I sent a package from Spain to the UK on December 10th. I was informed by the Spanish post office that it has arrived in the UK. However, when checking the tracking reference on the UK postal service's website, it states that the package is still leaving the originating country. I am concerned about the accuracy of the information provided online and would appreciate clarification on the current location of my package. Thank you.

I paid £20 on December 16, [redacted], to send a track and trace package to Thailand. Misled by their misleading claims that it would arrive in 5 to 7 days, I discovered the package has only been in their sorting office since December 17 for overseas shipment. Their response to my inquiry was disappointing, indicating they think they are the only choice for parcel delivery, showing contempt for customers. How does one find Royal Mail employees who truly care?

I received an email from Royal Mail on December 16, [redacted], stating that a parcel from Hung Tak Trading in Hong Kong was en route with tracking number LW[redacted]96DE. Upon tracking, it appears the package is still in Germany, though it has actually been delivered to the UK by DHL and is awaiting Royal Mail collection. My attempts to contact Royal Mail at [redacted]0 have been unproductive. I have verified with DHL customer service using tracking ID [redacted]6DE that the parcel is in the UK. I kindly request Royal Mail to collect the package promptly for delivery.

Subject: Issue with Parcel Delivery Good afternoon, I recently had a parcel delivery issue to my workplace on December 30th as nobody was available early in the day. Following this, the tracking indicated that the parcel was being held while the addressee was being notified. I requested a redelivery on January 4th for January 6th, but shortly after scheduling, the status was updated to "delivered" even though it hasn't been received. Despite checking with everyone at work, the parcel is still missing. I expected it to arrive yesterday as per the redelivery request, but it did not. I'm unsure if there was a mistake in the tracking system or if the parcel is still being held. I don't have a way to investigate further, hence reaching out for assistance. I dispatched an important package to the Home Office of Visa and Immigration located at Waterside Court, Kirkstall Road, Kirkstall, Leeds, LS4 2QB. While checking my Reference Number BH [redacted]30GB, it indicated that the package was delivered; however, my receipt displayed LS4 2QE instead of LS4 2QB. Upon investigation, the package was received by Shepard, but discussions with the Home Office Visa in Leeds LS4 2QB suggested contacting Royal Mail. I sent a package through special delivery on January 25th for next day delivery by 1 pm. It's been almost a week, including five working days, and the package has still not been delivered. The tracking information has been stuck at Woodbridge since January 26th. I have tried contacting customer service, but the wait time is over sixty minutes. I would appreciate a refund and some clarification on what caused this delay and why it's so difficult to get in touch with someone to address this issue.

I have received a confirmation email from Royal Mail stating that my parcel is scheduled for collection today. Unfortunately, it seems that if the parcels are not picked up during the first attempt, they may not be collected at all. This can lead to disappointment for the recipient and the hassle of arranging refunds and rescheduling. The email contains the details of the collection request, mentioning the order number and the scheduled collection date. It also highlights the address from which the parcel will be collected and provides information on how to amend or cancel the collection request. The email includes a reminder about ensuring a clear path for the postperson, particularly in regards to pets. Additionally, it encourages the use of the Royal Mail App for parcel tracking.

I sent two letters via special delivery to the Public Guardian's office on January 4th at 09:33 am, expecting delivery by 4:00 pm on January 5th. However, both letters were signed for on January 6th at 05:58 am. I filed complaints for the delayed delivery on January 8th. I received automated replies for both complaints indicating a 3-day timeframe for resolution. One complaint was acknowledged on January 21st, but the other has had no response. The reference numbers for the complaints are [redacted]35 and [redacted]33, and for postage are VE[redacted]46GB and VE[redacted]19GB. The delay in resolving these complaints is disappointing considering the promised response time. I am seeking a refund for my postage costs as the special delivery timeframe was missed by 14 hours when the items were signed for on January 6th at 05:58 am. I attempted to contact Royal Mail by phone twice, but both calls were left unanswered after 45 minutes, which is unsatisfactory for customer service.

