I recently signed up with Uber Eats and made an order which went smoothly. The following day, I received an email offering $25 off my first order. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the code on my next order, it was already expired. I believe it would have been more fair if I had been given the discount when placing my initial order. I kindly request a $25 refund for my first order or a new code to apply the credit on my next purchase. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue. Thank you.

I am encountering issues with Uber Eats regarding promo code redemption. Despite carefully following all the terms, the promo codes I tried, ranging between $25 and $30, did not apply to my orders as a new user. The latest code I attempted is US20EATS12. My email is [redacted], phone number is [redacted], and my name is Mary McLarty. I have dedicated over four days and more than an hour attempting to make a qualifying purchase to no avail. I kindly request a functioning promo code for the specified amount. If this cannot be resolved, I would like both my Uber and Uber Eats accounts deleted, along with unsubscribing from misleading promo emails. I am considering switching to Lyft and GrubHub for a more seamless experience. Please respond to me via email. Thank you.

Hello, I am Andrea Sampson. I placed an online order on Uber Eats grocery section for Walmart in Deerfoot City, Calgary, AB. I was informed that the order would arrive by 6pm today, but it never did. After contacting Walmart, they had no record of the order despite $81.91 being deducted from my account. I cannot locate my order on Uber Eats. I request a refund to my card due to not receiving my order. Please respond promptly as this was my weekly lunch supply. I will escalate the matter if necessary. I find this situation unacceptable. About three weeks ago, my credit card was compromised, leading to rejections when trying to make a payment through the app. Although the issue with the credit card has been resolved with the credit card company, the app continues to reject the card specifically when making payments at Yoso Sushi in Miami, Florida. I have already contacted the restaurant, and they were not aware of any issues with payments. I am reaching out to seek assistance in resolving this ongoing problem with the app rejecting the credit card at this specific restaurant. Thank you.

I recently noticed a discrepancy in my Uber Eats charges on my bank statement. I see a charge for an order I just placed and one from a month ago that I did not authorize. Strangely, I also received an email receipt for the unauthorized order. I am concerned about being charged now for an order that was supposedly made on Nov. 14 and one that I never received. I am requesting a refund of $45.50 for the unauthorized order and would appreciate it if my account could be reviewed and secured against further issues.

I placed an order with Denny’s for 2 milkshakes and fries around 11:30 pm. The expected delivery time was 12:10 am. However, by 12:10, my order had not been picked up. I waited until 1:12 am, and the order still had not been picked up, so I canceled it. Unfortunately, I was charged about $13. I am very dissatisfied because the estimated arrival time was not met, and this is a recurring problem with Uber Eats that I have experienced. I would like a refund for this lengthy and inconvenient delay.

I placed an order on UberEats for McDonald's totaling £21.46. I opted for a meal deal with a 40p surcharge to upgrade the milkshake. Unfortunately, upon delivery, all the dips for the nuggets and cheese dippers were missing, making the meal unsatisfactory. Additionally, the milkshake lacked flavoring, further disappointing me. Despite requesting a replacement for the missing items totaling £11.47, I only received a refund of 40p. Even after expressing my dissatisfaction, I was informed that there was no further action they could take. I am unable to find a way to escalate this issue and am frustrated by their inadequate response. I initially would have been content with a credit or partial refund, but now believe a full refund is justified, especially considering the free delivery.

I was charged for an order that was canceled by Uber! The app shows a total of zero for the order, but the charge appeared on my bank statement. Despite being told by automated messages that it was just a pending transaction, it has now been processed. I reached out to support, but they mentioned it's been more than 48 hours since the order and they are unable to help. Disappointingly, they did not offer any compensation for the error. I followed their instructions and waited, but the charge remains on my statement. It feels like they have taken my money unjustly.

The driver canceled my Subway order, and I'm concerned about being charged for the meal. My order was already delayed by 30 minutes, then the driver canceled it because the Subway's computer system was down and they were out of an item I wanted. I tried calling Uber support, but no one answered, and I was directed to the help section of the Uber Eats app. I just want to ensure I receive a refund and that the amount isn't deducted from my account.

