A UPS driver attempted to deliver multiple packages to our home, but we were not available. Among the deliveries, one package required a signature. We left a note for the driver to leave the package at our door. However, we observed via our Ring camera that the driver decided to take not just the signature-required package but all the packages. This is concerning as some of the items were food meant for our children. We have not been able to get a hold of customer service despite calling five times. Unfortunately, each time we called, the automated system disconnected the call.

Ordered an Xbox and the delivery was on Saturday, December 3rd; I was tracking the notifications that said "Out for delivery, three stops away from delivering your package near my house." However, then I received a notification saying "Package Delivered," so I went to check my door, but it wasn't there. I asked the neighbors, but no one had seen anything. I tracked it online on the UPS website, and it shows my package was delivered but to a different address. I would like you to send me the item I purchased again or refund my money because it is a lot of money, and I don't want to lose it. It's either the item or the money, please. Thank you.

On 11/25/[redacted], UPS accidentally threw a second-day letter package that hit my front casement window, shattering it. Despite my instructions to deliver packages to the side door, the package caused the damage. On 11/28/[redacted], I had the window replaced for $[redacted]. After contacting Maxine and John at the UPS local facility ([redacted]), John mentioned he would escalate the issue to their insurance provider. However, I have not received any updates, and I am still waiting for reimbursement. I submitted pictures of the broken window and the invoice on the UPS website, but the claim got canceled as I mistakenly classified it as a lost package with no alternative options. The tracking number for the package is 1Z 5X2 90Y NY 9[redacted]. I am seeking assistance in getting a $[redacted] refund to cover the cost of the damaged window. Your help is greatly appreciated. I am seeking to file a claim regarding a notification I received today at 1:01pm stating my package was delivered. No package was seen, and no UPS truck was seen on my street. I have surveillance cameras and there is no footage of any delivery to my property today. My tracking number is 1Z2079RR[redacted].

I am awaiting the receipt of an international shipment with tracking number 1Z4916A0DA[redacted]3. UPS's initial attempt on November 29th failed due to the apartment number missing in translation. I updated the address on November 30th at 9 am using the UPS website. As of December 6th at 1 pm, there are no updates on the UPS website regarding the shipment, just a message saying the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. Two packages, 1Z99E685YW[redacted]5 and 1ZW6254Y[redacted]7, were misdelivered on December 1 at 4:51pm to the wrong address instead of [redacted] 40th Place Northeast, Lake Forest Park, WA [redacted]. On December 6 at 10:56am, I spoke with UPS driver "Dave" who insisted he delivered both packages. However, our security camera footage does not show him making the delivery, and we were home all day with a clear view of our driveway and front porch. During our conversation, "Dave" mistakenly gave me a package meant for a neighboring house. After returning the wrong package to him, he provided our correct package (different tracking number). Both misdelivered packages displayed the same code "07D-[redacted]", indicating a coding error by UPS. It seems "Dave" is not verifying addresses properly, leading to misdeliveries. The first package was for my wife, M. Sundin, and the second for our daughter, A. Sundin. "Dave" mentioned that UPS should have geotag information about where the packages were delivered. I recently received an email regarding a package issue. There have been claims made by the driver about returning a package, but no one has come to my address yesterday or today. There was no box for the driver to switch, and there wasn't any other package to be picked up. I have a product to return to Amazon in my loft, still unpacked. The package with tracking number 1Z9758R[redacted] was meant for Phoenix, Arizona. I demand this package be returned to me immediately. Please alert me when the driver arrives, as an adult must be present for the delivery. The IKEA package was mistakenly taken, and I request it be returned promptly. Thank you, Heather.

