I reside in Marana, Arizona and I am facing issues with my recent deliveries. Instead of leaving them at my doorstep, the delivery person has been throwing them over the fence at the far end of my lot. This has been a problem because some packages are heavy and contain perishable or fragile items that need immediate attention. The heat in our area during the summer poses a risk to these items. Despite having a walk-through opening next to the mailbox, packages are consistently thrown over the fence, causing inconvenience especially as my husband is disabled and I work. The latest incident occurred on August 30, where I had to go to the other side of the lot to retrieve my package. I request that this practice be ceased immediately. Should this happen again, I will escalate the matter with senior management at UPS and inform local news outlets, as well as advise my vendors and friends of the poor delivery service experience. I was informed that my claim would be reopened around 4 days ago. The tracking number is 1ZW2001F[redacted], but I haven't received any email confirming this yet. The missing shipment is a Janome Skyline S9 sewing machine valued at $[redacted]. It was supposed to come from Las Vegas to Oxnard, CA. We were told that it was initially tagged in Vegas and then marked as lost. We are eagerly awaiting an update on the status of the shipment. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Margarita Castro. I have been expecting an expedited package from US Direct Express since Wednesday. I placed the order on Friday, August 29, [redacted]. It is now Saturday, September 3, [redacted], and I have not received it yet. I contacted the community center and spoke with Bryan, who checked with Derisa, and they confirmed that the package has not arrived. When I visited the center on Friday, September 2, [redacted], the mail cabinet was locked, so they couldn't check for it. I will follow up with them tomorrow. I usually pay for expedited service, but it often arrives a week or two late. Can I please have a tracking number and have it sent to my email? Thank you.

I sent my package from Michael Kors on 8/21/22 to Deborah Lee at [redacted] Jasmine Court, Commerce City, CO [redacted]. Unfortunately, I haven't received it yet. After contacting UPS on 8/31/22, I was informed that my package was marked as delivered but still on the truck. I struggled to file a claim online due to my limited computer skills. Despite managing to complete the claim today, I'm unsure how to attach the copy of the Michael Kors bill. Additionally, calling 1-[redacted] only directed me to file a claim instead of speaking to a person. I'm eager to confirm if my claim was submitted correctly and when I can expect reimbursement.

Hello, I am reaching out to address the order mentioned above. Please be aware that during the specified time and for 1 hour before and after, no UPS truck enters my cul-de-sac (I have 2 cameras monitoring traffic and one at my front door). There was no UPS delivery to my front door during that time either. I have video footage of my wife and our guest entering and leaving the house around this time, but I did not see them pick up a package. The UPS tracking number is 1Z1E121XYW[redacted]4. Upon checking this on the UPS website through the Grunt Style link, the message "Left At: Inside Delivery" is confusing to me, as my packages are typically left at the front door. When I enter the Grunt Style reported tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted] into the UPS system, it shows "Tracking number not found."

Package #1Z3YR[redacted][redacted] was marked as attempted delivery today and has been redirected to a store far from my home. This is the second time this has occurred with my CVS orders. I was at home at the time of the alleged delivery but no UPS van arrived, no UPS employee came to my door, and no doorbell was rung. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. I have paid for shipping to my home twice and have been deceived twice. I am unable to reach a person through your phone system. I have a UPS delivery scheduled for tomorrow from Landsend, and if this repeats a third time, I will have video evidence that the UPS driver is providing false information about attempted deliveries to my home. I have never experienced this issue with UPS before. The individual now responsible for my route is unethical and not fulfilling their job requirements. I have 5 tracking numbers for packages that were supposed to be delivered today, 9/9/[redacted], via International Priority. There have been three delays, and now the new delivery date is Monday. These packages contain uniforms for [redacted] youth sports participants. I've been assured over the phone for the past two nights that the packages would arrive today, but now I see they're in PA, soon to fly to St. Pete/Clearwater, which is just a 2-hour flight away from me. I understand I might not be able to have them delivered directly to me, but I should be able to pick them up once they arrive.

I have contacted your customer service twice today to address my concerns. However, despite being assured that a supervisor would call me within an hour, no one has contacted me yet. Yesterday, my packages were not left in the designated area and were only found today. Unfortunately, due to being exposed to the rain, they were soaking wet. Additionally, their visibility from the road was concerning. Proper placement would have prevented this situation.

