I have purchased tickets to Bali through Istanbul with Turkish Airlines for February. Upon checking my reservation, I noticed that the original flights were canceled by Turkish Airlines. I see the new flights below, and I would like guidance on how to proceed to view only the valid current flights. I aim to make seat purchases accordingly. I need assistance as reaching out via messenger was unhelpful, and I was advised to contact the branch in Turkey for support.

Thank you for offering your help. I am experiencing an issue with Turkish Airlines regarding lost baggage. I flew from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Lyon, France with a layover in Istanbul on November 3rd-4th, all on Turkish Airlines. Upon arrival in Lyon, my checked bag was missing. I reported it at Lyon Airport and discovered that the baggage tag had the wrong name and destination - it belonged to another passenger going to Marrakesh via Istanbul. I have provided all necessary details through the standard baggage claim procedure but, after nearly 2 months, Turkish Airlines has not resolved the situation or offered adequate compensation for the delay. They keep saying they are investigating, though they initially promised to handle it within 21 days. If they don't address this promptly, I am considering legal action. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. N. Prakash.

Hello, my name is Ayusha K. I flew from Dublin to Mumbai via Istanbul with Turkish Airlines on December 18th. My flight from Dublin to Istanbul was TK-[redacted], and from Istanbul to Mumbai was TK-[redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the delay of the first flight, I missed the connecting flight, leading to a lot of inconvenience and hassle at Istanbul Airport. The next available flight was the following day, December 19th, at 8:30 pm, causing me to miss a family function. Although a hotel stay was provided, we arrived at 4 am. Additionally, an unnecessary e-visa was required for leaving the airport, costing 45 US dollars. I have requested compensation for the e-visa cost and any other possible compensation for the inconvenience caused by the flight delay.

I booked a flight departing from Cairo at 3:30am on December 23rd with a stopover at Istanbul Airport before heading to Los Angeles at 8:10am. However, the flight from Cairo was delayed by one hour, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Los Angeles from Istanbul. The rescheduled flight to Los Angeles was at 1:50pm, but redirected to Las Vegas instead. This change resulted in purchasing additional tickets costing $[redacted]. Arriving late in Los Angeles led to rebooking car hire for an extra $[redacted] due to the Christmas period rates. I am requesting a refund for these expenses incurred as a result of the Turkish Airlines delay. Receipts are attached for reference. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, my name is Evgeni Negiva. I am reaching out to explain the issue with my baggage. During my journey from Montreal to Israel Tel Aviv, my flight from Zurich to Tel Aviv was canceled, and I was rebooked to fly from Zurich to Istanbul and then from Istanbul to Tel Aviv. Unfortunately, upon arriving in Israel from Istanbul, my baggage did not make it. I visited the airport's lost and found department, and they created a file for my missing baggage. They advised me to contact Turkish Airlines since they operated my flight. The flight numbers were TK1914 from Zurich to Istanbul and TK790 from Istanbul to Tel Aviv. I am eager to have my baggage returned promptly and I look forward to your prompt assistance. Thank you in advance. If more details are needed, please feel free to reach out. Evgeni.

Dear Turkish Airlines Management, I am inquiring about a transit situation I have while traveling with your airline. Four years ago, I had an issue entering Turkey from Iran but have since obtained a valid passport and a visa for an upcoming flight that transits through Turkey. I was informed I couldn't enter Turkey for five years, but I am wondering if I can stay in the transit hall during my layover without entering the country before boarding my connecting flight. I am Iranian by nationality. Thank you for your assistance.

My mother, Zarema S., experienced a medical emergency at the Istanbul airport on January 5, [redacted], while in transit. She was taken to a local hospital. Since she didn't have her cellphone, we were unaware of the situation and arrived at Vancouver airport on January 6 to meet her, waiting for about 3 hours, only to be informed to contact Turkish Airlines as she had not checked in for the Vancouver flight. A representative from the hospital reached out to me via Viber on the 6th, informing us that my mom had a heart attack and was being treated there. They assured us she was stable and would be discharged on January 7 to fly home. Consequently, I purchased new tickets to Vancouver. I kindly request your assistance with obtaining a refund for the tickets booked for January 7. Thank you. Sincerely, Ainura

Attention Business Flyers! I wanted to share my recent experience returning from Arab Health in Dubai. My husband, who is 81 and uses a cane (which is currently at F3 check-in counter in Istanbul), and I, both aged 79, had a challenging journey. We requested a wheelchair multiple times but faced delays and lack of assistance. The long distances in the airports almost caused us to miss our connecting flight. Unfortunately, my husband's Apple watch was stolen during the rush. I am disappointed that our concerns were not addressed properly, and the quality of the meal was subpar. We are distressed about the lost cane and luggage, and I hope for a resolution soon. Despite our love for Turkey, we may need to reconsider our future travel plans if our concerns are not addressed satisfactorily. The claim number for the lost luggage is JFKTK21977. Your assistance is appreciated.

