My ride on November 18, [redacted] was unsatisfactory. The Lyft system directed the driver to Departures instead of post 34 as specified in our message. The confusion led to a long walk for my wife, who has mobility issues, resulting in over an hour delay. I will confirm with the Orlando Police if pickups are allowed on the Departure level. Registering a complaint online, by phone, or mail seems challenging due to your system. I have yet to receive the receipt for the ride on November 20, [redacted], from Thomas J. Cordell traveling from Carl Terrace in Orlando to Orlando Int'l Airport.

On November 29th at 1:27pm EST, I took a Lyft ride and unfortunately left my black flip-phone in the car. The driver's name is Andrew, and he drives a black Lexus with the license plate 8BH2458. I contacted Consumer Cellular for help, but they directed me to Lyft. I submitted Lyft's lost phone form twice, with ticket numbers [redacted]02 and [redacted]12. I received emails asking for more details, which I promptly provided, but I have not heard back about my lost phone yet. I am eagerly awaiting a response as I am in need of my phone.

I recently used a Lyft for a two-stop ride. When I got out at the first stop, I realized I left my lunch box in the car since the driver was supposed to wait for me. I contacted the driver, but then found a lost and found option on the app which required an additional $15 charge. I want a refund for the original ride since the driver did not wait for me, I do not want to be charged for retrieving my item, and I would like a refund for the second Lyft I had to take home as I was left at the first stop. On November 19th, I requested a ride from South San Francisco to St James Gait in San Mateo Ca at 5:44pm. However, there was an issue with the drop-off location. The fare was meant to be $33.00, but it ended up being $61.95 due to a mistake during the trip when the driver suggested adding another stop. This led to confusion with the billing. The receipt shows the discrepancy in the trips being to the same address, just a minute apart. I attempted to rectify this through the help link and phone number provided, both of which were unhelpful. I hope you can review my receipt promptly as I wish to resolve this without involving my credit card company. My expectation is that the total charge should be $33.00 as originally intended. Upon booking a ride from LAX to Disney's California Hotel and Spa for $77.70, I ensured the destination was correct before confirming. However, upon the driver's arrival, we noticed the destination had suddenly changed to the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood on the Lyft app. Despite being taken to the Grand Californian, the fare doubled. This experience was unacceptable, as I had verified the destination prior to the ride. I am disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint regarding this issue. I expect and require a refund for the erroneous charges.

Subject: Issue with Lyft Account Hello, I am incredibly surprised and disappointed to have received an email informing me that my Lyft account has been placed on hold with no prior communication from your end. I had reported a safety concern during a recent ride with a passenger named Will on December 2, [redacted]. While I was driving, I noticed smoke coming from the back seat where Will and his friend were seated, making it difficult for me to breathe. I immediately pulled over, opened the car doors, and asked Will about smoking in the car with the windows rolled up due to the cold weather. Will did not provide any explanation and simply walked away. It took me a few moments to recover from the smoke before I could continue driving. I recently had a concerning experience with a Lyft driver in Galveston, TX. While going just a mile from Whataburger on Stewart road to Specs Liquor on 61st street, the driver got lost multiple times and charged my card four times for varying amounts. Despite showing him the route on my phone, he did not follow it and was visibly upset during the ride. I reached out to Lyft about the issue, and they assured me they would investigate before charging me. However, upon checking my bank statement, I saw that the driver still charged me for the ride multiple times. His frustration was evident, yet I had tried to redirect him during the trip.

I encountered an issue with Lyft's billing system where I was $4 short after tipping my drivers using their "more convenient" method. My tip was promptly provided and visibly reflected in my temporary authorizations, which are typically deducted immediately from my account even before I finish my ride. Therefore, it seems unlikely that I lacked the necessary funds. This discrepancy appears to be an error on Lyft's end as I did not underpay intentionally. Consequently, I do not authorize any charges or attempts to collect the $4 from any of my payment methods. I consider this situation as potentially fraudulent and urge Lyft to rectify this error promptly.

On December 1st at 8:18 pm, there was a charge of $12.94 on my Mastercard by Lyft. Following this, a Lyft driver picked up my 13-year-old granddaughter, who used my stolen Mastercard, and potentially aided her in leaving. Authorities have been informed, and a report has been filed. It appears she might have provided a nearby address on our street, as my spouse witnessed her departing with the driver from a residence a few doors down. On December 5, I scheduled a ride but mistakenly entered the same location for both pick-up and drop-off. The driver didn't advise me of the error and instead arranged a new ride to the mistaken location. He then picked up another passenger and departed. When I questioned if it was the correct address, he insisted that it was what I had scheduled. Examining my ride history, I saw what had happened. I intentionally paid for a ride that was slightly more expensive to ensure my wait time would be less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, the driver arrived over 20 minutes later, causing me to miss my appointment. Considering the premium price I paid, I expected prompt service or else I would have opted for the more affordable option. I am requesting a credit for this ride since missing my doctor's appointment was a direct result of the delay in picking me up. The estimated arrival time fluctuated from 4 minutes to 2 minutes and then back to 10 minutes, leading to my frustration. I usually recommend Lyft to my friends and wish to continue using it, but only if I'm refunded for this particular ride. I rely on your service to adhere to the agreed-upon ride details and pricing.

I have been overcharged twice now. My ride was supposed to cost $15 based on the quotes I received, but I was actually charged $42. I am missing $24-$27 due to these incorrect charges. I have evidence to support this, including screenshots of the original $15 quote, the confirmation of the ride price, and the $40+ that was deducted by Lyft. I understand that there may be a temporary hold, but the discrepancy is too significant to be justifiable.

I have been experiencing issues with the notifications bell option in my Ola app. I have contacted Ola support several times regarding this matter, as I suspect my account is being misused by certain agents or agencies for offers. Despite my efforts, the problem remains unresolved. I am Amanda F., and I arranged and paid for a ride for my fiancé, Mr. W. While checking the app, I noticed that the drop-off time for his ride has unexpectedly extended by 15 minutes from what it initially showed when I confirmed the booking. I requested a ride from Charlotte Douglas Airport to [redacted] Selwyn Ave, Charlotte, NC on November 30, [redacted]. The driver arrived promptly, but had trouble finding our address. Despite offering cash, he insisted on taking us back to the airport. We paid $20 for a fare of $11.99. Upon disputing the charge, Citi bank credited us the disputed amount. The driver's name was Albert with license no. Boowynn NC. We are disappointed with Lyft's service and won't be using it in the near future. Thank you.

I recently returned from a business trip to NYC and Chicago. During our travels, we made a total of four airport-city trips, and the charges for these journeys are currently being settled. However, I have noticed two additional charges on my Divvy Mastercard statement. On December 5th, there is a charge of $98.21, and on December 6th, there is a charge of $15.87. While we did have two airport trips on December 5th, one in NYC and one in Chicago, I believe these expenses are already covered in the $[redacted] charge on our card for that day. The Lyft App we utilized was accessed through Carol Anderson's phone, and the credit card listed under my name, Paula Fowler, is from Utah Symphony & Opera. I kindly request assistance in addressing and correcting these charges that were mistakenly billed to our company card.

I recently took a Lyft ride, and unfortunately, the driver missed his turn twice, resulting in a longer route. The ride was initially priced at $15.16, but after the driver's mistakes, I was charged $22. The driver explained he was new to Miami, having come from Philadelphia two weeks prior, and was unfamiliar with the area. My name is Teresa Sanchez. I requested a Lyft ride on December 9th from [redacted] North Mopac Expressway, WaterloTerrace Apartments 2 to [redacted] West Parmer Lane.
