To Whom It May Concern, I bought tickets for BTS' Map of the Soul concert a month before the COVID-19 pandemic began in the United States. Recently, I was informed that the concert was canceled and I would be getting a credit instead of a refund for the tickets. I am in need of a refund. As a college student struggling financially due to the pandemic, relying on food stamps and selling plasma, I cannot accept credit. I have lost trust in Stubhub and won't be attending any concerts in the near future. Receiving a refund is crucial for me. I understand the high volume of inquiries regarding this matter and the challenges the customer support team is facing. I want to emphasize that I am not interested in credit, but in getting my money back.

I am kindly requesting a full refund for tickets I bought in June [redacted] for the NFL game on Thanksgiving Day featuring the Raiders and the Cowboys. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer, which prevents me from attending the game due to my medical condition affecting my mobility. I am currently hospitalized, and my health is unpredictable, making it impossible for me to attend. This has also caused financial hardships. Any assistance in processing the refund promptly would be greatly appreciated. For inquiries, please reach out to Diane at [redacted] as the primary contact, and Chris at [redacted] as a secondary contact. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time.

I have been struggling to access my tickets for a while now. I've attempted various methods to transfer them from the seller to me without success. It seems I may have purchased the tickets as a guest, which is causing them not to be visible in my account, despite receiving the order confirmation email on this address. Despite having an access code, my repeated attempts to locate my order using it and my email have been fruitless. Initially, it prompted me to accept the tickets once they were ready, but the process stalled when I clicked on the button. I assumed it was a browser issue and decided to try again later. However, now the system is unable to locate any orders linked to my email and access code combination. I am becoming increasingly anxious about the situation. I am hoping for a resolution to secure my tickets and confirm their transfer to me. This event has been highly anticipated for over 2 years, and I simply seek reassurance that everything is in order. I am reaching out for assistance, guidance, and the much-needed assurance that my tickets are secure.

I have listed Chiefs tickets for sale. Two out of the four tickets I have are not showing up on StubHub. The Cleveland game is on Sunday, September 12th, in Section [redacted], Row 13, Seats 7 and 8. The other two tickets in Section [redacted], Row 7, Seats 17 and 18, are showing up for sale. I tried to re-enter to sell my tickets, but when entering the barcodes, it says the tickets are already listed, which is not true. I had a weird problem when trying to update the price on the other tickets on Thursday, August 26, [redacted]. I changed the price in the morning to try and help sell, but the listing vanished with no change, and then it reappeared later. I tried adjusting the price multiple times, but the tickets were not listed or the price wasn't adjusted. This issue may have cost me a sale since the listing was missing for half a day before the game. I have been a StubHub user for years but may look for a different option in the future due to unresolved issues.

I bought tickets for the Phoebe Bridgers concert at Royal Oak Music Theatre on Sept. 8. However, the show got moved to Sept. 14 at a different venue, and we are unable to go. I have been trying to resell the tickets, but keep encountering an error. I have reached out through various social media platforms and tried calling customer service multiple times, only to be left on hold for hours with no answer. This lack of assistance is disappointing, especially since your FanProtect policy guarantees the opportunity to resell tickets. I expect a refund for this purchase. If I don't hear back on how to proceed within 72 hours, I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Hello, I have attempted to contact StubHub through various channels but have not received any assistance. I was supposed to receive my tickets in May [redacted] for an event rescheduled to October [redacted] due to COVID. Following StubHub's guidance, I sold the tickets when unable to attend the new date, intending to transfer them. Despite being more than a year overdue, my tickets are still not available, and my attempts to seek help through the community have been unsuccessful. I encountered errors when trying to post for help, and I found no option to privately message a moderator as suggested. My credit card company could not assist with disputing the charge since the purchase was made over 1.5 years ago. I request guidance as I navigate this situation affected by COVID disruptions. Thank you, S.

On August 15, [redacted], I purchased Hamilton tickets for my daughter's birthday with Order #[redacted]10. The mobile tickets were supposed to arrive by August 18th, but they did not. After multiple attempts to contact StubHub and waiting on hold for over an hour, I had to give up. I ended up buying more tickets to ensure my daughter had her birthday gift, which arrived promptly. The original tickets finally came through today after a long wait and unanswered emails. If these tickets do not resell, I am requesting a full refund due to the inconvenience and delay. Thank you, Kelly B.

Two years ago, my partner and I bought tickets for an NF concert, but due to COVID, it was canceled. StubHub issued us credit, which we used to buy Allan Jackson tickets at the BOK Center. After three reschedulings, the event finally took place yesterday, August 27th. Despite our efforts to contact StubHub to locate our tickets over the past week, we were unable to reach anyone. Although we had the ticket receipt, we couldn't access the mobile tickets. Yesterday at the BOK Center, we were denied entry as we didn't have physical tickets. We spent over $[redacted] on the tickets and have been eagerly waiting for almost two years only to be turned away. We hope for assistance in resolving this situation, even if it means receiving a full credit for future use. Disappointed with StubHub's customer service.

We purchased tickets for the AJ concert in Tulsa on August 27. I contacted customer service on August 25 after waiting on hold for 47 minutes. The representative informed us that the seller had until August 26 at 8 PM to transfer the tickets, contrary to what was stated on my StubHub account. They assured us that if the tickets were not received, we would be provided with comparable tickets for the concert. Not having received the tickets by the deadline, I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach customer service. Despite being disconnected several times during the five-hour car ride to Tulsa, we never received our tickets.