I live far from a local post office and rely on expensive taxis for posting items due to limited mobility. I am seeking a way to post trackable items without visiting a post office. Despite researching the website, all instructions point to using a local post office. Unfortunately, several post offices in our area have closed, leaving me no choice but to resort to costly courier services for posting. The increasing closure of post offices nationwide makes it challenging to support the postal service. Many are hesitant to pay parcel postage fees for smaller items. Tracking Numbers: 1. RV[redacted]31GB 2. NY[redacted]29GB I have two parcels that need to be received. The first one (1) for an overseas address has not had any updates in the last 7 days. I am curious to know the expected arrival date of this parcel. The second one (2), intended for a local UK address, was marked undeliverable due to an inaccessible address. Despite providing a correct address and phone number, I was not contacted. I am unsure how the second parcel will be delivered if the first attempt was unsuccessful due to an inaccessible address.

I purchased a TV box from eBay but was dissatisfied with it. I returned it via first class recorded delivery on January 26th as eBay advised me that it needed to be delivered by February 8th for a refund. The seller claims they have not received it, and I have not received any updates. I am now at a loss of £32.89 plus £4.78 for postage. I suspect that the email address below might be a scam: [redacted] I tested it by making a fake request for a new delivery, but it asked for credit card details, account name, bank account number, and sort code. I hope this issue can be resolved soon. Good evening, After six years of dealing with lost and misdelivered mail, along with nearly [redacted] complaints to Royal Mail in Bristol, I've also reached out to the Postal Review Panel and POSTRS regarding the ongoing issues. Despite a previous newspaper story highlighting the situation in [redacted], the problems persist. Most recently, I've experienced two more instances of misdelivered mail, bringing my total complaints to nearly [redacted]. The turnover of managers at the depot seemingly correlates with my complaints. I'm reaching out in the hopes that something can be done to remedy the situation. I'm willing to share my complaint letters and even plan to display a 7-foot banner to draw attention to the ongoing issues. Any intervention from your end would be greatly appreciated. I paid for a special delivery service for a parcel (Ref number NY[redacted]50GB) to ensure it could be tracked and signed for. The package, meant as a birthday gift for my son, was left at the bottom of the shared hallway without a signature. I arranged for the delivery on the 18th of February to be received on the 19th of February. Despite being delivered at 10:06 AM, my son only found it around midday. Given previous theft issues with parcels, I am disappointed that the package was left without proper handling. I paid £8.95 for this service and am seeking a refund due to the service not meeting expectations.

Hello, I am from the UK and mailed a package to America using Click and Drop for the postage label. It was returned today because it was rejected at customs. I don't understand why it was rejected as I sent another package at the same time and that one went through. I had attached a CN22 customs form to the front that was filled out but the document envelope was not opened when it was returned. I filled out all details on Click and Drop and used the generated form. Upon receiving the package back, I checked the customs form for errors. I noticed that I listed the value as £50, but the total on the form said £53.47. I also sent another package with the same form that was accepted. Could you please advise on how to prevent rejection in the future and if I can get a refund for the postage label since the package was not delivered?

I received an email from Royal Mail stating that a parcel from World of Books was delivered to my home this morning, but I did not receive it. I assume the driver knows where it was delivered, and someone may have already reported the incorrect delivery. The missing parcel is a volume of a trilogy, and I am eager to receive it. I shipped a tracked parcel on February 19, [redacted], with a delivery deadline of 9 days later on the 28th. However, the tracking system only shows "we have your item" for the past 13 days. I've tried calling the tracking/complaints line multiple times, but the automated system keeps asking for a reference number, which it doesn't recognize despite numerous attempts. Even having family members try didn't work. It's frustrating to deal with this unhelpful technology that doesn't connect me to a human for assistance. I received an email requesting an update for a delivery address. The email mentions a shipment number [redacted][redacted], but when I try to update the address, I only see a picture in a foreign language. The email states previous delivery attempts were made, but my wife and I are always home. Our address is Mr. D Fairclough, 18 Balfour Way, Strensall, York, YO32 5AH.

Good afternoon, I am reaching out regarding an issue with a recent document delivery by DDC Ltd from Syston, Leicester to Romania. They provided a tracking number, RU[redacted]82GB, which indicated that the documents were in possession of Royal Mail but are now in the USA under USPS care. I am concerned as the package seems to have been routed through Chicago and then Saint Louis, which seems unusual.