I have requested delivery of my package to [redacted] Henry Avenue in Natchitoches, LA [redacted]. The carrier, Smart Warehousing, states they are sending the package to a different address. The scheduled delivery date is today, Friday 12/09/[redacted], by 9:00 PM. A signature is required upon delivery. The tracking number is 1Z1E0F[redacted]52. I am frustrated as I work daily and cannot always receive my packages. I am William M. Chambliss. According to UPS, my package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]43 was marked as delivered on Wednesday, November 23rd. However, this tracking number does not seem to be working, preventing me from filing a claim. The item I am missing is the MOPHOTO Bike Cover Adult Tricycle Cover for Outdoor Bicycle Storage. Despite checking my property and porch where my UPS deliveries are usually left, the package is nowhere to be found. I have been experiencing issues with receiving my recent packages from overseas. Unfortunately, the items are being sent back to the original senders. My friend received one package without any notice and another package was turned away today with tracking number rr[redacted]55se. This is the second attempt by my friend to send the package, and they had to pay customs fees. Another package from Scotland was also sent back without my friend ever receiving it.

I am experiencing a delay in receiving a check from Regions Bank. The check was supposed to be delivered on the 7th to [redacted] Vernon Avenue. I received confirmation that the check was paid for and sent out, but as of the 11th or 12th, possibly the 13th, I have not received it. Last year, two packages were reported as delivered but were not received. This year, a package was delivered to the wrong address due to the driver using an incorrect address from his mapping application. Despite my address being clearly visible on both sides of the mailbox, the package was left at a neighbor's house who I am not acquainted with. Luckily, my landlord facilitated its retrieval after being informed by the neighbor. My address is [redacted] Godfrey Road, Madison, GA. I have an upcoming delivery that I am anticipating, and I kindly request the driver to call me ten minutes before arrival. I will be waiting at the end of my driveway near a purple Spark car. My house is a brown trailer located down a dirt drive.

My package keeps getting delivered to the wrong address repeatedly. This has happened twice last year, and recently, a delivery was made to neighbors I do not know. I have a crucial package on the way and need it to be delivered to the correct address. The address is clearly marked on both sides of my mailbox. I reside in a brown trailer at the end of a dirt driveway. If the driver could kindly give me a ten-minute heads-up before delivery, I will make sure to be at the end of the driveway. I accidentally received a package meant for someone else and promptly returned it using the provided return label and the same box and packing materials. The tracking number for the shipment is 1Z X13 92Y 90 1[redacted]. Surprisingly, after just a day or so, the package was returned to me without any clear reasons provided. Now, the person who was supposed to receive the package is attempting to charge me $[redacted] as they claim not to have received it. It would be helpful to understand why this mishap occurred and how it can be rectified promptly.

Yesterday, my shipment arrived, but the pink box was leaking, so UPS offered to either return it and file a claim or deliver it to me so I can file a claim. I chose to have them return the box and handle the claim. However, today I received a brown box instead. UPS had removed the products from the original packaging, put them in the new box, and returned it to me. When I opened it, I discovered empty containers. The delivery person had mentioned the return was for a claim due to leakage, but UPS seems to have repackaged the items without my consent, leading to the containers being empty.

This morning, my package was marked as out for delivery, but now it's showing as delayed without any further updates. The package contains vital medication that I urgently need. I'm anxious about its whereabouts and wondering if there's an option for me to pick it up somewhere. I received a notification from UPS SurePost stating that there was an issue with the delivery. I am puzzled by this as I regularly receive packages at my residence without any problems. Ultimately, UPS SurePost ends up dropping off the package at the local post office, where I am being charged additional postage fees for their involvement. I have been experiencing a recurring issue with my packages being returned to the sender or mistakenly delivered to my neighbors, even though I am home to receive them. Despite having cameras outside, there is no evidence of delivery attempts. This forces me to contact vendors to have the orders redelivered, which is a time-consuming process. Additionally, my neighbors often mistakenly receive my packages without checking the recipient's name. This has become an awkward situation and I need guidance on how to address this ongoing problem. My packages keep getting delivered to the wrong address, causing major issues. To clarify, my correct address is [redacted] L 7 Ranch Rd, Lake Placid, FL [redacted], while the incorrect one is 7 Ranch Rd, Lake Placid, FL [redacted]. I need them to retrieve all misdelivered packages from the wrong address and take them to a UPS drop-off point. Despite filing claims for missing items, they keep canceling them. I even contacted the occupants of the wrong address, but they won't return until the new year. This situation is unacceptable, especially with a package currently out for delivery.
