I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter. I have been a loyal online customer and have never encountered such an issue before. I contacted Lululemon's Guest Education Center on January 18, [redacted], to arrange for the return of a ponytail hat purchased by my family in London. However, despite being assured of receiving a return label and a gift card for the hat, I have yet to receive them. I have dedicated a considerable amount of time to this holiday return, and I am disappointed by the lack of follow-through. I kindly request that you promptly address this matter by sending me the promised return label and gift card.

Today, I shopped at Lululemon for the first time in Germantown, Memphis. My friend and I waited around 6 to 7 minutes in line. The clerk we saw earlier looked at us and walked away, which left us feeling overlooked. We only purchased a hat and a bag each, so we weren't being demanding. Another employee even let another customer cut in line ahead of us. Despite being told someone would help us soon, the staff began a new transaction with someone else without addressing us. As a first-time customer, this lack of attentiveness made me feel unappreciated. Even though I usually avoid complaining, this experience left me disappointed. I do like Lululemon's products and had a gift card to use, but being ignored and skipped in line was frustrating. The staff seemed completely unaware of what was happening around them, which was the most disappointing part for me. I'm hesitant to return anytime soon, particularly because I'm pregnant and was hoping to find maternity leggings at your store.

I am reaching out regarding the dismissal of a staff member for reporting a crime. I have been a loyal customer of Lululemon since you opened a store in NorthPark Mall in Dallas. I have invested my hard-earned money into your clothing for myself, my grandchildren, and my daughters-in-law. The CEO's statement that "it's only merchandise" is concerning to me. As a retired 74-year-old on a fixed income, can I now simply walk in and take merchandise without consequences as well? I am eagerly awaiting your response on how I can claim my complimentary items. - Janet P.

An unauthorized charge of $51.24 appeared on my debit card on 6/12. Although I did make a $[redacted].23 purchase online on 6/9, today's charge is not mine. I am requesting immediate reversal of this charge. Discovering unauthorized transactions has shaken my confidence in the security of your online services. Please contact me promptly instead of the standard 3-5 business days. The inconvenience caused by this lack of security is troubling.

I recently purchased a Wonderlust backpack from a Lululemon store in Canada as a gift for my friend in China. Unfortunately, when my friend received it, they found that the anti-theft latch had not been removed. This was quite embarrassing and distressing for me. I was surprised that a renowned sports brand like Lululemon would make such an oversight. After researching online, I discovered that this issue is not uncommon among customers. My friend is now hesitant to use the backpack in public for fear of setting off alarms in stores.
