Hello, As a Canadian resident with a property in Mexico, my winter plans were disrupted by Covid-19, causing me to return to Canada after 20 months away. Since [redacted], I've had an account with Mercado Libre, where I've made purchases and accumulated a significant credit note. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my account due to the verification code being sent to a phone number that is no longer active since the SIM card expired 20 months ago. I am not able to provide a Mexican voter ID card as I am not a permanent resident. To regain access, I kindly ask for guidance on how to proceed. My new phone number in Mexico is +52 [redacted]. I purchased a cellphone from Mercado Libre, but the wrong item was sent by Vendor CG Movil. After returning the phone, my refund was processed to my Mercado Libre account. However, my account was suspended pending validation of my identity, requiring a CURP, a Mexican residential ID, which I, as a tourist in Cozumel, Mexico, do not have access to. Despite providing my passport, Mercado Libre insists on the CURP. I am now unable to retrieve my money, reactivate my account, and the company is unresponsive. I am seeking assistance as I urgently need the funds held by Mercado Libre. I am requesting Mercado Libre to release my funds by reactivating my account or transferring the money to another account for me to access.

Hello. I am writing because I am an immigrant in Colombia, and I opened my Mercado Libre account back in [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to a language misunderstanding, I made an error with an order that resulted in my account being permanently suspended. I have followed the instructions to resubmit my identification photos and a selfie. I received and entered an SMS verification code, which made me think I could start using the account again. However, the account suspension notification persists, and I am unable to make any purchases. I would appreciate guidance on how to reactivate my account. I have been using LINIO since the suspension, but their product range is not as good as Mercado Libre's. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer with this matter.

I have FICO scores in the 800s according to US standards. However, in Mexico, I am facing issues with Mercado Libre when trying to buy essentials like a cold compress and a beach chair. I provided five cards for payment, including a Citibanamex debit card with sufficient funds, but they are suspicious and requesting additional information. Despite providing necessary documents such as my wife's INE and my US passport, they are questioning our creditworthiness. It is frustrating to be treated this way. I seek an explanation for this treatment and will reach out to other avenues for resolution.

The courier service Quality Post never visited my address, so I was not notified, and the package was returned to the sender. The latest message from Mercado Libre stated: "We left the package at the post office, you have time to pick it up until December 30th. We couldn't deliver it to your address. Requirements to pick up: Confirm with the post office which branch your package is in by calling . You will need this tracking code: WSHMX[redacted]YQ." It did not mention the courier company or phone number, so I had to investigate until I found them, but the package had already been returned. A terrible service from that courier. If they are not going to deliver the package, I want to cancel and get a refund. Awaiting your prompt response.

Hello, buen día, I am Mabel and I have been selling and buying on ML for over 10 years. In the last two years, there have been many changes. However, my issue lies with my account, where the last two sales were canceled, and refunds were issued without clear reasons. Hello, my account is [redacted] When I tried to log in, it asked me for identification. As a foreigner in Mexico, I uploaded a picture of my passport. Somehow, I ended up on the Mexican identification page, and it is now requesting the back of the ID. It will not accept the back of my resident permanente card, so I am unable to log in or proceed. Is there a way to delete the uploaded document so I can try again? Also, should I use my resident permanente card or my passport? This information would be helpful for placing an order. Thank you. I purchased a TV from one of your sellers who has an excellent reputation of over 90%. I bought the item via bank transfer on January 19th. Despite the promise of delivery within 24 to 48 hours, I have not received the item by January 25th. I received an email confirming the purchase was successful and that it had been sent, stating delivery would take between 15 and 25 days. On March 15, I received a package with LED light bulbs, items I didn't order. The order was made to StrugglesToKids with order number [redacted]2 under the name of Jesus Orlando G. P. It provided a link to a virtual store which redirected me to MercadoLibre, suggesting a connection between your company and them. I completed the task only three times, but was informed I need to complete it ten times before withdrawing with a commission. There is a pending order that requires an additional 3000rm which I cannot afford. I spoke to my mentor who instructed me to complete the pending order before withdrawing. However, I only invested 500rm and cannot come up with the additional 3000rm. This money is intended for my children's school fees. Please assist in returning my initial investment.

I need help getting my investment back. I joined a platform for tasks in the US. The platform is run by someone from Facebook. I commented on their post and they instructed me to complete tasks. After completing them, I was told I needed to invest more money to finish the pending orders and then withdraw. I lack the additional RM3000 needed for the pending order. I need assistance in getting back my investment. I signed up on a platform for tasks. The person teaching on this platform is from Facebook. I left a comment and they instructed me on what tasks to complete. After I finished the tasks, I received pending orders stating that I needed to invest more money to complete them and be able to withdraw funds. Hello, I made a purchase of a watch and when it arrived, it was not working properly; it kept stopping. I contacted the seller, and they asked me to return the watch for an exchange. However, when they received it, they claim it was working fine, but once I got it back, it was still not functioning. I reached out to the seller again, informing them I would be sending back the watch for the second time but requesting a refund. I bought 2 items from Mercado and they refunded the money to my account. However, I am unable to access the funds as they are requesting verification with a Mexican ID. I only have a USA passport, and the passport verification process is flawed as it keeps asking for a CURP number, which is specific to Mexican IDs. I need a solution to verify my account using my American passport or access my funds without the Mexican identification requirement, given that I am not Mexican.
