I am having difficulty downloading photos from my iPhone 7 Plus to my PC with Windows 10. I connected my phone using a USB cable, turned it on, and unlocked it. Following these steps, I clicked on Start and then opened the Photos app. When I selected Import > From a USB device, I encountered issues. Sometimes, my iPhone is not recognized, and I receive a "try again" message. Other times, the photo download process starts but stops at a specific point, leaving me with no option but to cancel.

I am encountering difficulties installing my Oxford English Dictionary v4.0 double disc on my Microsoft Surface Pro running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro. Interestingly, when attempting installation on a non-Microsoft laptop also running Windows 10 Pro, I do not encounter the same issue. The first disc launches successfully, but upon installing the second disc, the program requests disc 1 again, leading to a standstill. This behavior is unique to my Surface Pro, as I have not experienced it on other Windows 10 or previous Windows 7 computers. The Oxford English Dictionary v4.0 is an indispensable tool for me, and the digital version provides a much more manageable solution compared to the hefty printed edition. Despite this installation setback, I am generally pleased with my Surface Pro and appreciate Microsoft offering Microsoft Mathematics for free. Thank you. Best regards, S.O. Jansson

I called in for assistance with resolving errors on my PC to upgrade to Windows 10. The technician verified my PC's compatibility and installed Windows 10, but the errors persist. I can handle the Windows 10 installation; what I need is assistance fixing the errors. If the issues can't be resolved, I may opt to purchase a new PC preloaded with Windows 10. It seems there might have been a misunderstanding due to my limited technical knowledge compared to the staff.

I am having trouble accessing my email [redacted] The phone number linked to it has been changed to +84 [redacted]36, and the new email is [redacted] I cannot recall the password for the previous email account liencfs@gmail. I have made several attempts to verify and recover my Hotmail account but it seems I am unable to provide enough evidence of ownership for verification. This email is crucial for my university studies, and it is linked to accessing important faculty information. I have a strong attachment to this concise email address. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been unable to access my account or Outlook email for over a year. Despite submitting an account recovery request a few months back, I was denied due to insufficient information. Remembering details from emails sent months ago is challenging. Recently, I acquired a new smartphone and attempted to recover my account by requesting a code, but received an error stating, "We cannot send a text message to this number." The new phone is provided by Altice Mobile. The email linked to my account for recovery is [redacted], and the recovery email I used is [redacted] I need assistance in recovering my Microsoft account and gaining access to Outlook.

Yesterday, I acquired a new iPhone. Unfortunately, when I tried to log into my hotmail account, I realized I could not remember my password. I proceeded to complete the Microsoft form for assistance but mistakenly made too many attempts within a 24-hour window, resulting in being locked out. Regrettably, despite multiple attempts to reach out to Microsoft via the phone tree last night and today, I have not been successful. This situation is particularly concerning as my jewelry-making business on Etsy and my Instagram page are both linked to my hotmail email address, which is now inaccessible. I am at a loss and unable to proceed without resolving this issue promptly.

My son's friend got angry and changed his Gmail password, linking it to his Microsoft account. I've been trying to recover the password to fix it, but his friend is using his Xbox, pretending it's his. I attempted to use the device ID, but it requires 24 hours and my son has been unable to play his game for a week, which is frustrating for him. His friend denies doing anything wrong, but I have proof from Microsoft with his phone number. I just want to resolve this so my son can use his Xbox again.

I am experiencing unauthorized charges on multiple credit cards for Xbox purchases, even though I have a Visa card registered with Microsoft. I want to close my Microsoft account and sell my Xbox. My name is Douglas Cobb. You can reach me at [redacted] I am frustrated with trying to access my Microsoft account through the authentication app. It doesn't make sense why the charges are appearing on different credit cards instead of the one linked to my Microsoft account. I am fed up with this situation.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Windows apps files on my PC. I am unable to open applications from the Windows store, such as Age of Empires, and my mail app is no longer functional. Upon trying to access the Windows apps file folder through File Explorer, I encountered an error stating I need admin privileges, despite being the administrator. Additionally, when I tried to download Python today, an error occurred, which I suspect is related to my inability to access specific files. This recurring issue is impacting my ability to use various applications on my computer.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I am unable to open a new account with my current email address. I have completed the form with the required information to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, as I can't access my account, I have limited history with it. I tried several months ago to recover the account but eventually gave up. I have bought an Xbox for the kids for Christmas, but I might have to return it because I can't access my Microsoft account.