I recently redeemed my reward points for 40% off a pickup order, but encountered an issue when trying to order from Corktree Liquors for pickup. The Uber app required me to order food along with my purchase, which the liquor store does not offer. Due to this, I was unable to complete my order. I would like to reverse this redemption and select a different rewards option. Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed with this request? Additionally, if reversing the redemption is not possible, I would like to know the validity period for the 40% off pickup reward. It is confusing to see Corktree Liquors listed on Uber Eats when it is not feasible to order alcohol without food from their establishment. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

On the morning of 12/25/20, an Uber Eats driver entered my neighborhood, FINISTERRE, in Paradise Valley, AZ, around 10:40 AM to deliver to [redacted] E. Naumann Dr. The guard on duty called for permission, which was granted, but the delivery never reached us. It's possible it was a gift from a friend. The guard believes there might have been a mix-up, with the delivery potentially going to Huntress Drive instead. I've asked the guard for the driver's details, and I'm hoping Uber Eats can contact me to investigate further. Please reach out to me at [redacted].

I am concerned about the status of my order. I have received notifications from two drivers stating that the delivery is on its way, but the estimated time keeps getting delayed. Initially, it was supposed to arrive by 12:30, but now the latest update suggests it will be 1:30. I am unsure if the order will actually be delivered as promised. Having the amount deducted from my account, I did not anticipate such delays, causing frustration. I placed the order at 11 expecting a 20 to 30-minute delivery time frame.

I placed an order for delivery at Duet Cuisine Curry House, but they canceled it due to a lack of delivery drivers. They charged me £41 for the order that never arrived. Despite Duet Cuisine and Uber Eats claiming my money was not taken and was just a pending transaction, I see that the funds have been deducted from my bank account. Uber Eats is now declining a refund, alleging I reached out to them too late. However, I have evidence from emails showing I contacted them within an hour of the restaurant canceling my order. I demand a complete refund as this seems like theft and deceit!

I am attempting to use Uber Eats to order food and use a voucher along with my credit card for payment. However, every time I try to submit my order, I receive an error message on the Uber Eats app and website, stating: "Oops, something went wrong. There was an error processing your request. If this continues, please visit ubereats.com." Despite trying to change my credit card and attempting multiple times, the error persists.

On December 25, [redacted], at 9:21 AM, an Uber driver named David entered the guard gate of my community, FINISTERRE, on Lincoln Drive in Paradise Valley, AZ, to deliver to [redacted] E. Naumann Drive. The guard granted him access, but we never received the delivery and are unsure of its origin. We suspect it may have been a gift from a friend. The guard believes the driver may have mistakenly delivered to Huntress Drive. I have contacted Uber Eats via their website around 10:40 AM. I have asked the guard to provide me with the driver's name as the license plate number did not register. I am seeking assistance from Uber Eats to clarify this delivery. To whom it may concern, I have been attempting to reach Uber Eats for the past three months through the app. Regularly, I have been charged $9.99 over the last three months without reason. I do not have an account and only use the app occasionally as a guest. Uber Eats has withdrawn $30.00 from my checking account without authorization. Last Sunday, I placed my first ever Uber Eats order to redeem a $30 discount. Unfortunately, there were issues with my order. Instead of receiving 3 club sandwiches and 5 chicken strips, I only got 3 chicken strips and was charged more than expected. It appears the discount was not correctly applied. I received two separate email receipts for my lunch order today. The first receipt, for $18.37 at 12:09pm, correctly used a $15 lunch voucher. However, I also received another receipt for $22.04 at 1:09pm, which also listed a $15 lunch voucher. I only received my lunch at 12:09pm and the $18.37 total was accurate. I did not place a second order an hour later, and I did not have a second voucher. I am unsure why the second receipt was generated. In my Uber Eats app, only the second order #E8F19 is shown. There is no indication of any charges on my credit card yet. I am confused about why I received two receipts and whether there will only be one charge. I appreciate any guidance you can provide. Tonight, I placed a delivery order with Pizzium in Brescia. The initial estimated delivery time was 8:55 pm, but Uber Eats adjusted it to 9:22 pm. It's now 9:15 pm, and my order still hasn't arrived. On 12/24, I ordered Avocado rolls and added 2 tacos. However, the restaurant called to inform me that they did not have Avocado rolls available. I requested to cancel the order since it was the main part of my meal that was unavailable. Despite canceling, I was still charged for a full meal that I did not receive due to the item being unavailable. I have been on chat support for 2 days explaining the situation repeatedly without any resolution. Very frustrated with Uber Eats as this seems to be a recurring issue.
