I purchased radiator order number [redacted]89, expecting it to fit perfectly as advertised on the website. However, upon receiving it, it was noticeably more than 3 inches shorter than expected. I promptly returned the item unused, only to be informed that I would not receive a refund due to a discrepancy with the refund policy regarding the manufacturer box requirement. Despite sending a shipping label for its return on 05/30/[redacted], I have yet to receive the radiator back as of July 11. The lack of tracking information compounds the issue, especially as the shipping label order number is [redacted]62.

I purchased a [redacted] Kia Sportage Compressor from Rockauto with model number DVE16N. The website claimed it would fit all [redacted] Kia Sportage models, but upon receiving it, I found that it did not match the specifications of my old compressor. While the discharge port measurement was correct at 17mm, the suction side was supposed to be 23mm, not 20mm as the new compressor turned out to be. This discrepancy has left me unable to use the compressor as intended. As the website promised compatibility with all [redacted] Kia Sportage models, I am now in need of either an exchange or a return for the compressor.

I purchased a wheel hub bearing for my [redacted] Chevy Silverado, but unfortunately, it did not fit due to the differences between the old and new body styles. The plug-in connectors were incompatible. I have returned the item via FedEx and intend to order the correct part soon. Originally, I used a 5% discount when purchasing the incorrect part. Now that I have returned it, I am wondering if I can still apply the 5% discount to the replacement part. I will have to wait for Rock Auto to issue a full refund, which may take up to 3 days.

I've been a loyal customer of RockAuto along with my friends for many years. Recently, I received three orders, including order numbers [redacted], [redacted]95, and [redacted]54. While I've never had any issues with receiving incorrect parts before, the part I received with order number [redacted] is not what I had ordered. I am familiar with this specific part as I have replaced it numerous times in the past. The correct part I intended to order should have been NHUB13, which is an OEM Motorcraft part with a noticeable price difference. I believe the part I received is a knock-off, without the proper part number, and it seems to be of lower quality. I'm willing to re-order the correct part, NHUB, which is more affordable. The rotor or rotors seem to be warped or off-center. My order number is #[redacted]60. After installation, every time I apply the brakes to come to a stop, the car has a surging feeling regardless of the speed. The mechanic confirmed this issue. I initially thought the brake pads needed time to set, but it appears that is not the case. I am unable to send them back due to a mistake I made with the return setup, which is preventing me from opening a new return ticket specifically for the rotors. I anticipate needing to return the entire kit since the brake pads are most likely affected as well.

I need to return a starter my son ordered from RockAuto. He didn't need it for his car. I took it to the post office without printing the label, but I wrote the address clearly on the label and included a note in the box explaining the return reason. I want to make sure this is an acceptable way to ship it back. Please confirm.

I received a damaged part that was saturated with oil, causing leakage through the original box and shipping box. When I tried to return it on the website, they requested the original packaging back. Both the part and boxes are affected by the oil. I am concerned if the carrier will accept the damaged part. Order #[redacted]51. The part is beyond repair due to the oil damage. It needs a special container for shipping to contain the oil. I request a replacement part without the need for returning the damaged one.

I purchased the ULTRA-POWER VCP110 vacuum pump, which failed twice within two weeks of installation. The product description states that Ultra-Power sources its products from various suppliers to offer quality at a lower cost. However, I believe this is deceptive advertising and constitutes fraud. On the other hand, the GM vacuum pump I bought from Rockauto has been working flawlessly. It is unacceptable that I had to cover the return shipping costs for two defective ULTRA-POWER pumps. I am requesting a refund for the return shipping charges for the faulty products. I also seek the contact details of the engineer overseeing the Quality Control department. The lack of a visible lot number and information on ISO specifications on the part or packaging is concerning. Additionally, I would like to receive data sheets related to the manufacturing of the product.

Order #[redacted]61 I recently purchased a Four Seasons AC compressor, but my mechanic is having trouble installing it. I need guidance on how to go about exchanging it for a functional unit. Can I buy a replacement, have it installed by my mechanic, and then return the defective one? This way, I can avoid the vehicle being out of commission for an extended period, especially since my daughter is undergoing brain surgery next week and we rely on the car for transportation.

I received an order, part #[redacted], order #[redacted]27, for a [redacted] Series Land Rover I-4. I did not open it immediately, assuming it was the correct part. When I eventually did, I noticed it appeared to be an ignition wire kit for a 6-cylinder engine, not what I needed. I requested a refund, but upon closer inspection, I realized that most of the kit did work for my engine, despite some differences. Although I now want to cancel the refund request, I couldn't find a way to do so. I would prefer not to return the kit since it is partially compatible with my Land Rover's engine.

Order number [redacted]3 -- I purchased TRICO #TRI 32-[redacted] from your website for my [redacted] Cadillac Allante, but unfortunately, they do not fit due to inadequate clearance between the windshield and hood. I ordered a mirror with heat for my [redacted] Suzuki Grand Vitara and received the wrong side. I specifically need the driver's side mirror with heat. Despite attempting to follow their return process, I was unsuccessful. After multiple failed attempts to receive a return label online, I took matters into my own hands by creating a label at the post office and paid $10.55 for shipping since the return label was never sent to me. I then ordered the correct mirror for the driver's side, paying $10.99 for shipping, in addition to another mirror. I am seeking a refund for my original order totaling $15.95 as well as the $10.99 shipping fee.

Order number [redacted] was shipped with DHL, though I typically prefer Fedex due to DHL's poor service in Europe. I am unable to access the shipping choice for the order to verify if I or the company made an error. Despite DHL claiming to have attempted delivery twice, I received no notice via mail, phone, or a delivery notification in my mailbox. There was also no advance notice of the scheduled delivery time, leading to the package being returned to sender after a week. This consistent poor experience with DHL is frustrating, and I am surprised to be held responsible for the shipping charges unless I mistakenly selected DHL. I own a [redacted] Subaru Forester and need to replace the driver's side CV axle. However, I'm uncertain if my Forester is "lifted" or normal. The original window sales sheet mentions a heavy-duty lifted suspension, but I haven't noticed any differences that would indicate a lift (such as spacers). When referring to a lifted Forester, does this mean it has aftermarket lift kits installed? I recently received the replacement part 821364AR for the window lift motor and regulator, but it doesn't come with the necessary electrical connector to power the unit. The website specified that the electrical connector should be part of the assembly. This missing connector is crucial for me to complete the installation properly. I require a right-hand front window lift motor and regulator for a [redacted] Infiniti I30 that includes the electrical (6-pin) connector. I was under the impression that the part I ordered would come with the correct connector, so I kindly ask you to send me the accurate part with the connector included. Thank you.
