am seeking a refund for the undelivered order and possibly some compensation for a future purchase. Contacting Uber Eats during this time proved to be very difficult.

I am seeking urgent assistance with an issue regarding my recent Uber Eats order. On Saturday, I placed order 38b1b but unfortunately, the delivery never reached me. Despite reaching out to the assigned delivery driver, I was informed that he did not receive a Costa order and advised me to contact Costa directly. However, I could not find a contact number for Costa. The app falsely marked my order as 'delivered', but I could track that my Costa order was picked up and that the delivery driver made an additional stop before marking it delivered. I reported the issue multiple times within the hour of the incident, but received no response. Today, when I reported it again after noticing the payment was deducted from my account, I was informed that I should have reported it within 48 hours, which I did. Despite explaining this, I only received automated responses. This situation is deeply frustrating as a regular Uber Eats customer. My £30.12 order was not delivered, and the delivery driver seemed unaware of it. I kindly request assistance with processing a refund back to my card. Additionally, I have CCTV footage confirming that the delivery was never made.

I placed my first order last night after downloading the app. I entered my home address as [redacted] Balmoral Circle, but it didn't save and instead, the food was delivered to [redacted] Balmoral Circle which is nearby. I tried to contact the driver, but had trouble through the app. I understand the driver delivered to the address he had. I don't know how the wrong address appeared on my app since I had freshly downloaded it. I received a credit on my Amex after filing a complaint. I placed a second order which was also delivered by the same driver, who I guided to my actual address. The driver mentioned I would hear from Ubereats, but I haven't. I've not paid for two identical orders. I plan to contact Amex about the app issue, and I'm hoping to hear from you to resolve this.

Dear Uber team, I'm Belinda Fournier. On 14/02/21, I ordered food through Uber Eats but mistakenly included items my partner is allergic to. I couldn't cancel the order in time even though I tried due to the order being already processed and paid for, missing the chance to apply a discount code as well. I called Uber Eats customer service, spoke to a helpful representative who tried to contact the driver to cancel the order, but couldn't reach him. Despite my attempts to contact the restaurant, they did not respond either. The order was delivered, but my partner couldn't eat it. After waiting for 2 hours with the estimated arrival time continually pushed back, I contacted Uber Eats customer support for assistance. Despite receiving mostly unhelpful options, I reached out to the restaurant directly. The restaurant informed me that they did not have my Uber Eats order and had not prepared it. They suggested canceling through Uber Eats and placing the order via DoorDash instead. However, upon canceling, I was unexpectedly charged a $34.55 cancellation fee. Uber claimed this charge was due to the restaurant already preparing my food, a claim contradicting the restaurant's statement. Despite being assured of a refund for the $42.07 initial charge, I was left charged a total of $76.62 for an order that was never fulfilled. I have been in contact with Uber customer support since last Saturday. I am seeking a full refund of $76.62 back to my account.

On February 14th, I placed an order with Uber Eats. The order left the restaurant on time, but the delivery driver never showed up. I tried calling to provide the exact address, as it seemed he was having trouble finding it. However, he never answered, not even to say he couldn't locate the address or what he planned to do. I promptly rated the order on the Uber app, stating there were issues with the delivery, which never arrived. I received an email saying there was a hold on my payment but that I would be refunded. The payment status indeed showed as processing in my bank account for a couple of days. Yet, I just checked my bank account and the charge for the undelivered order is there. The app even shows the order as delivered. I would like a refund for the order. The order number is: C986D.

I have been using the service for several years without any issues. Recently, when I tried to make an order on the website, I encountered a problem. The website said there was no phone number linked to my account and instructed me to add it through the phone app. However, when I signed into the app, it logged me into my previous driver account from six years ago. At that time, I used the same phone number but a different email address to drive for Uber. It seems they have updated the system to only allow unique email addresses and phone numbers for each account. This has made it impossible for me to place an order. I resorted to adding a VoIP number to my account, changing my password multiple times, and entering various verification codes, but I still receive an error when trying to make a purchase. As a result, I had to use a different delivery service twice. Additionally, I added a $50 gift card to my account, but I cannot use it because of this issue with my accounts.