Being 85 years old with multiple health issues, I rely solely on online shopping. Despite requesting my packages to be delivered to my door due to mobility issues, they continue to be left at the rental office. The management team there charges a fee for non-collection. I have spoken to my resident manager to no avail. I cannot personally retrieve my packages and refuse to pay unnecessary fees for them. When I call to inquire about my deliveries, I am asked for payment instead of assistance. This situation is critical as even my insulin deliveries are mishandled. The impact on my health cannot be ignored.

For the past 9 years since moving, I have faced persistent problems with UPS deliveries; it seems to be unique to this service. I would like to address the ongoing issue I have with the United States Postal Service. I rescheduled the delivery of my certified letter for yesterday and rearranged my schedule to be home all day. Unfortunately, no one showed up. After speaking with agent Samantha, I was informed that the delivery had been rescheduled for today. Another agent contacted me over two hours ago, promising that a manager would call to make sure the letter is delivered today. This letter is crucial as it contains my paycheck. I am frustrated with the lack of transparency and honesty in this process. I urge the postal service to rectify this promptly and deliver my letter as promised.

My package was mistakenly delivered to an address that is over an hour away from its intended destination. It was signed for by someone who is not related to me. I have reached out to UPS and MetroPCS multiple times to investigate, but no action has been taken yet. I was promised a claims form via email, but I have not received it.

I dispatched a package on Friday, Oct. 7, [redacted], from UPS store #[redacted] for overnight delivery to Stanley Norman at [redacted] S. Rancho Dr., [redacted], Las Vegas, NV 89[redacted]. The package was collected and scanned at 5:15 p.m. by the driver who claimed to have dropped it off at UPS at the Reno airport. Unfortunately, it was not scanned at the airport, and as of today, it has not been delivered. There is a lack of tracking information, and customer support is not providing any assistance. The latest tracking update mentioned an investigation initiated in Las Vegas, but the tracker still indicates "in transit." I am unsure what this status means. I am seeking assistance in Las Vegas to discover the efforts made to locate my missing package.

I submitted a package to UPS store number [redacted] on Friday, 10/7/22 at 12:46 for overnight delivery to Stanley Norman at [redacted] S Ranch. The UPS driver picked up the package at 5:15 and scanned it for delivery to the Reno airport. However, there was no airport scan upon delivery. I spoke with the driver who assured me he handed it over to the UPS airport office. Unfortunately, the airport did not scan the package, leaving us with no tracking information beyond the driver's initial pick-up scan. The tracking system mentions an investigation initiated in Las Vegas a few days ago, which is confusing since the last known location of the package was the driver's drop-off at the Reno airport. It would be more logical to investigate in Reno or start at the Reno airport office.

I am having trouble logging into my UPS account, and despite attempting a password reset, I am still unable to access my account due to error code "LASSO_1010". Unfortunately, as I am located in France, I am unable to receive live assistance to resolve this issue. I need to update my login email as I will be discontinuing my current email address, but without access, this is impossible. I have tried reaching out to UPS through various methods in France, including calling a helpdesk and searching for a chat option, but have had no success. On Oct. 18, [redacted], at 5:54 p.m., I received an email from UPS stating that package 1Z6Y3114WY[redacted] was delivered. However, upon checking, the package was nowhere to be found. The delivery was supposed to be made through SurePost, but my local USPS has not received it yet (USPS tracking # 9[redacted] 8[redacted] [redacted] 09). The UPS notification indicated the delivery location as "Sparta NJ," a town, not my specific address. Typically, the "Proof of Delivery" section specifies details like "left at garage" or "left at front door." I am unsure how UPS made this error, but I want to receive my package promptly, as it has already been charged to my credit card.

I received a text notification stating that my package was delivered, but upon checking, it was not there. After contacting customer service, a kind lady promised a callback. When the callback occurred, I explained the situation, stating that the temporary driver had delivered the package to the wrong location. I was then placed on hold for 21 minutes and 11 seconds before the call was disconnected. Thankfully, Sean or Shawn, an employee, located the package on the truck and delivered it to me personally, knowing I'm usually at home. Sean's excellent service deserves recognition and appreciation. Thank you, Sean, for going above and beyond to rectify the situation.
