I met someone in Royale High who greeted me and asked to be friends. I accepted, and we hung out, chatted, and did classes together. Eventually, she suggested I leave the game for a surprise. When I returned, she promised me 10k Robux. I trusted her and shared my password. However, she accessed my account and now I can't log in. My friends are assisting me with this troubling situation.

Good evening Roblox, I am reaching out because my son's account got deactivated, and we are worried as he doesn't want to lose his neon kangaroo in the Adopt Me game. About three months ago, we purchased game credits for our child, not realizing that the bank card information would be saved on the account. Our son unintentionally made purchases totaling $[redacted] while using his older brother's phone without permission. We have since reported this to the bank. I recently received an email from PayPal informing me that my account had been permanently banned due to alleged fraudulent activity. Upon calling PayPal for clarification, the representative confirmed the ban but was unable to provide specifics regarding the accusations. I inquired about speaking to someone who could offer more information, but was advised to use the resolution system instead. Upon attempting to resolve the issue through email, I discovered that PayPal no longer accepts emails for customer support. I primarily used my PayPal account for receiving money from my family and completing surveys, as well as paying bills; I have not engaged in any fraudulent behavior. I am unsure of the next steps to take, as the representative was also unable to provide guidance. I am requesting PayPal to clarify the situation, offer an apology for the error, verify my innocence, and reinstate my account.

I have not enabled 2-step verification on my Roblox account, using only my phone number, username, and password. A friend recently accessed my account with my permission, before I was logged out of Roblox on all my devices while trying to adjust settings. As I never set up 2-step verification, I'm unsure where the verification emails are being sent. I've invested a significant amount of money into my account and am in urgent need of assistance to resolve this issue. The standard solutions provided by Roblox assume access to the account, which is not the case here. I am willing to confirm my identity in any way needed. I am requesting Roblox's help in gaining access to my account and disabling 2-step verification as quickly as possible. Refund is not necessary, I simply want to bypass this verification hurdle.

On Saturday, February 5th, I purchased $[redacted] worth of Robux. Unfortunately, after the purchase, the Robux did not show up in my account. I waited for a few hours, hoping it was just a delay, but no Robux appeared. I contacted Roblox via email to explain the issue, but they were unable to assist me. As of today, I still have not received the Robux. I have tried various methods to resolve this, but so far, I have been unsuccessful. I am reaching out here in the hopes of finding a resolution as I am now in a difficult financial situation without the Robux I purchased.

I participated in a trade on a Discord group for game passes using fruits. A user offered me a game pass in return for dough and string fruit, which I accepted. The user then provided a VIP server link which turned out to be fake. The link prompted me for a password, and assuming I was not logged into my account on Microsoft Edge (as I usually use Chrome), I entered my password. After realizing it was a trap, I attempted to change my password on Chrome, but shortly after, I was removed from the account. I suspect the individual who shared the fake link may have hacked my account, changed the password, and kicked me out. Despite my efforts to log in with my original password, it was deemed incorrect, and the user on Discord subsequently blocked me.

In August, my mom purchased Roblox Premium on my account. She forgot to cancel it for the next month and got charged again. Unaware of this, she requested a refund. Unfortunately, this led to my account being deleted on September 7 due to "unauthorized charges." My mom, without informing me, refunded all the Robux purchases on my account, thinking it wouldn't be reopened. When I contacted Roblox with proof, they reopened my account. However, my mom never canceled the refund request with Apple Support, resulting in the account being deleted again on September 10. Roblox typically allows one account reopening. Although I am innocent in both instances, it seems challenging to resolve. How can I address this situation?

Hello, I wanted to express my disappointment with Roblox as my daughter encountered an issue when trying to log in. She was informed that her account had been terminated, which is quite upsetting as she has been a dedicated player for over two years without any prior incidents. I find it concerning that she was accused of misconduct without any explanation, especially since she claims to have been innocently playing and keeping to herself. It would have been more appropriate for Roblox to reach out to me using the credit card information and email address on file, rather than abruptly terminate her account. I have noticed a charge on my account for a robux purchase dating back a few months, which I find perplexing. Normally, when making a robux purchase, the transaction outcome is immediately known and reflected in the account balance. However, I have been charged again after several months without any corresponding robux added to my account. Despite requesting a refund, I have not received the credited amount on my debit card. Curiously, I made another Robux purchase using a different card while still awaiting the initial refund and the newly purchased robux promptly vanished from my Roblox account. This discrepancy is confusing as the transactions originate from distinct bank accounts. I am adamant on receiving a refund to the original debit card and having the robux restored that I purchased with the second card. It's worth noting that although my online record implies the refund has been processed, my bank statement indicates otherwise.

I purchased two $10 gift cards for my son, but when he tried to redeem them, they didn't show up in the correct account. He mistakenly redeemed them in the wrong account, named hgcddrfft, instead of the intended account, ganstergramps. I require assistance with resetting my son's Roblox password. He has two accounts linked to my email addresses. The first account, @Crosboss13, is associated with my primary email. The second account, @copajp, was originally linked to my secondary email, which is no longer in use. I updated the email of the @copajp account to be my primary email address. However, when attempting to reset the password, I keep receiving the reset link for the @Crosboss13 account, which is not the one he uses more often. I need to reset the password for the @copajp account.

Hello, my Roblox username is Ayato531L. I want to report an incident that I believe is theft. I had purchased around 16,[redacted] Robux for a game little by little over time, most of which was spent on that specific game. Unfortunately, the moderators not only reset my progress claiming I was a hacker, but they also revoked all the game passes I had bought before. This has cost me a lot of money and seems extremely unfair. I am seeking a refund or a resolution to this issue. On top of falsely accusing me of hacking, they have discriminated against me for speaking Spanish. The loss of progress and the items I paid for is distressing.

On February 4th, my PC had an issue as its hard drive broke. I couldn't check my email and can't recall my password. I've tried all the steps Roblox support provided with no success. The username I want to recover is @fiveghfgtgdfxdf and here is the link: roblox.com/users/[redacted]/profile#!/about. An important detail is that on my registration account, I entered my birthdate as December 11, [redacted], and selected male as my gender. I have noticed that popular YouTubers seem to get verified quicker, which gives the impression that Roblox prioritizes them over regular players.
