Hello, I hope everyone is well, Two days ago, while playing my usual games, I received a puzzling comment on one of my YouTube videos. The commenter mentioned something about enjoying my account while I can. I was baffled. The following day, a strange reply appeared with just "hahahaha." I continued playing but later took a break. When I returned, I was suddenly prompted to sign into PSN. After entering my login information, I was shocked to find a message stating my access had been permanently banned. This was unexpected. I have been banned on other accounts in the past due to inappropriate behavior, but this time, I am certain I did nothing wrong. I am surprised I did not receive an email notification for this ban, as I usually would have. I can't emphasize enough that I value this account and have not engaged in any misconduct. After recalling the ominous YouTube comment, I suspect foul play. My account was compromised a few weeks ago, and I fear there may be a hacker involved. I kindly request Sony's assistance in recovering my account. This is my first permanent ban, and I am truly at a loss without specific details provided. Thank you.

Hello, I have encountered an issue with my EA account related to an outdated email address registered years ago when I played Apex. Recent attempts to access my account have been met with complications as EA required personal information to resolve the matter, despite providing it, there was a discrepancy in the details. After several phone calls, EA mentioned restrictions on assisting further even if the correct data was provided due to perceived identity issues. I am interested in transferring all my game data and accounts, particularly from Apex and EA games, to an alternative PlayStation account. Starting anew wouldn't be an issue if not for purchased games as I have substantial progress tied to the old account. I am hoping for a solution to transfer my gaming data to a different account to retain my progress and content. Being a long-time gamer, losing access to these games and DLCs due to an inaccessible EA account is concerning.

Two days ago, during Chinese New Year, my PSN email ID was changed without my knowledge. I received an email notification about the change two days later. When I tried to log in to my PS5 to check, I discovered I couldn't access my account. Upon attempting to reset my password, the PlayStation bot indicated that my account's email, [redacted], did not exist. Worried that my account was compromised, I verified that no unauthorized purchases were made. I also canceled the bank card linked to the account as a precaution. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact PlayStation support via live chat and phone have been unsuccessful, as I encountered blocks and was unable to dial the support number. I am unable to access my PS5 and the digital games associated with my account. Despite this, some of my friends have observed that my account, yuzyuri214, was active two days prior to the unauthorized email change on February 1, [redacted], at 7:13 am GMT+8. I am unsure of what steps to take next and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

My younger brother used my PSN account and encountered racist behavior from other players. I advised him on the importance of not tolerating such behavior to prevent further bullying, especially at school. I overheard the conversation and noticed inappropriate remarks from multiple individuals. After my brother was banned, I reminded him of the PSN rules, and he now understands them better. We both believe we have improved as PSN players and hope for the opportunity to continue using the service. It's worth noting that the incidents occurred on my account, not his. I recently experienced harassment during a match of Dead By Daylight where I was taunted and provoked by two players via chat. Despite not having a microphone, I responded through messaging, which I now regret. I repeatedly left the chat but they persisted, even after I asked them to stop. I eventually banned them, but they retaliated by reporting me since they had microphone access. I understand that PSN has strict rules against swearing, but I was provoked due to constant insults. I blocked them after the incident, but it seems they intentionally provoked me to get me banned. I assume there may not be a way to reverse the ban, even though I don't think I have committed any other offenses. I am reaching out because I am unable to access my purchased movies, Internet, or any other content besides games. If there is no way to lift the ban, I appreciate your time in responding to me.

A few months back, my PlayStation account was permanently banned without any explanation. Despite checking my PlayStation wallet for any debts, I found no issues. However, I received an email stating that my account was banned due to a breach of their Code of Conduct. Upon further investigation, I discovered offensive chat messages on my brother's profile, leading to the suspicion that my account was reported for a similar offense that had occurred in the past. It seems unjust that my account was banned indefinitely for an old infraction. My father allowed me to use his credit card to purchase PlayStation Network cards. When my DC Universe membership renewed without my knowledge after buying a new PlayStation, a charge appeared on my dad's credit card statement from PlayStation 2. He was concerned as the amount didn't match my $15 monthly subscription. He cancelled the card, suspecting fraud. I assure you, there was no criminal intent. Is there a way he can contact your team to clarify that this was a misunderstanding? I have a clean record with PlayStation, playing the same game for a decade and making significant progress in it.

I was suspended for 7 days, which ended on Feb 5th at 7:30 PM. The user who reported me has been continuously reporting my account, leading to another suspension of 60 days the following Sunday. Although I acknowledge breaking the PlayStation rules during my initial suspension and losing my temper due to being harassed for not using a mic in chat, I had not even logged in after my first suspension ended. The user is exploiting the situation, despite me serving my first suspension. I find it unfair to be reported again when I didn't engage in any misconduct between the two suspensions.

