Hello! I am experiencing an issue regarding my recent hotel stay on June 1st, which overall was enjoyable. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered that I have been charged three times for a total of $[redacted].46 for that particular day. It would be greatly appreciated if you could cancel or refund two of these charges promptly. I'm having trouble signing up for Bonvoy as it says I already have an account. I've attempted to recover my password for two possible accounts linked to the email addresses [redacted] or [redacted] After providing my name, David Edwards, it states the information doesn't match. Since these are my email addresses and I likely don't have points on either, I just want to reset my password, preferably on [redacted], to access Bonvoy benefits.

During my stay at the Denver Downtown Sheraton hotel from June 8th to 11th for a Collette Vacations tour, my UK credit card was charged $58.08 for drinks at the bar upon check-out. Subsequently, on June 12th, an additional charge of $[redacted].28 was processed without my knowledge. I would like clarification on the reason for this charge.

I'm having trouble accessing my account due to forgetting my password and needing to update my email address and phone number in my profile. Unfortunately, the automated system is not helping as it requires the updated information to reset the password or update the email. I need to speak with a customer service representative to help me break this cycle and resolve the issue. The constant back and forth with the computer system is becoming incredibly frustrating, and I am considering switching to a more user-friendly company if this problem persists.

I recently called the [redacted] number to reserve a room for Friday and Saturday night on June 30, [redacted], and July 1, [redacted]. The representative mentioned a jacuzzi and pool which was essential as my wife has back issues and wanted to enjoy the hot water. Excited to surprise her for our anniversary, we arrived only to find out there was no jacuzzi, the pool was closed, and we were left to find our room without any assistance with our luggage. Additionally, there were maintenance issues with the ice machines, and disruptive wedding reception guests made it impossible to relax or sleep. I am requesting a refund for this disappointing experience.

I recently canceled a reservation at the DTW Airport Marriott only an hour after making it. My cancellation number is [redacted]6. I created the booking while onboard because I was informed of a power outage in Ann Arbor, my original destination. Upon landing, I discovered that reaching the hotel required a cab ride, which was not convenient for me due to mobility issues. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the hotel, I became concerned about the possibility of a power outage there as well. Therefore, I canceled the reservation but now seek a refund. The whole process took place within just an hour. I decided to stay at the Westin hotel, conveniently located at the airport and also under Bonvoy properties.

During my stay from August 5th to August 10th, [redacted], at Marriott Cedar Rapids, I requested my receipt multiple times but did not receive it. The hotel is now under the name Radisson, making it challenging to contact them directly for the receipt. I've attempted various online methods to obtain the receipt but have not been successful. I urgently require this receipt as I am nearing the 90-day mark post my stay. My Marriott Bonvoy number is [redacted]39. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have had a Marriott account for years and it has always worked fine, but now I can't log in. It says wrong numbers, wrong address, wrong password! Even when I try to reset the password, it still doesn't work! How can I fix this, please? I want to book the Sheraton in Paris which I cannot do, and also the Deva in Bourail, New Caledonia, as a member. Thank you in advance for letting me know what to do.

I rented a room at your renowned Sheraton Cairo Hotel for $[redacted], but I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and poor quality of the unit. If this is the level of service and cleanliness associated with the prestigious Sheraton name, then I regret choosing it. The unit was filthy, with unsanitary bathroom fixtures, malfunctioning doors, and worn-out keys. Housekeeping was subpar, with dusty shelves and corners. The restaurant staff seemed agitated, and some cups and dishes were dirty. The food quality did not meet expectations. Is this the esteemed Sheraton I had in mind? After this experience, I won't be recommending Sheraton to anyone. "Nations advance," but my stay at Sheraton fell short of all expectations and hopes.
