I missed the issues from 9/9, 9/16, and 9/23/19. I renewed my subscription in August for 20 issues at $21.20. When I called about my first missed issue on 9/9, I was told they would add it on to my subscription. The same happened with the 9/16 issue. I have not yet received the 9/23 issue. In the past, when I called, sometimes they would mail the missing issue to me. I have been a subscriber for many years and have occasionally missed an issue, but never three in a row. The customer service representatives I spoke to did not seem concerned. If I cannot receive the three missed issues, I would like to cancel my subscription and receive a refund of $20.21. I sent a check for $64.00 for an annual renewal of my magazine subscription over 2 weeks ago but keep receiving notices to pay. I tried calling your customer service numbers, but had issues reaching a live person. My account number is [redacted]. Please either renew my subscription promptly or return the check if there is an issue. The lack of communication and assistance is disappointing. I would appreciate a reply soon and would value a discount or extra subscription time due to this inconvenience. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

After watching Duane Chapman's conversation with Dr. Oz about his heart, it was clear to me that something was amiss with him even before Beth passed away. I noticed his red face and chest, irregular movements, and lack of concern for his own health while solely focusing on Beth. He appears to be lost, grieving, and will likely face more challenges ahead with Beth's birthday and the upcoming holidays. Having lost my husband to lung cancer in March [redacted], I understand his pain and believe he needs a friend to confide in, someone to support him emotionally and let him express his grief, questions, and emotions to find solace. I am not seeking a relationship or financial gain, just the opportunity to offer comfort and understanding to Duane during this difficult time. I have been reaching out whenever possible and am willing to assist him if given the chance. 😇🙏🤙Please consider my offer.

I've missed the last two issues of People magazine despite updating my address. I didn't receive the September 28 and October 4 issues. The local post office couldn't locate them. I have contacted you multiple times regarding my magazine subscription. Since moving in July, I haven't received my People magazine. Despite numerous calls and assurances that it would be resolved, it has been almost five months without any delivery. Our new address is [redacted] Forest Preserve Dr., Wood Dale, IL [redacted], just 2 miles away from our previous address at 17 W. [redacted] Red Oak Ave., Addison, IL [redacted]. Please address this issue promptly as promised. The subscription is under the name Kelly Baker for People magazine.

Hello, I recently found myself subscribed to People Magazine without my consent after visiting BAM! A bookstore in Strongsville, OH. I only realized I was being charged when the magazines started arriving. Despite my interest in celebrity news, I did not intend to pay for a subscription. I proceeded to cancel my subscription on your website and was informed that I would receive a refund of $97, which has not been issued yet. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so that I can receive the refund owed to me and ensure that you are aware of the situation. Thank you.

I did not receive my People magazine this week. Yesterday, I received a letter threatening to cancel my subscription, even though my check cleared my bank on 11/12/19. I am requesting a full refund unless my subscription is reinstated. If not, I will contact the Consumer Dept of the US Attorney. How many others have experienced this issue? I refuse to be tricked by your actions.

I recently downloaded the People app and attempted to sign in. However, when I entered my account number, I received an error message stating that the number was not found. After consulting the FAQ section, I discovered that I should input the nine numbers located on my magazine label. Unfortunately, my label contains eleven numbers. I attempted to input all eleven numbers, but that did not resolve the issue. As a devoted subscriber, I assumed I would have complimentary access to the app. Could you please assist me in retrieving my correct account number or provide guidance on how to address this issue?

My People magazine is consistently arriving two weeks late at my apartment. By the time I receive it, the news is outdated. Despite confirming my address and hearing my neighbors receive theirs on time, the issue persists. I have contacted customer service twice, but they only offer to extend my subscription. I am not interested in that but instead in receiving the magazines on time. I have even noticed older issues in the recycling bin before I receive them, indicating others are getting them promptly. I mailed checks on September 24 and December 3 for $[redacted].52 each to cover my subscription to People magazine. I have been a subscriber for almost 20 years, and I am puzzled as to why my recent payments have not been received. Despite sending the December 3 check promptly upon receiving a notice of non-payment, it seems to have not been cashed. I would prefer not to send a third check today to avoid having another unpaid balance on my account. I placed an order for magazines back in mid-October and was informed that they would arrive by December. However, I have yet to receive them. The payment has already been deducted from my account. The magazines were supposed to be sent to my business, Vivian Nails and Spa, at [redacted] W Indian School Rd, Goodyear, AZ [redacted]. I am eager to track the status of the shipment to see if they have been dispatched.

I have been experiencing issues with receiving my magazine since July. After contacting the local post office, I started receiving them late, with one even arriving with coffee stains. Despite this, I have missed the Nov. 4th and Dec. 6th issues. After reaching out to the post office, I was initially promised that they would look into the undelivered mail, but on a recent call, I was informed that there is no such "tub". As a loyal subscriber, this continuous problem is frustrating. Since the post office hasn't been able to resolve the issue, I am reaching out in hopes that something can be done to ensure I receive my magazines promptly.

Hello, a while ago, I received a coupon for a free magazine. I went through the process to claim the free magazine, which I successfully received. However, the following month, I started receiving additional magazines that I did not order or subscribe to. This has continued for a year, and I was recently informed that I owe $54 for the magazines, which I was not aware of being charged for. I was never notified that I had unwittingly subscribed to these magazines. Thank you.

I did not receive the December 16, [redacted] magazine issue. This is not the first time this has happened, as I've had multiple magazines go missing in the past and when they do arrive, they are often damaged. Several years ago, my magazine was consistently delayed at the mail hub in Coppell, Texas. I'm unsure of why this keeps happening, but in the last few months, I have had more than one issue go missing. Unfortunately, it's now too late to purchase it from stores, as they rotate their magazine selection weekly. Could I please request a copy of the December 16, [redacted] issue? Thank you.

I was interrupted by People.com while searching for something else, which was annoying. An article about a princess receiving flowers during Christmas Walk appeared on my screen. When I clicked the play button, an ad with a hot air balloon popped up. I had to endure watching that same ad three times before I finally managed to remove People.com from my screen. Unfortunately, I never got to see the picture of the princess receiving flowers.

I kindly ask you to address individuals correctly. The Duchess of Cambridge, Katherine, is not a princess. Only in conjunction with her husband's title, she is referred to as Princess William of Cambridge. The title of prince or princess is granted exclusively by the monarch, unless one is in the direct line of succession. Queen Elizabeth designated Andrew's daughters as princesses, but she did not bestow that title upon Edward's children. - Linda Clarke, PhD

I submitted a temporary change of address request to USPS for my winter home on 12/5/19. However, since then, my People magazines haven't been forwarded, and I'm struggling to reach USPS for assistance. I don't have my account number as I haven't received any magazines. My subscription is under Vicki Hayes, with the address in MI and the temporary winter address in FL. I need help restarting the magazine delivery and would appreciate a credit for the missed issues.
