I frequently find that voicemails appear without my phone ever ringing, indicating missed calls. Additionally, I sometimes receive a backlog of text messages all at once, dated from previous days.

I may be confused, as I was approved for the Lifeline government phone program through Qlink. I applied and got approved for free talk, text, and unlimited data. Additionally, I was approved for their EBT program and received the tablet incentive for signing up. I have been using my own phone with a SIM card and everything is working well. However, I recently received the tablet but don't have wireless internet at home. Since Qlink does not offer hotspot services, I am unsure how to get WiFi on my tablet.

Hello, I recently purchased a new cell phone from your company approximately two weeks ago in response to receiving numerous messages stating that my current hot pepper phone, also bought from Q Link, would not be compatible with the new network G5. I paid $69 in order to upgrade to G5. However, I believe the SIM card you provided will not function with my hot pepper phone. I wanted to inquire about using a different phone, but the system only offered the same unhelpful process. The advertisement falsely claims that the Q Link account works on tablets. I have been receiving emails about Qlink, but I have never used it and never received a phone or SIM card. I was misled into switching to their service under the impression of receiving an unlimited plan with limitless data, talk, and text. Unfortunately, upon complaining, I was informed that the term "unlimited" only refers to the plan's name, not its actual offerings. This left me without internet access on crucial days when my children required it for online homework. As a result, I had to invest in a new phone and a different plan that includes internet, adding extra expenses to my budget.

My son, Tyler, had an awful fight with his father, which led to a high-speed chase with the police. Tyler took my phone when he left, and his girlfriend stayed inside the car as he ran from the police. At that time, he left the phone behind, and the girl, who is from Richmond, Indiana, not from Seymour, took the phone to make calls. I am unsure if she has returned home or where she is now, but my phone is missing. No one had any business touching my government phone. It seems I can't leave anything in my house as my kids and their friends take them. We had to ask them to leave, but unfortunately, my phone has gone missing. Thank you.

I recently contacted Q Link regarding porting my number to another carrier. Despite repeated attempts, the agent provided me with incorrect account number and PIN information three times. Even when this error was pointed out, it was disregarded. After finally receiving the correct details, my number was suddenly deemed ineligible for porting. Despite my numerous inquiries, the company refuses to provide a satisfactory explanation and hangs up when pressed for answers. I have been with them for years and wish to keep my number but am feeling trapped as they prevent me from porting out. I request that they permit the transfer of my number to the carrier of my choosing.