Hello, my name is Jim Stamp. I recently purchased a Bonnaroo parking pass for the event on September 2-5. However, I mistakenly received a VIP parking pass instead of the general admission pass I needed to accompany my general admission entry ticket. Unfortunately, I couldn't access my account due to a login issue. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to StubHub for assistance, I received no response. The computer generated a ticket ID of [redacted]5, but I never got a resolution. I had to find another person to share a car camping area because the VIP parking pass was not suitable for my needs. I did purchase a protection plan for a full refund. The original order number was [redacted]17 for one car camping pass only. The card used was my wife's, Renee Stamp, with a Mastercard ending in [redacted]. The email address on the account is [redacted] The pass number is [redacted] 04AD2EC[redacted]. Order # [redacted]98 I bought a parking pass for "Lot F L" for the Chicago White Sox game on Sunday (8/29). When I arrived, I was informed that the lot was full. The attendant instructed me to go to another lot. After 30 minutes of traffic, I reached the new lot. However, it was also full. I was directed to a third lot, a further 30-minute drive away. Even there, I faced the same issue of no available parking. I was then an hour away from the stadium on foot and the game had already started. I would not have purchased the parking pass if I knew it did not ensure a spot in Lot F or L. I regretfully never managed to park or attend the game. Thank you for looking into this.

Dear Customer Service, I am Andrew DeVellis, a clinical social worker and long-time customer at StubHub. Today, there was an issue with my ticket sale. I did not immediately receive the notification of the sale and had planned to cancel the listing. Due to a work emergency, I had to cancel my trip last minute, resulting in me inadvertently selling the tickets elsewhere for a lower price. I deeply regret not being able to remove the listing in time. I am requesting not to be charged the full price of $[redacted] for the listing but am willing to cover any related expenses incurred. This situation is placing a significant financial burden on me, as I was notified of the sale minutes after it happened, while I was engaged with a mental health client. I acknowledge there may be a penalty, but I kindly ask for understanding as this was an honest mistake. Thank you for your assistance. *Order number/transaction*: Additional charges for order# [redacted]95 Best regards, A. Devellis

Dear Customer Service, I am Andrew D., a clinical social worker and a loyal StubHub customer. Today, there was an error in selling my tickets. I did not receive the notification promptly after they were sold. Despite editing the price and intending to cancel the listing due to changing plans caused by a work emergency, I inadvertently sold the tickets for a lower price elsewhere. As a result, I am now facing financial difficulties. I kindly request not to be charged the full $[redacted] listing fee but am willing to cover any necessary transaction charges. The delay in receiving the notification, possibly due to my job commitments with mental health clients, led to this situation. I acknowledge there may be penalties, but I hope for understanding as this was an honest mistake. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Andrew

Hello, I need assistance. I bought 2 tickets on 8/21/[redacted] to see Elvis Costello at The Uptown Theatre in Kansas City, MO. I made the purchase as a guest. When I tried to access the tickets on Wed., August 25th, they were not delivered to me. A text with a link was received, but I encountered an error message every time I tried to download the tickets due to technical issues on your end. Despite my numerous calls leading up to the concert, I was unable to reach anyone after waiting over 2 hours on hold and experiencing multiple disconnections. This was intended to be my 17th anniversary gift to my husband, but we were left without tickets for the show despite paying over $[redacted].00. This has left me feeling extremely disappointed as we were unable to attend. As a hardworking teacher, I kindly request a refund for the undelivered tickets. I have not attended a concert since before COVID and it is unfair to be charged for tickets that were not utilized. It has been quite some time since I last used StubHub. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from considering your services again. I await a prompt response to address this matter. Thank you, Catherine R. [redacted] [redacted]

Hello, I recently bought 2 tickets for Dave Mathews at the Gorge Amphitheater on September 4th, a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the tickets were delivered to the wrong address, which has caused me some concern. Despite living in Washington state, my tickets were mistakenly sent to Hawaii. I have realized that physical tickets are not being accepted at the venue due to Covid, and only mobile tickets are allowed. I have been unsuccessful in converting my physical tickets to mobile using the email instructions provided. Although I have tried contacting support via email before, the responses only direct me to the website which hasn't been helpful. I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me an email containing the mobile tickets so that I can attend the concert this weekend. I am eagerly awaiting your response.

I received a UPS envelope today which only contained order details, a parking pass, and instructions to register wristbands at Inkcarceration.com/letsrock. However, I discovered the envelope did not include any wristbands as indicated in the paperwork. I have attempted to contact support but was only directed to an automated system. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter - either to receive the wristbands or obtain a refund. The StubHub site mentions protection through FanProtect, so I am hopeful for a resolution. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I bought 2 tickets for The Doobie Brothers with Michael McDonald at the Minnesota State Fair. The concert got rescheduled to Tuesday, August 31. However, when I got to the Grandstand, I discovered that neither Michael McDonald, the drummer, nor the warm-up band would be performing. There was a notice stating that the Fair was giving refunds with a provided phone number. Unfortunately, only tickets bought on the Fair's website were eligible for a refund, not tickets like mine, which I bought through Stub Hub/Etix. The ticket numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. I am seeking a refund or credit for a future event. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you, Linda Passon-McNally.

Hello, my name is Baptiste Labarbe. In March [redacted], I purchased two expensive Genesis tickets for my ill dad from Jacob Burchell. The concert got postponed to October [redacted] due to Covid 19. I got an email with my bill and another one instructing me to download the ASX app and create an account with the same email address. I followed the instructions but couldn't find the tickets. Please, you are my last hope as I can't afford to lose this for my dad. I'm from France and need to book his flight tickets for him and his wife. Please assist me. Thank you in advance.
