Hello, I ordered a package from the U.S. to Poland. It was sent on April 3, [redacted], and arrived in Poland on April 11, [redacted]. However, since then, there have been no updates on its location. The tracking information mentions that the item departed a transfer airport in Okęcie, Warsaw, Poland, but there have been no further updates. I have contacted the airport and the delivery company on our side, but have not received any useful information. I would like to know how much longer I need to wait for the package, as it seems to be stuck at the moment. Can you please confirm if the package is indeed in Poland?

There appears to be a new mail carrier in Bellevue, WA [redacted] who is not attempting to deliver packages properly. Our usual mail carrier always brings parcels that are too big for the mailbox to our door. On 4/19/23, we received a note about an attempted delivery in the mailbox even though someone was home all day. Please inform the new mail carrier that packages need to be delivered to the apartment door, not just left in the mailbox or with a message saying delivery was not possible. With a little effort, this task is manageable. Thank you.

Good morning! I am having an issue with tracking number CH[redacted]01US. It has been released for delivery to the recipient in Spain. However, they inform me that the delivery address is showing as incorrect in their system. I know that USPS has the correct address. Correos in Spain is asking for USPS to confirm that the address for this shipment is correct. Can you provide a report or confirmation that the shipping address is accurate? I have been told that if they do not receive this information, the package will be returned to the sender.

During my stay at TownePlace Suites Dallas Bedford this weekend, I inquired about receiving packages and was provided an address to use for deliveries. I relayed this address to several senders expecting packages, but one was returned yesterday citing an insufficient address. Concerned that the remaining packages might face the same fate and worried about not receiving a refund, I suspect the street address may have been the issue. Thank you. - S. G.

I have been eagerly anticipating a package from Amazon to arrive at my home. After tracking the package, I discovered that it was delivered to my local post office on Saturday morning at 7:15 a.m. However, despite it being there, I did not receive it over the weekend or on Monday. When I contacted the post office, they informed me that I needed to pick it up because it was a large box. I explained my physical limitations due to age and past surgeries but the staff member insisted I had to collect it. I reiterated my request for delivery, yet even after speaking to them yesterday, the package has not been brought to my home. The package has been at the post office since Saturday, and I am in need of assistance in this matter.

I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered by 9pm today. When I tracked my package, I saw a message stating that it's being held by USPS and placed on hold by a customer request, which I did not make. I want my package delivered to my address as expected. I was attempting to update my address online. After providing my old and new address details, I proceeded to pay using my debit card. Surprisingly, I received a message stating that my address didn't match, despite residing at the same address for 12 years. I attempted a different credit card, only to encounter the same issue. My main goal is to successfully update my address to reflect my new residence. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further. Thank you.

I purchased a package from Amazon that was sent from China using SFExpress as the courier. The tracking information indicates that it made it to JFK Airport and passed through customs in mid-May. From JFK, it was transferred to New Jersey, then back to New York, and now the USPS tracking states that it was delivered on May 20 to a location in the Bronx, NY. My correct shipping address is [redacted] Preserve Circle, Golden, CO [redacted], and this is where the package should have been sent. I am hoping that someone can assist me in locating and receiving my package, as it is a special gift. Thank you for your help.

I've been eagerly awaiting two packages since May 2. The first one was initially scheduled for the week of May 2 and the second one about a week and a half to two weeks ago. Both are still in transit, even though I paid for expedited shipping. It's frustrating to wait longer than standard shipping times. I'm puzzled as to why my packages haven't arrived yet, considering there have been no holidays, the weather has been fine, and there have been no updates on my tracking information.

I reside in a rural area just east of Astoria, Oregon, and according to USPS carrier guidelines, for Accountable mail items and oversized parcels, the carrier should make an effort to get the recipient's attention, including honking their horn if necessary. If the customer does not come out and the delivery point is within 1/2 mile of the line of travel with a passable road, the carrier should attempt delivery. If not, a PS Form [redacted] will be left for the customer to make arrangements to receive the item. My residence is 0.25 miles from my mail receptacle, verifiable by Google Maps at 0.[redacted] miles, located on Grimstad Lane off John Day River Road from Hwy 30, all falling within the specified distance. Despite this, due to a past employment issue with the Postmaster's wife, he refuses to deliver packages to my home, incorrectly citing it as over a mile from the receptacle. I have filed two complaints, but there have been issues with the investigation, and the distance has not been accurately assessed, leading to a lack of proper service.

My neighbor and I both use a shared brick mailbox with two compartments in the center and planters on the sides. Recently, my neighbor claimed the mailbox is on his property and threatened to destroy it unless I relocate it. These mailboxes have been in place for years for the convenience of our mail carrier. I expected my package to be delivered today, June 15th, by 9 pm. However, upon checking the tracking number, I discovered that the delivery date has changed to "unknown." Surprisingly, my package was last recorded in Ybor City, Florida on June 12th at 6:51 pm, only to then show up in Pittsburgh, PA at the USPS Regional Distribution Center on June 14th at 2:05 am. I'm puzzled as to why my package was sent from Ybor City, Florida, to Pittsburgh, PA, considering that I reside in Florida.
