I reached out to player support regarding an old account from [redacted] for which I have lost the password. I provided my player ID and additional information to Aurora from support. Although I previously believed it was impossible to recover this account, I recently rediscovered our old clan, allowing me to retrieve my player ID. Customer support then asked for details about devices I had used in the past. Given the age of this account, recalling every device is challenging. I provided my phone model and two potential devices but could not remember all of them. Unexpectedly, I was banned without any warning, resulting in losing access to the account I have been using since. Having invested considerable time and money into this game, I believe this ban is unjust. I kindly request a response and the restoration of my account.

Yesterday, on January 26th, and today, January 27th, I encountered an issue with Brawl Stars on my phone. The game doesn't connect to the internet. It remains stuck at 20% loaded with the message "connecting to server." Interestingly, Clash Royale had a similar problem, stopping at 50% loaded. My iOS is up to date, and Wi-Fi works well for other apps. When I tried on a different device, it worked fine, but this one just won't load. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps, including rebooting and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. How can I resolve this loading screen issue? I appreciate a prompt response.

I attempted to recover my account on my iPhone 12 but was informed I was engaging in "account phishing" and subsequently banned due to my lack of access to the deleted email. However, on an older device where I was still logged in, I submitted another ticket, provided details of previous devices used and made a one-dollar purchase to confirm ownership. Despite this, I am unable to access my account on the new phone as the new account created in Clash of Clans was banned for "account phishing." I have proven that the account is indeed mine and now seek assistance in unbanning the incorrect townhall 1 account, so I can access my actual townhall 10 account.

I was attempting to transfer my account to my new iPhone 12. After downloading the app and submitting a ticket with my old school email, I was unexpectedly banned for "account phishing" despite it being my personal account. I managed to contact support through my old device and Jhan assisted me in transferring my account to my current email. However, the first representative, Stevens R., had still banned my account on the new phone, preventing me from accessing the game with my legitimate account. Despite proving that the account belonged to me, I was unjustly flagged for account phishing.

My account was compromised a week ago. To limit the damage, I swiftly downgraded from leader to member in the game and promptly reported the incident to Supercell. They locked the account, and following their suggestions, I reached out through a new account. Johan from Supercell replied the same day, and I answered his queries promptly. I voluntarily shared additional account details to speed up the process, and also bolstered security by changing my email password and providing an alternative email solely for this purpose. Despite my efforts to communicate through the new account, I have not received any responses beyond automated emails. I have repeatedly filled out their online help forms, but the responses have been unhelpful automated messages. I urgently require a verification code sent to my email to regain access to my account, but Supercell has not responded to any of my messages apart from automated replies for nearly a week.

I've been a Clash of Clans player for years, and some years ago, I created a clan called The Golden Ones. I had to take a break due to school and work. During my absence, leadership of the clan was given to SassyKS1971 (UY99GJUG) which I find unfair. I believe it's not right for the game to transfer leadership without consent. This incident has made me lose interest in playing the game. Despite reaching out to Clash of Clans support multiple times, my issue remains unresolved. I am currently facing a frustrating situation involving unauthorized charges on my account linked to my child's Apple account. I recently discovered a negative balance on my checking account due to significant unauthorized purchases made through in-app upgrades. This happened without my knowledge, as I was unaware that my child's device was linked to my debit card. Despite my previous credit card being removed and the father's card being closed, unauthorized transactions continued. Battling Covid in December led me to overlook these charges until my bank alerted me about suspicious activity. My daughter, who has a disability, unknowingly confirmed that she was being charged real money for in-app purchases as her Face ID automatically processed transactions. I never received any notifications or receipts for these purchases, totaling thousands of dollars. It is crucial for these unauthorized purchases to be refunded, as they were made without proper consent. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I'm feeling upset as my account, Lilultime2, got banned for phishing when I was only trying to retrieve my old account, Lilultime. It has been a while since I accessed my Clash of Clans base, and I couldn't provide accurate information. I kindly request Supercell to lift the ban on my Lilultime2 account. I feel the ban was unjust, and I have no intention of pursuing my old account any longer. Please consider unbanning Lilultime2. I have more to explain, but I fear it may affect my appeal negatively.

I have recently been banned from Clash Royale and need assistance. About a year ago, I accidentally overwrote my level 11 account when switching to a new phone. I contacted support once and followed their advice to have a friend send a screenshot of my details, which was a helpful suggestion. The issue arose with my in-game name "SHADOWKILLA" being commonly taken, so I occasionally use a lower case L instead of an i. Additionally, my Player ID includes both letters and numbers (#92Y09YGLQ), and I wasn't sure if a character was a zero or the letter O. I was banned for phishing, served my ban period, and attempted to contact customer service again. Unfortunately, I have not been able to speak with anyone since being advised to provide a screenshot and try signing in. I am kindly requesting help to resolve this matter before being automatically banned again. I am eager to continue playing the game at the level I diligently achieved and likely invested money in.
