I purchased an El Toro Loco monster truck remote control mega for $60, but I have not received it after over 2 months. I have contacted the customer service email address multiple times via messages and emails without any response on resolving the issue. I am looking for a refund through my Cash App. If the situation is not resolved, I will consider taking legal action against the company. I believe they may have scammed other customers and something needs to be done, possibly removing their website from the internet.
