I need assistance urgently! I just received documents at my door from Portfolio Recovery Associates claiming I owe a significant amount of money linked to a PayPal account. I am bewildered as I do not have any outstanding PayPal debt. This situation is causing me a great deal of distress. I have always maintained a balance of zero on my PayPal account as I make purchases in real-time. The idea of going to court over this matter is alarming. I am experiencing an issue with my PayPal Cash Plus Card account. I added funds to pay my credit card bill but encountered trouble linking my Wells Fargo bank account to the card. This resulted in my PayPal account getting locked. When I reached out to my credit card's customer service, I was informed that PayPal closed my credit card account, leaving me unable to make payments. I have been contacting PayPal's customer service daily as advised by my credit card company. They mentioned that PayPal needs to send me a "bank verification" document that I have to fax to my credit card company to resolve the issue and prevent negative effects on my credit. I am puzzled by how PayPal managed to close another account of mine and need assistance in providing the necessary verification to unlock my account and make payments on time.

After our first meeting, I hired a worker for a project with an initial quote of $[redacted]. I sent an $[redacted] deposit via PayPal, but it got frozen due to an incorrect email. The worker then requested $[redacted] in cash the next day for supplies, which I provided. After working 2 hours, he left and later presented a new quote for $[redacted]. I paid him $[redacted] in cash, and again, he worked for 2 hours before leaving abruptly. The following day, he failed to show up as planned, and his response indicated he wanted the day off. Researching his company revealed multiple negative reviews. When I confronted him, offering to end our arrangement and keep the $[redacted] given, with only $[redacted] to be returned via PayPal, he refused and made excuses, claiming innocence regarding the bad reviews. He then avoided further contact the same day.

Regarding my case with transaction ID 56M370011P[redacted], I received a message yesterday confirming that the seller provided shipping information. They shared the tracking number LS[redacted]78CN from China Post. However, in early March, when I checked the initial tracking number, it indicated the shipment had been delivered "at or near" my mailbox. I must clarify that I never received any package from them. The vague location description concerns me as my mailbox is [redacted] yards away from my front door, easily accessible to passersby. The minimum size box needed for the item should be 48" long, like a golf driver, which would not fit inside the mailbox. Today, the seller informed me that my order has been upgraded to "pending," contradicting their carrier's statement of delivery. I expressed my loss of trust in their words, opened a case against them, and requested a refund.

I have been waiting since last Tuesday for my money of R9850 to be deposited. I was instructed to purchase a R1000 voucher at a money market and send it, which I did. Unfortunately, it was stolen, so I had to deposit another R1000 yesterday to PayPal. They requested my banking details and now I am still waiting for my money, while goods I sold have already been delivered. To make matters worse, PayPal now wants an additional R2000 for activation. This situation is frustrating as I need the money for essential supplies, especially with the lockdown approaching. I am deeply dissatisfied with PayPal's service. I received a payment of $[redacted].00 on March 24th, which is my paycheck. Initially, my bank and card details were not updated on PayPal, and my address and phone number were outdated. I then updated my address, phone number, and added my Chime bank card and Cash App prepay card. However, when I tried to transfer the money to my Chime bank account to access cash since I don't have a PayPal debit card, I encountered errors. Trying to transfer to my Cash App card resulted in the same issue. Before I could return the money to my boss for an alternate payment method, my account was temporarily limited, requiring me to provide identification, bank statements, transaction details, and proof of address. I submitted the necessary documents but still don't have access to my funds. This situation is urgent as I have children and bills to pay, living paycheck to paycheck. I urgently need access to my money.

I recently fell victim to a scam during my last auction. The scammer offered to pay PayPal $[redacted] if I bought $[redacted] worth of eBay gift cards and sent the scratched-off codes to a fraudulent website. Feeling desperate, I followed the instructions only to realize I had been deceived. Now I am out $[redacted] that I cannot afford to lose. I am seeking guidance on how to retrieve my money from eBay. The scammer claimed to include additional funds for gas and postage in the total amount. Despite feeling foolish, I shared the card details as instructed by the scammer. An individual named Mike Tom, supposedly with PayPal, led me to carry out this fraudulent transaction. The scammer's contact information included a name of Mithkeya Carter and an address in Waycross, GA, along with phone number [redacted]. This whole ordeal has left me feeling distressed and taken advantage of.