I have been without a phone for some time now since it fell into the sewers. I have been saving up for a new one since then. I typically play PlayStation and have had 2-step verification on for a while. I never thought about not having access to it until today when I changed my PlayStation username. Now, I can't log in without the verification code, as I didn't save any backup codes. I am unable to access my account from another device, and the solutions I found so far require payment, which I'm not comfortable with. Is there a way to log in without 2-step verification or disable it entirely?

Hello, I received an email this morning informing me of my 7-day suspension for violating the code of conduct. I want to explain that yesterday I reported a player's account, but instead of them getting suspended, I did. I kindly request for this mistake to be corrected, as it is unfair that I reported a player and ended up being the one suspended. I have noticed many others experiencing this issue; please resolve it. Thank you.

I received a ban for using inappropriate language towards a group of players who were repeatedly harassing me in-game, killing my character, and taking my belongings despite my polite requests for them to stop. I regret my reaction and acknowledge that my behavior was out of character as I have always maintained a positive gaming environment. I have been part of this game for a week and have only had positive interactions until this incident. Please reconsider the ban as gaming is a significant part of my life, and I assure you that I will refrain from using derogatory language in any future gaming interactions. I currently subscribe to PS Plus for $10.69 per month. I used to pay for my brother's account as well, but he has been covering it since August [redacted]. I recently realized I'm still being charged for his account even though he's paying for it separately. I've been unable to cancel it on the website, and it only appears as a double charge on my bank statement. I want to keep my subscription but need to stop the extra charge. I've been mistakenly charged for almost three years now, and I'm unable to afford it. The recent launch of Battlefield [redacted] has left many consumers feeling scammed and disappointed. Electronic Arts and the developers at DICE seem to be disregarding the negative feedback and failing to address the game's numerous issues. Despite promises to fix the game, little progress has been made. Former DICE employees have also publicly criticized the game for its poor quality and lack of completion. The dwindling player base reflects the dissatisfaction with the product. Like many others, I paid $[redacted] for a faulty and unsatisfactory game and I am seeking a refund for this deceptive transaction. It's frustrating to have to navigate this process when all I wanted was a refund for a game that fails to meet basic standards of quality.

Yesterday, while playing my game, a troll continuously disrupted my gameplay. I attempted to close the server to friends only to prevent the troll from joining, but I couldn't include all the people I play with who aren't on my friends list. When I messaged the troll to inquire about the disruptions, I received abusive messages in return. After blocking him, he reported me, resulting in a 30-day ban. When I used my second account to inquire about the report, the troll reported that account too, resulting in a 7-day ban. Despite my efforts to explain the situation to PlayStation support, they couldn't access the troll's messages without his consent due to data protection laws. The support team confirmed that my actions didn't warrant a ban, yet they were unable to assist further. I seek to have my account unbanned and urge PlayStation to review my messages and gameplay from yesterday morning to prove my innocence. It is evident to me that the troll is the one who deserves to be permanently banned for disrupting others' gameplay.

Dear Community, I apologize for submitting my 3rd refund request, and I would like to address the various issues I encountered with the game. After watching the captivating reveal trailer in June, I eagerly preordered the game on the day the beta was launched. Interestingly, the beta had some expected bugs, but the problems escalated upon the official launch. Despite the trailer's promises, the game turned out to be lackluster and unenjoyable, not living up to the standards set by the developers' previous successful games, such as Battlefield 3 and 4. Regrettably, the game's online-only feature without a single-player campaign has made the experience even more disappointing, especially with the rumors of it going free to play. I truly feel deceived and disappointed by this turn of events.

I've been trying to understand why my account was banned recently. The reasons were unclear, and I would appreciate assistance in restoring my access or receiving more information on the ban. I have made significant investments in that account and would like to continue using it. Initially, the ban happened suddenly without explanation, then the account was reinstated after a week. However, the issue recurred, and this time I have not been able to regain access. I was promised an email clarifying the ban, but I have not received it yet. I am frustrated with the individuals on PSN who provoked me. Their use of derogatory language towards my children led me to react negatively. It's disappointing that the company did not address the offensive comments made towards me and my family. The PSN names of those involved are: Wohzy, Zexidy, Ehlija, and Mozzile-. They also freely used the n-word. It's concerning that such behavior is allowed without consequences. Their hurtful words targeting my family should not be tolerated. I was suspended and reported, while they made violent threats towards me. I find Sony's handling of this situation troubling.

For years, I've been attempting to access my previous account. Despite being 23 years old, I'm locked out as it mistakenly categorizes me as a child needing a parent account. I didn't input the wrong age and never had a parent account linked. I long to reconnect with old friends, even though they may no longer be active. The maps and progress I had are inaccessible. I've persistently tried to regain entry, waiting in the hope that it would recognize my adult status, but to no avail. It remains adamant that I am a child, leaving me baffled.
