It's for three travelers flying from IAH to DMM, departing from Houston on December 16 and returning from Dammam, Saudi Arabia on January 14, [redacted].

My sister's travel plans from Phoenix to Seattle on Alaska Airlines connecting to Doha on Qatar Airways were disrupted due to a flight delay. Despite reaching out to both airlines for assistance, she faced unhelpful and unresponsive staff. Qatar Airways staff directed her to Alaska Airlines, while Alaska Airlines said Qatar Airways should handle the issue. This lack of cooperation left her stranded overnight at the airport. Despite wanting to cancel her journey and return to Phoenix, Qatar Airways offered no assistance with the cancellation or her luggage. Contacting Qatar Airways support on Twitter also yielded no response. This experience has been frustrating. Who can we contact for assistance in this situation?

Hello, I would like to inform you that I had a flight scheduled for December 11, [redacted], at 8:35 am. I took a PCR test on December 10 at 8:47 pm, but it came back positive. I tried to cancel my ticket through a friend on December 10 and requested a voucher. My friend informed me that the voucher was sent to the agency, Saphir Brussels. However, when I contacted the agency, they claimed they did not receive any voucher. Could you please provide me with information regarding the voucher or suggest an alternative solution? My luggage arrived three days late, causing me to buy new clothes for an event. I need reimbursement for these expenses. We have a flight booked with Quatar Airways for a Business class return trip from Manchester to Phuket departing on December 28th and returning from Bangkok to Manchester on January 17th, [redacted]. Due to Covid restrictions in Thailand, we are unable to travel to our final destination of Koh Samui after arriving in Phuket. We need to modify our flight to fly from Manchester to Koh Samui via Bangkok instead of Phuket. We have accommodation booked in a SHA+ hotel in Koh Samui from December 29th to January 4th. We aim to take the same initial flight from Manchester to Doha on QR28 departing at 13:35, but then continue from Doha to Bangkok instead of Phuket.

Hello, I'm Leena Denny. I am looking to travel from Sydney, Australia to Chennai, India (MAA) on 18 February [redacted] with a return on 18 March [redacted], although the return date is flexible. This would be my first time flying with Qatar Airways and transiting through Doha. 1. The flight from Sydney on 18 February [redacted] arrives in Doha (Flight no. QR [redacted]) at 4:35 am on 19 February [redacted]. 2. The connecting flight to Chennai from Doha departs at 19:05 pm on 19 February [redacted], resulting in a 14-hour and 35-minute layover. I have concerns regarding Covid restrictions. Would Qatar Airways provide complimentary accommodation during the layover? I prefer not to leave the airport due to traveling alone in an unfamiliar place. Additionally, would I need to undergo another RT-PCR test before boarding the connecting flight to Chennai (QR528) and would a transit visa for Qatar be necessary for an Australian passport holder with an OCI card? Lastly, I'm interested to know about complimentary date changes or free cancellations in case of flight cancellations or border closures due to unexpected events. I flew with Qatar Airways from Abuja to Budapest on December 15, [redacted], intending to return on December 18. However, the flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight from Doha to Budapest. I had to spend the night at the airport and only arrived in Budapest on the night of the 17th. Unfortunately, I couldn't make my appointment and had to reschedule it. Because of these changes, I had to open my ticket and now I am looking to rebook my return flight from Budapest to Abuja for tomorrow, December 28, [redacted].

Tomorrow is my flight back to Doha. The Philippines requires a negative RT-PCR swab test before departure, but mine came back positive. I need to rebook my ticket, but I can't access the "manage booking" option because an agent booked my ticket with Qatar Airways. My wife and I were scheduled to fly from London Heathrow to Madina on 11/12/[redacted]. Unfortunately, our London Heathrow flight was delayed, causing us to miss our connecting flight in Doha. Thanks to the help of a representative named Rynell at Hammad International Airport, we were rebooked on alternative flights to our destination. Despite being promised lounge access alongside a meal, we were unable to access the lounge due to capacity issues. This led to an uncomfortable delay and a long journey that exacerbated my existing nerve pain. I was following exercises recommended by a bupa physiotherapist to manage the pain, but the extended travel left me in discomfort. The spiritual nature of our trip was overshadowed by these mishaps. We eventually boarded a Qatar Airways flight to Riyadh, where we had to purchase new tickets to continue to our final destination in Madina. I have lodged several complaints through the airline's website but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. We are disappointed in the handling of the situation and the lack of compensation provided when requested. This experience has left us hesitant to choose Qatar Airways for future travels due to the unnecessary stress caused by these circumstances.

Greetings, I kindly request to change my flight with Moroccan Airlines from Nouakchott to Casablanca to any other airline. My return flight was scheduled for December 25, and I rescheduled it to January 2 after contacting customer service. However, I was informed that the flight was canceled. I wish to book a flight with another airline on January 5 or 6 and I am willing to pay any additional fees. I have tried contacting Qatar Airways multiple times, but have been unsuccessful in reaching them or getting a response.

Originally, we booked flights from Manchester to Bangkok for 21st February under booking reference U69CAK. Due to recent changes in Thailand's travel regulations, we are now only able to fly into Phuket. As a result, we requested a voucher for rebooking through Qatar. However, despite multiple attempts, we did not receive any email confirmation or the voucher promptly. After a lengthy wait on the phone, I was informed that the voucher processing could take up to 7 days. The vouchers have since arrived, but we encountered difficulties using them to deduct the seat prices. Moreover, we were unable to use our Qmiles with the voucher, which was not communicated to us previously. Given the challenges faced in reaching Qatar's customer service, and the urgency of our travel plans, I would like to cancel the vouchers and request a full refund of £[redacted].76, inclusive of seat charges. I have been trying to cancel my upcoming trip scheduled for January 8, [redacted], through emails and calls to StudentUniverse multiple times. Despite my efforts, when I reach out to StudentUniverse, they advise me to contact the airline directly. On the other hand, the airline states that as the booking was made through StudentUniverse, they are the ones who should handle the refund process. This situation is causing me a lot of frustration as I am caught in the middle of these conflicting instructions. However, StudentUniverse has directed me to contact the airline directly for the cancellation. When I reached out to the airline, they informed me that as the booking was made through StudentUniverse, only they have the authority to access the booking and process the refund. This back-and-forth process has been incredibly frustrating. Despite booking my ticket through StudentUniverse, I am being sent back to the airline, who in turn redirect me to StudentUniverse. I believe StudentUniverse should take the lead in communicating with the airline to cancel my flight and initiate the refund. Unfortunately, even Qatar Airways' customer service has been unhelpful in this matter, causing further delays. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