I recently placed an order with Wildwood using a voucher code (HIFEBMEAL) that offered me a 50% discount. However, despite receiving a message that my order had been delivered, the rider never showed up. I waited outside for 10 minutes past the expected delivery time. Frustratingly, the order was not delivered, and I could not reuse the voucher code. I had to prepare my own meal instead. Although I received a refund, it was disappointing that I couldn't avail of the voucher again. I hope to receive a credit or voucher for the inconvenience. This occurred on 20/02/[redacted]. The experience was unsatisfactory, and I am considering not using Uber Eats in the future unless this issue is resolved. I have never encountered such problems with Deliveroo or Just Eat. I am requesting a discount on my next order to consider using Uber Eats again.

I wanted to bring to your attention an incident we encountered with Uber Eats and Los Ranchos back in July [redacted]. As loyal Uber Eats customers, we ordered dinner from Los Ranchos one day, only to receive the completely incorrect order. After contacting customer service, we were promised a full refund. However, since then, our credit card has been repeatedly charged a total of nearly $[redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this through the app's customer support, we have only received automated responses without a real resolution. Not only were we overcharged for the order, but we are still being asked to pay for an order that was initially refunded. This situation has been frustrating and disappointing. I need help with Uber Eats support. After 14 transfers and being hung up on, I was directed to a French number for help. The customer service experience has been frustrating with no resolution in sight. An agent promised to follow up within 2 days but I never heard back.

On Monday, February 22nd around 11:31 pm, the delivery person Cristian called me with many questions that I didn't understand. I asked if he had change for 10,[redacted] colones for the order, to which he replied no, then hung up on me. Consequently, I had a canceled order and a charge on my account. This is the third time in Costa Rica that delivery personnel have tried to extort me for change. I only need change from a professional. I always tip for the service, but when the delivery person uses their phone and doesn't respond, it seems like they're trying to keep all the bills. This is a common issue in Costa Rica. Thankfully, I no longer need to use Uber Eats or any other Uber apps. When I asked the delivery courier "Cristian," it was because I thought it might be possible to break the bill at my hotel's reception, but Cristian decided to hang up the call, speaking sarcastically. Afterwards, I reported this issue. This has happened three or more times, and Uber doesn't take responsibility; they are simply a ghost company. I dislike this app in Costa Rica, but in other countries, it's very easy and professional. Here in Costa Rica, young people often steal from tourists. It's a bad reputation, but I believe it's only because I'm American. The young people hate blue eyes and often steal food like this. It's very unpleasant, and Uber doesn't have my card details.

Today was my first time using Uber Eats after receiving a $25.00 credit via email. Struggling to navigate the website, I mistakenly input my address in the additional information section due to not being prompted for it during the ordering process. Realizing the mistake right after placing the order, I found no option to correct it, resulting in a delivery to the wrong address. Upon canceling the order within a minute, I was surprised to be charged $15.76 for cancellation, despite Uber Eats claiming no charges within the first 5 minutes of ordering. This experience has left a negative impression, and I feel frustrated by the unexpected charge, especially given my fixed income as a retiree. I urge Uber Eats to provide more flexibility and transparency in the ordering process to avoid such inconveniences in the future.

I am reaching out regarding a recent Uber Eats order I placed, for which I have attached the receipt. I have not received my order, but I have been charged £17.19 for it. The delivery driver called me for only 2 seconds and abruptly hung up before I could answer. When I tried contacting the driver, they blocked my number. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter and a refund of my payment. I request you review the call records and the driver's GPS location to confirm my claims. I paid for a service that was not provided, and the driver's assertion that he waited for me for 14 minutes needs to be verified with evidence. I am very disappointed with the driver's conduct and have witnesses to support my claim. I eagerly await your response.
