Bonjour, J'ai contacté Transunion à plusieurs reprises pour annuler mon compte payant, mais je n'ai pas eu de succès. En outre, je souhaite ouvrir un compte gratuit chez TransUnion pour activer la protection du "Gel de crédit". Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu le faire car le système indique constamment que j'ai déjà un compte et que celui-ci est suspendu. Pouvez-vous m'aider à changer mon compte payant en un compte gratuit sans suspension? Merci pour votre aide rapide. Cordialement, LD

In late April or early May, I received a letter from Mackenzie informing me of a cybersecurity incident. The letter instructed me to register on mytrueidentity and provided an activation code. Upon attempting to sign up, I encountered difficulty with the first question and was unable to proceed. Despite providing my information, I could not complete the registration. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and long wait times, I finally spoke to a representative who identified an error in my apartment number. After being provided with a new activation code, I was instructed to create an account on ocs.transunion.ca. Unfortunately, I encountered issues receiving the verification code and faced account suspension. Despite receiving two delayed codes, I was unable to access my account as it required payment, which was unexpected as Mackenzie was supposed to cover the fees. Subsequent attempts to resolve the situation led to further complications, with a new activation code provided but inaccessible due to the existing paid account. I have been left waiting on the phone and transferred between services without resolution. I am requesting the deletion of the paid account to proceed with mytrueidentity registration. I reside in Trois-Rivières and eagerly anticipate confirmation of the account's deletion. Sincerely, Dorice B.

Hello, I am a US citizen but currently living in Switzerland. I would like to request a credit report and a security freeze. I am unable to proceed with the US phone number as I do not have a residence in the USA or a mobile number there.
