I am currently unable to access my account. Upon attempting to recover it, a unfamiliar email address appears for the code to be sent to, which my sibling and I do not recognize. When selecting "I don't have access to these anymore," I am taken through several pages where I must answer account-related questions. Despite providing correct answers, I receive an email stating otherwise. It is confusing as the primary email on the account belongs to my sibling. I am unsure what additional information is needed to resolve this issue.

I am currently unable to access my account. Unfortunately, when attempting to recover it, a strange email address that my brother and I do not recognize is displayed for the code to be sent to. Upon indicating that I no longer have access to this email, I am taken through several pages where I must answer questions about my account. Despite providing the correct answers, I receive an email stating they are incorrect. The main email associated with the account belongs to my brother. I am unsure of what additional information they require in order to grant me access.

I am facing an issue with my email account where my new phone number is not recognized, preventing me from accessing my account. The recovery process wants to send a code to an old email address linked to a non-existent domain. I urgently require assistance to resolve this issue and set up my account correctly. You can reach me at my new phone number, which is [redacted]. Unfortunately, my old number, [redacted], is no longer in use. I would appreciate it if someone could call me to provide guidance on re-establishing access to my account. Thank you. - Renee D.

Upon returning home from work, I discovered my account had been unexpectedly locked due to unusual activity. Although I have not encountered any problems in the past ten years, I am now faced with this sudden issue. The automated verification system is not accepting the information I provide, despite my best efforts. This account is rather old, and as I do not frequently use the associated email, my knowledge of additional details is limited to what I have already submitted. It is crucial for me to speak with a representative promptly to resolve these matters and regain access to my account in order to continue enjoying my gaming experience.

I have been using my Microsoft account for over 20 years, and it appears that I have accidentally been paying for two separate accounts. I have multiple accounts linked to different email addresses and would like assistance in consolidating them. Additionally, I am currently facing issues with trying to compose a letter for my late husband's memorial calendar. The system is not recognizing my email address, and I am unable to sign in as I have forgotten my password. I need help to regain access and receive notifications. I am prompted to enter my email address, but I have several; please advise on which one to use to begin the process. Thank you.

I filled out a form to recover my Microsoft account and successfully changed my password. However, upon signing in, I found my account was still locked with the message indicating a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement. The prompt to unlock requires a verification code sent to my phone, after which I can regain access. Despite trying both my family's and my own phone numbers, I am not receiving the verification code. The screen keeps displaying "Usage limit exceeded. Try again tomorrow." It's frustrating as it is the first time I am using my number for this purpose.

I am experiencing difficulty with my Microsoft products as I keep receiving an error message stating "product activation failed." Even after reaching out to HP customer service for my laptop, they attempted various solutions such as re-installing Microsoft using my Microsoft ID and conducting diagnostics. Despite their efforts, they advised me to contact Microsoft directly regarding this activation issue. I have the sticker affixed to my laptop indicating it includes "Microsoft: Office Home & Student" and though I successfully activated it previously, I have been encountering activation failures recently.

I only use a PS4 for gaming, specifically for Gran Turismo Sport multiplayer races with my friends. Recently, we decided to play the older PS3 Gran Turismo 5, but I forgot the password for my account [redacted] I am not very tech-savvy and prefer speaking to someone over the phone for help. My account was compromised and taken over in August [redacted]. I attempted to change the password, but discovered that my verification methods were altered. Previously, I would receive a text with a verification number to reset the password. However, when I tried to get the number, I noticed the emails associated with the account had been changed to two unfamiliar ones. After seeking help from Microsoft Accounts through a chat, I was asked to provide various details and purchase Microsoft [redacted] to share the information, which took around six weeks. I received an email confirming the hack but informing me they were unable to assist further. The account was suspended, and I was advised to wait and then try to reinstate it with the correct verification details. My old account was [redacted], containing vital information for tax purposes without a backup. I'm now using my wife's email since the hackers replaced mine with unfamiliar emails for verification. I am willing to provide more information if necessary. Thank you, Tom D.

My father is attempting to access my account because we haven't been in touch for a month. He may have access to my old phone number, which is linked to my account. I do not want him to gain entry as my account contains my credit card information and purchased games. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old number since I changed it by mistake after leaving boot camp. I am willing to verify my identity, but I need to prevent him from accessing my account or iCloud, even though I no longer have the old number.

I recently had to replace the hard drive on my Dell laptop, which resulted in losing access to my msn.com email account. Despite filling out the recovery form multiple times, I have been denied access each time due to not remembering old passwords. After multiple attempts, I managed to verify my identity using a different email address (gmail.com), but this is not my primary email. Additionally, my Office [redacted] subscription is linked to my msn.com email, making it impossible to reinstall on my laptop. This situation has been incredibly frustrating for me.

I have been charged twice and cannot reach anyone for help. No one has returned my calls, and now there is an additional charge. I refuse to pay more and demand a refund for the duplicate charge. I want a full refund as I have been incorrectly double-charged. I am disappointed with the lack of response to correct this issue, and I will not make any further payments.

I recently renewed my Microsoft contract, and I noticed that my bank account was charged twice for $[redacted].99 each. I would like a refund for the duplicate charge totaling $[redacted]. If you are not able to refund me for the second charge, then please refund the full $[redacted]. The lack of communication and customer service from your end is unacceptable, and I am considering looking for services elsewhere. I have not received any callbacks despite trying to contact you. Additionally, I am not interested in signing up for any new services, especially when this error was made on your end.

I restored my laptop about two months ago and lost my Money Plus backup file. After locating it and resuming use, I encountered a pop-up stating my 7-day free trial has ended and prompting me to purchase the software. However, clicking the purchase button resulted in a blocked request with the following message: "Your request has been blocked. This may be due to several reasons: 1. Your network may be using a proxy known for sending automated requests to Microsoft. Contact your network administrator to check for any proxies and the User-Agent in the request header. 2. Your request pattern resembles an automated process. To address this, reduce the frequency of requests. 3. Reference ID: 18.11c0ce17.[redacted].25913b44"

I have been struggling to access my account for months due to forgetting my password. Despite multiple attempts to reset it, I received messages claiming the information provided was insufficient. Today, during another attempt, I received security codes, but was then asked to verify my identity via text on my VOI phone number, which cannot receive texts. I am currently locked out of my account once again because of the message stating, "We've received too many requests to recover this account today. (We have a limit to help keep your account safe.) Please try again in 24 hours." I am incredibly frustrated with paying for a service I am unable to utilize.

I am having trouble accessing my account as I have forgotten my password. I have been attempting to reset it for several months now. However, I consistently encounter an issue during the identity verification step, where a text message is required to a phone number that is unable to receive texts. This loop has caused me to be unable to proceed and reset my password, resulting in being locked out due to multiple unsuccessful attempts. I am seeking assistance with resetting my password so I can proceed with cancelling my account.