Dear Turkish Airlines, I hope this message finds you well. I want to confirm my upcoming flights with you: - Flight OD171 on 21/02/[redacted] - Flight OD172 on 19/02/[redacted] I have a few inquiries: 1. I was unable to select seats during my booking process. Is it possible to reserve a seat to accommodate my joint issues? I have trouble sitting with my knees bent for long periods. 2. If I check my luggage in Warsaw, will it be transferred all the way to Sydney, or will I need to pick it up at each transfer point? I would appreciate your clarification on this matter. Thank you for your assistance in advance. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards, Liliia

Turkish Airlines Confirmation Code: RYJXPH. Hello, On January 26, [redacted], my children and I were returning home to Sydney from a family trip in Sofia. Our flight TK1030 to Istanbul was delayed by 2 hours, impacting our connection to Bangkok flight TK68, where we had hotel reservations. Despite informing the flight attendant about our concern for the connecting flight, we did not receive assistance upon arrival in Istanbul. Running to gate B10, we missed the flight by just 3 minutes. We were disappointed by the lack of support from Turkish Airlines staff at the airport, leading to a 48-hour delay in our journey. We lost a day's work, incurred visa costs, forfeited the hotel in Bangkok, and had banking issues due to this ordeal. I believe Turkish Airlines should compensate us for these losses and inconveniences. Proposed Compensation: AUD $[redacted] for Turkish visas AUD $[redacted] for missed work days AUD $[redacted] for the forfeited hotel AUD $[redacted] for emotional impact, missed layover, extra travel time, and banking complications Total = AUD $[redacted] Regards, Stuart Baillie

I am extremely disappointed with Turkish Airlines this time. Firstly, my flight was delayed for 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight with another airline. To add to my frustration, my baggage was lost. Despite these issues being out of my control, Turkish Airlines refused to provide me with a new ticket for the missed flight as it was not operated by them. However, I hold them responsible for the situation and had to spend $[redacted] on a new ticket and even pay for a hotel myself. This lack of assistance is unacceptable and showcases poor customer service. I am hopeful that they will compensate me with a voucher for a future flight or at least provide me with $[redacted] credit towards a Turkish Airlines booking, considering the total of $[redacted] I had to spend due to their failures.

My flight from Atlanta to Athens via Istanbul was disrupted. I received notifications of a refund for my seat service but no reason was provided. It turns out the flight was canceled due to operational reasons, leaving me scrambling to find an alternative to reach Athens on time for my cruise. After a lengthy call with customer service, my new departure date is now March 8th, requiring me to stay in Athens for two extra nights unexpectedly. I am seeking assistance with hotel accommodations as this additional cost was not planned. I have a booking number, RQM8QX, and would appreciate any help available such as hotel vouchers. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service at Turkish Airlines, I am Ahmed Elhanafy, a Customer Service Engineer at LG Electronics. I recently traveled on Turkish Airlines from Serbia to Istanbul, then from Istanbul to Cairo on February 14th, [redacted]. The flight details are as follows: Flight No: TK [redacted], Departure from Belgrade at 20:25, Arrival in Istanbul at 00:05, Departure from Istanbul at 01:25, and Arrival in Cairo at 02:40. I booked this flight based on the information provided by the flight agency, expecting a 4-hour journey that cost me 58,[redacted] Serbian Debar, equivalent to [redacted] Euros. However, there were several issues with the flights, including delays and poor customer service from Turkish Airlines employees at Istanbul Airport. The employee's disrespectful attitude and inadequate assistance left me dissatisfied. I had to deal with flight delays, rebooking on a different airline, uncomfortable seating, and subpar meal service. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of the ticket price and compensation for the inconveniences caused by the airline's mistakes and the poor treatment received. I hope Turkish Airlines will address these issues and provide a satisfactory resolution promptly. Thank you. Best regards,

Subject: E-Ticket [redacted][redacted] / PNR: UUHZR7 Dear Sir or Madam, A few days ago, I was informed by Bravofly that my flight had been rescheduled. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach Bravofly to make any changes. I ended up calling Turkish Airlines directly, where a helpful staff member offered me a new flight for the following day, maintaining the original schedule but with both flights now a day later, including a 3-hour and 10-minute layover in Istanbul. Manila - Cologne Bonn Thu, 09 Mar. 22:20 MNL - 06:10 +1 IST Layover 3h 10min 09:20 IST - 10:45 +1 CGN I was supposed to confirm this arrangement, but Bravofly instead sent me a confirmation two days later with different flight times and a 9-hour and 30-minute layover, which is not acceptable. I would like the flight you offered me to be confirmed. Sincerely, Harald Neumann

Dear Turkish Aviation, I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during a recent booking with your airline. My wife and I had reservations for a flight from Atlanta to Cairo via Istanbul on March 5, [redacted]. Upon arriving at the airport on time, we encountered an issue during the check-in process that led to the cancellation of my travel. Despite providing all necessary documents, my boarding was denied due to a discrepancy with my personal information. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a clear explanation for the refusal of our travel. Your immediate attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Sameh Said

Good evening, On February 27th, I purchased a flight ticket from Sofia to Istanbul, and the next day, I bought a WEMFMY ticket back to Israel. I received a message regarding the flight, but no email was received as expected. The message lacked additional flight ticket numbers. The following day, I received another message about a flight date change. Upon reading the message content, I realized the flight was scheduled for 1/3 instead of the intended 19/3. Being in Israel and returning from Istanbul on time is quite challenging. I contacted the company's polite and patient customer service in Israel for assistance, but they requested a card number which I couldn't locate in any messages or emails. It seems there's a misunderstanding regarding the ticketing matter, possibly due to a typing error. I am currently in Israel and will only be flying to Sofia on 10/3 and then from Sofia to Istanbul four days later, staying there until the 19th before returning to Israel. I wish to rectify this and confirm a ticket back to Israel on 3/19 under the same conditions. I paid approximately [redacted]€ for the card. Thank you in advance. Dr. S. Mousa