The case was decided in the buyer's favor without my response. I did not have a chance to address the matter yet. Initially, the buyer provided an incorrect tracking number, and later, a new one was shared. However, due to COVID-19, our warehouse has been closed since March 20th. The revised tracking number was given after the supposed delivery date with no opportunity for us to locate the package. I've been attempting to reach PayPal for assistance for five days without a response. Can someone please call me on my cell to discuss this issue? I believe the buyer may be engaging in fraudulent activity. Kindly review my initial response as it contains evidence that the buyer was aware of the purchase details. It seems the buyer is fabricating stories to exploit the PayPal dispute process.

I believe transaction number 9P[redacted]H[redacted] is associated with an unauthorized purchase. I wanted to inform you about our claim regarding the $99 tools we purchased, which turned out to be a scam. The seller falsely claimed they delivered the package by sending a cheap item to provide tracking. I can provide pictures to support this. We never received the tools, and unfortunately, lost the money through PayPal. Please review the details and give us a chance to explain. I bought a watch through ETSY using PayPal on 3/24/20, but it never arrived. The seller's profile on Etsy disappeared, and the provided tracking number on PayPal was false according to UPS. UPS informed me that the delivery was made to a different address a week before my order. I've tried to contact the seller through PayPal and made a claim, which was denied. I paid $[redacted].36 and UPS confirmed no delivery to me. I contacted my bank to stop payment, but it had already gone through. Despite numerous calls, I haven't been able to reach a human at PayPal.

I'd like to address an issue involving my current iPhone number being added to an old PayPal account without my consent. I have only used PayPal in the past for specific bank verification purposes and find their aggressive tactics unnecessary. I did not authorize them to store my phone number and now wish for all past and present PayPal accounts to be closed. I found a [redacted] Toyota Camry for sale on the letgo app for $1,[redacted]. The seller, who claimed to be in the military and communicated only via text, explained that the transaction was being handled by eBay. I purchased 6 eBay cards for $[redacted] each as instructed by the seller. After providing the card numbers to a person claiming to be from eBay customer service, I was assured that everything was set, but I never received a tracking number or the car. I feel like I was scammed and lost $1,[redacted]. I urgently need to contact someone about this issue as I am in a difficult situation financially after this fraudulent incident. I received an email that appeared to be from PayPal, but there were some red flags that made me doubt its authenticity. The email stated my account security questions had been changed and requested that I confirm my account by clicking on a link. I recently purchased a silk item from a Game Master for $35, but instead of receiving the item, he took it back from another player and left me with nothing. When I tried to get a refund, he threatened to ban me if I didn't cancel it. I just want my money back as he scammed me and my friend. I can't understand why I can't reach PayPal support through chat or phone. I regret buying from this app for the first time. Thank you for not assisting me and just taking my hard-earned money for nothing. I hope karma catches up to him. It's frustrating that no one is willing to help me.

Hello, I recently purchased a Smartphone Photo Printer from Sharper Image and I am facing issues with connecting it to my iPhone via Bluetooth. When trying to contact them, I received a message from Clear Shield, but couldn't leave a reply as they only accept messages with a last name. The website also appears unsecured to my computer, preventing me from printing a return label. Additionally, the printer cartridges I ordered arrived separately at different times. My case was denied for products I never received. I am frustrated because I ordered a bed from a Facebook ad and never got it. The company's page is now gone, but I never got the bed. I want a refund and for the company to be held accountable. Please call me at [redacted] to resolve this instead of emailing. I feel like Facebook and Spotify should do more to prevent these scams. It may not be a lot of money for some, but it is to me. I've had issues with other orders too. I'm tired of emails; I want my money back and action taken against these companies. Thank you.