I am having trouble logging into my Microsoft account. I have multiple password pages, but keep getting stuck on the robot verification. Years ago, I tried to delete a hacked email account ([redacted]), but I still receive data to that address. Whenever I manage to log in, the one-time code doesn't work the next time I try to sign in. The two email addresses I currently use are [redacted] and [redacted] I am finding it impossible to use Microsoft for anything now. Please update me on the situation. Thank you, Richard Shemanske

Subject: Re: Assistance with Hotmail/Outlook Account Recovery I regret to inform you that the automated system did not verify your account ownership based on the information provided. Unfortunately, the process seems challenging as you are unable to recall all the necessary details requested. If you are the individual attempting to recover the account, would it be possible for you to contact Microsoft via phone for direct assistance? It appears crucial for you to gain access to your Hotmail – now Outlook – account after persistent attempts without success in the past month.

I created my old email, [redacted], back in [redacted] or [redacted], but I forgot the password. I've been attempting to regain access to the account recently. I used to think the password was "badVegas21", but now at 28 years old, I no longer have the phone number ending in '09 that is associated with it. Over the years, I have had different phones. I am trying to retrieve access to this email as I want to play RuneScape again. I can't remember the password to my RuneScape account, and I haven't played the game in about eight years, though I had invested over [redacted] hours into it. It seems my email hasn't been active for quite some time, and I would appreciate any assistance in recovering it.

I recently purchased an iPhone 11 Pro on 12/20. I run a jewelry business and showcase my pieces on Instagram using a dedicated account. I am facing difficulties with accessing my Hotmail email account, which is essential for correspondence related to my Etsy store. I have contacted Microsoft multiple times through their support tickets and calls, but they are unable to assist due to insufficient information provided by me. This email is primarily used for customer inquiries on Etsy, and not for outgoing messages. Moreover, I am also locked out of my Instagram account where I promote my jewelry (@dangledazzledesigns), which I believe is linked to the Hotmail account. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to regain access using the associated email. Due to a recent knee replacement, I have been occupied and will be out of the hospital soon. The main issues are relating to my Hotmail account ([redacted]) and the associated Instagram account (@dangledazzledesigns), for which I am unable to recover the passwords. My personal emails are tied to #beandpup: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted] -Barbara S.

Hello, my name is Garry. I have a Dell Vostro laptop with a Windows 7 sticker, but I'm unsure of the specific Windows version. Recently, while playfully preventing my girlfriend from turning off the computer, it shut down unexpectedly. Upon restarting, it goes into recovery mode. When attempting to retry or access startup settings, the screen keeps returning to recovery with an error message stating "File is missing or contains error: File:\WINDOWS\system32\config\system Error code: 0xc00000e9." I'm unsure how to proceed and currently unable to afford a new computer.

I am currently unable to access my Outlook email account due to Microsoft flagging it for 'unusual activity'. Despite my efforts to recover it by supplying specific details and examples of recent emails, I have been unsuccessful. The system insists I have not provided enough information, leaving me stuck in a loop of answering the same questions. I attempted to seek help via phone but was directed to unhelpful automated options that did not connect me to a live person for assistance. The lack of human support in resolving this issue is frustrating, as the automated responses are not addressing my problem effectively.

I need assistance with my son's Xbox. I'm unfamiliar with Xbox. Last year, I purchased a used Xbox One at Gamestop for my son. His cousin set it up, and we don't know the email or password used. I had also bought him a lot of V-Bucks for Fortnite last year. I ended up creating a new account since we couldn't access the old one. I find it frustrating that accounts are necessary to play games on these consoles. Additionally, I purchased a three-month Live card, but I can't use it because it says I owe $15, which I disagree with.

I am unable to access my Microsoft account due to two-factor authentication. I initially set it up following instructions on Skype, but after losing my phone containing both my number and the authenticator app, I can no longer use my account. This has restricted me from signing in on my Xbox One, playing games, and using Skype to talk to my friends. My laptop keeps prompting me to update my details, but I am hesitant to do so in case I lose access. I now have a new phone and number, but it has not helped regain access to my account. The email linked to the account is [redacted] (which I intend to update to a more frequently used email).

I'm looking to access an old email account I had in the past. I forgot the password but recently remembered it. Despite entering the correct password, I'm unable to log in due to suspicious activity. I didn't link this account to any recent information, making it difficult for me to regain access.

I am having a hard time accessing my Outlook account since Christmas Day. I've tried various methods to recover it but have faced challenges. I can't recall my password, and my alternate email is no longer available. I've filled out forms, spoken to unhelpful representatives, and completed online questionnaires. It's been frustrating. How can I regain access without jumping through hoops? I'm in urgent need of accessing this account. My work email is provided below as an alternative means of contact as I don't always have access to it.
