My account was suspended due to a message sent, but I was not informed of the content or context. During an argument with another user, they shared inappropriate content in our chat. When I confronted them, I suspect they retaliated by inciting others to report me. It feels unjust as I am unsure of the reports against me. If I received a suspension, it's only fair that action is taken against the other accounts involved as well. I am eager to have my account reinstated.

While in a party chat, a 12-year-old was being racist, using derogatory language towards me such as "go back to Africa" and "black ass." I stood up against this behavior, but ended up with a 7-day suspension while the other kid who was making racist remarks got away with it. He even went as far as obtaining the IP addresses of some members in the chat. It's disheartening to see that despite my efforts to defend myself and my race, I am the one facing consequences. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated, especially by a platform like PlayStation. I've been a respectful member of the community since [redacted], but I refuse to accept racism in any form.

Hello support PlayStation.in, in [redacted] my PSN account was banned while playing GTA V. I mistakenly picked up money from a cheater dropping it on players, causing my level to increase. I didn't realize a ban would result, as I thought it was normal gameplay. I value my account as my main one for playing online with friends. I encountered a disrespectful and racist player on PlayStation, so I messaged him to address the issue without using any offensive language or insults. Surprisingly, my account got banned for 60 days, which feels excessive considering I didn't understand what I did wrong. The incident happened when I mentioned that Rainbow Six Siege is cross-gen after he became upset. I clarified that I had a PlayStation 5 and we were playing cross-gen. Despite not resorting to name-calling or vulgar language, I received a notification hours later stating that I shared inappropriate content. The only thing I sent was a screenshot of a Google article explaining the cross-gen feature.

Around a year ago, my PS4 was functioning well, which it still does. However, approximately a year ago, the YouTube app on my PS4 started to encounter issues. Upon opening the app, I consistently receive the error code (CE-[redacted]-0). Often, when attempting to use the app, my PS4 freezes completely, with the fan slowing down and the screen either turning black or displaying a checkered pattern of white and black dots. I have attempted various solutions, such as restarting the PS4, turning it off, cleaning it, rebuilding the database, uninstalling the app, and more. Occasionally, the app functions briefly if I quickly select a video upon opening it, but ultimately it freezes within 1-5 seconds. This problem is quite frustrating, as my PS4 has otherwise been trouble-free. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I no longer own a PlayStation, as I got rid of mine nearly a year ago. However, my younger brothers have one, and I occasionally use my old account to play 2k21 and other games on their console. I rarely log in, and I always set a password to ensure I'm the only one accessing it. Today, when I tried to sign in, I was shocked to see that my account has been permanently suspended. This is unacceptable since I've invested a lot of money in this account through game purchases and in-game transactions. I don't even interact with others or spend much time on the game. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account. There's no valid reason for it to be suspended permanently. The support line seems unreachable, despite their stated operating hours. This situation is frustrating, especially considering I hardly use this account. I'm extremely upset and seeking immediate resolution.

In June of [redacted], my account was temporarily banned and later reinstated due to unauthorized purchases. I used my system for a while after the reinstatement but have not accessed it in about a month. When I tried to log in last week, I was unexpectedly logged out of the network. Despite trying to log in and requesting a new password via email, I did not receive the reset email. It's frustrating because I received other emails from Playstation about new games and even paid my renewal fee, yet I can't access my account to play or make purchases. I attempted to resolve this through a chat with the Playstation bot, but it claimed my account doesn't exist. I urgently need assistance with reactivating my account to enjoy the services I've paid for.

Hello, I am experiencing some issues with my PS5. I recently purchased a PS5, set it up, and played a few games of Apex Legends. However, it froze and shut down. I have tried rebooting it multiple times without success. This morning I managed to boot it up, played Biomutant for about an hour, and it froze again. Now, when I press the power button on the PS5, it either beeps once or starts to boot up briefly before shutting down. I attempted to sign into my PS4 account on my husband's console, and when I tried to launch Genshin Impact, I was unexpectedly logged out and prompted to reset my password. Upon doing so, I encountered a suspension upon logging back in. I made recent purchases for "It Takes Two" and PlayStation Plus on a separate PS4. Nachdem ich mich ohne die Passwortänderung nicht in meinen Account einloggen konnte, erhielt ich von Google eine Sicherheitswarnung, da jemand in Deutschland versucht hat, aus Hamburg auf mein Konto zuzugreifen, was jedoch von Google blockiert wurde. Nun wurde auf meinem PlayStation-Konto plötzlich eine Kreditkarte als Zahlungsmethode hinzugefügt, obwohl ich keine besitze und diese Einstellung nicht vorgenommen habe. About a year ago, I received notifications that my password was altered, leading me to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I couldn't access my account, and this morning, I was notified of a second password change along with a username change. I've tried different methods to recover my account, but the only security question, my date of birth, is no longer effective. It seems like the date of birth within the account was modified. I have purchase records dating back to before [redacted] if necessary. The email linked to the account is [redacted], and the previous login ID was "GalacticMufflns." The new username they've set is "fsu_LOL_jk." Any assistance with recovering my account would be highly valued.

Hello, I have encountered an issue with my PSN account. I believe I may have been banned due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts, even though I am confident I was entering the correct password. Despite trying to reset my password and verify my account, I continue to receive an error message on my PS4. This problem arose shortly after setting up my PSN account on my console and verifying it on my phone. Unfortunately, I am unable to create a new account or access my PSN at this time. I am unable to reach out to customer support as it requires a support ID that I do not possess, since I was banned before being able to log in successfully. My 8-year-old son enjoys playing Fortnite, usually in creative mode with his friends. He's been playing for about 2 years without any suspensions. We closely monitor his interactions and guide him on handling any conflicts with other players. Despite all this, he received a suspension notice (WS-[redacted]-3) on his Playstation network account after playing fine the night before. I believe he might have been unfairly targeted by a player with ill intentions. I kindly request the suspension to be removed so he can continue playing. If he inadvertently said something inappropriate, I would like details to address it with him. Perhaps he may have unknowingly repeated offensive language from another player. I appreciate your help and see this as a learning opportunity for him.

I am requesting a refund or credit to my account. I bought the PS4 Dying Light Platinum as a gift 24 hours ago. After my credit card was approved, your site prompted to download the game to my console, which I don't own. I tried to cancel the transaction immediately as I preferred the Disk Version and didn't download the software. I reached out to Capitol One, my bank, and they advised me to try to resolve the issue with you first before they could step in. My Support ID # for the conversation 20 minutes post-transaction is [redacted]8, and for the one 24 hours after the transaction is [redacted]9.

I received a suspension for a week after being harassed and unfairly targeted. I was engaged in a game when I defeated another player who then had a friend disrupt my internet connection. Frustrated, I sent a message expressing my anger, which was out of character for me as I understand the importance of appropriate language. This whole situation is affecting my family members' ability to study and work online. I kindly request for the suspension to be lifted as it feels unjust to be penalized for being a victim of harassment.

I'm having trouble accessing my PlayStation account. I inputted the correct username and password, but initially, I received a message stating, "this service is undergoing maintenance." Now, I am being informed that I cannot sign in because my account has been locked due to multiple failed attempts or that I need to reset my password for security reasons. Initially, I could easily access the PlayStation Store with this account, but suddenly, I was signed out, and this problem arose. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
