I sympathize with the challenges contacting the SSA during the tax season. I apologize for my frustration with the system. The inability to secure an in-person appointment or reach a federal representative by phone has been difficult. Despite trying repeatedly, the electronic log-in fails to recognize my account information, leading to continuous disconnections for a week. I am seeking assistance from a human representative. I require a replacement [redacted]-R and need to update my address to 37 Glenwood Road, Wells, Maine [redacted]. Creating a new account did not resolve the issue either. I previously requested a replacement [redacted]-R, but have since been locked out of the system, hindering address verification. I urgently need help from a representative to reset or update my account access. Thank you, Linda C. D. 37 Glenwood Road Wells, Maine [redacted] Cell number: [redacted] Email: [redacted]

Hello, I hope you're well. I am reaching out regarding an incident that occurred a few weeks ago when my cell phone was stolen. I had been approved for three SS grants from the Social Security office in Springfield, Missouri and was in contact with Kelvin Williams. Unfortunately, our communication came to an abrupt halt, and my attempts to reach Kelvin have been unsuccessful. I want to clarify that Kelvin has not taken any money from me; I needed time to recover from head injuries before seeking further assistance. I am seeking your help to locate Kelvin Williams, who also does business with Chartered Federal Bank with the bank officer James. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, David Hudgins [redacted] Please contact me via text.

I missed an SSI payment. I contacted a representative last week to resolve the issue regarding my address change. The representative confirmed that the problem was fixed and assured me I would receive my payment the following week, which was last week. Despite that, I have yet to receive the payment. This money is crucial for me and my children to pay bills. I am eager to find out the status of my owed payment.

I have not received a social security payment that was supposed to be deposited on March 31st, [redacted]. I contacted a representative over a week ago and was informed that the payment was delayed due to an outdated address on my account. After updating the address, I was told the payment would be released the following week. The representative assured me they had notified the payment processing department via email. Despite being told it would take a week, it has been almost 2 weeks since that call, and the payment is still missing. This money is crucial for my children and me, so I urgently need to speak to someone to resolve this issue.

This is Mary Lamb. I wanted to ask about the portion of my late husband Charles Lamb's paycheck that I will receive and the monthly schedule. Recently, I noticed a deposit of $[redacted].00 in our bank account, but today, when I checked again, there was a deposit of $[redacted].00 instead. I'm confirming if this is the correct amount and if this is the usual time of the month for the deposit. I just want to be sure before using any of the funds.

For years, Medicare has been deducting $[redacted] from my bank account every quarter. Recently, I discovered I was being sent $[redacted] quarterly checks from the US Dept of Treasury as a reimbursement for overpayment. I canceled the Medicare payments three days ago. However, I did not receive the last two $[redacted] reimbursement checks due at the end of December and March. Medicare shows receiving payments from me on January 3rd and March 31st, despite my address change to [redacted] Nicollet Place, Boone, Iowa [redacted]. I updated my address with Medicare and arranged for mail forwarding. I am uncertain why the two $[redacted] checks have not reached me.

Medicare deducted $[redacted] every three months from my bank account, followed by receiving a $[redacted] check from the US Department of Treasury. After speaking to Medicare, I learned this occurred because I had initially arranged a Medicare bill pay. Upon starting to receive my social security checks, Medicare continued to deduct the payment, resulting in the $[redacted] checks being considered overpayments. I have not received the most recent $[redacted] checks that should correspond with the December and March bank deductions. Following my move from California to Iowa, despite mail forwarding, these checks have not reached me.

I am currently assisting in obtaining support for my mother, who is the spouse of a deceased war veteran and currently in an Alzheimer's/Dementia facility. As her Power of Attorney and daughter of the veteran, I am looking to access the veteran's Social Security number to ensure she receives the necessary care. I have been unable to find a suitable form online for this specific request and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed efficiently. Thank you for your prompt assistance. Dawn C. I recently received a letter from Social Security informing me that they will start deducting money from my benefits for Medicare. I am a QMB since 11/01/[redacted] with Medicaid in Louisiana covering my Medicare. This has happened three times before, and each time, I have had to contact them to fix it. I am currently living in Louisiana and need this issue resolved quickly. I have already informed Texas Health and Human Services and the Social Security office in San Antonio, my previous place of residence.

I called the office in Sanford, NC to inquire about my Social Security backpay benefits. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately, she did not provide me with her name. As someone who struggles with a mental disorder, her aggressive attitude left me feeling belittled and upset. Her behavior was so distressing that it even affected my appetite. When I politely asked if there was a better time to call, she responded harshly, questioning why I was on the phone at that moment. Despite requesting to speak with a supervisor and explaining that I wanted to address my concerns with them, she transferred me to the supervisor's line, where nobody picked up.

My name is Randall Y., and I am still receiving Medicaid benefits. However, my cash payment has been discontinued. Recently, my living situation changed as my wife left, leaving me alone in a house with no support. I need to have my cash benefits reinstated to cope with this new situation. It is essential to get this resolved promptly, as I am currently in a vulnerable position without the much-needed financial assistance. The termination of my cash benefits was unexpected, and I am struggling to manage without them.

I submitted the form to have taxes withheld from my Social Security benefits. I placed it in the drop box at the Independence, Missouri Noland Road office more than three weeks ago. I was informed that I would receive a letter from Social Security detailing my adjusted monthly amount but have not received any communication yet. I am concerned that my form may not have been processed. Could you please confirm if you have received my request and if the process to deduct taxes from my Social Security has been initiated?

I recently learned about the SGA limit. At 23 years old, I'm still dealing with college debt. I am wondering if the type of income I earn, aside from SSI, matters in reaching the SGA limit of $1,[redacted]. Can it be from a local job or can it be online/remote work from a platform like Indeed? I live in a city with a high crime rate and frequent shootings, so I prefer not to work locally for safety reasons. I am not worried about losing my SSI; I am determined to not rely on it forever and want to reach the income limit to achieve my goal of independence.

For some time now, there has been an error in my birthdate on my social security record. The listed date is two days off from my actual birthdate, causing significant issues for me. I have attempted to correct this for years without success. I was advised to visit a local Social Security office with my birth certificate and passport, both of which show my correct birthdate. Unfortunately, I have been unable to schedule an appointment as no one answers the phone despite my numerous attempts. There was one instance where I was on hold for over 3 hours before being disconnected. I urgently need to resolve this error to ensure I can access the necessary financial assistance for my daughter's college education. Your help in securing an appointment promptly would be greatly appreciated.
