I recently placed an online order and went to pick it up. Upon arrival, I inquired about my order readiness to which they responded negatively. Just three minutes later, I received a text notification that my order was ready. After checking again, I found out they had just put it in the oven. I waited for about 15 to 20 minutes, observing them taking my pizzas out. The total cost was $65, but I was given two cold, greasy pizzas. I noticed they were making cheese and pepperoni pizzas. Interestingly, a lady who entered the store after me and about 15 other customers who ordered in-store received their pizzas while they forgot about her order.

On January 15, [redacted], I arrived to work at LC from 4 pm to 8 pm along with 2 other employees. After finishing my shift, when I visited the store on Sunday, January 16 to check the schedule, the General Manager spoke to me outside in front of customers. She accused me of coming to work under the influence, a shock as I do not use drugs. I requested a drug test immediately to prove my innocence. Another employee from January 15 apparently suspected me of using drugs before the shift. Despite my pleas for understanding and a chance to clear my name, the General Manager insisted I take a week off to "get myself together" before returning. As a fellow manager, the false accusation has tarnished my reputation and caused me distress.

This has been the worst customer service experience. On Saturday night, 1/14/23, I placed a delivery order on the Little Caesars website. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to the wrong house despite sending specific instructions on where to find my place. The photo I received is not of my house or even an address visible in the picture, so it doesn't make any sense how it was delivered there. I've contacted DoorDash and Little Caesars multiple times in the past few days, even requesting a call back after being on hold for hours, but have heard nothing. I am expecting a refund and compensation for this frustrating experience. I spent time looking for my pizza in the rain in my neighborhood and couldn't locate it. I've been on numerous calls, on hold, and no one at Little Caesars has picked up the phone for the past four days. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Please provide a full refund and compensation for this inconvenience and frustration.

On January 29th, I placed an order through the Little Caesar’s app for delivery via DoorDash, totaling almost $50. Unfortunately, the order never arrived. Little Caesar’s informed me they couldn't assist, and despite multiple calls to DoorDash customer service, the issue remains unresolved. It has been almost a week since the order was canceled, and I am yet to receive a refund, which is essential for me. I have retained all relevant screenshots documenting this incident, including the charge on my credit card that has been processed.

Hello, my name is Cei Cei. I've tried reaching out to Little Caesars multiple times without getting any response. I placed an order online a week ago, but unfortunately, my son was in an accident on the way to pick it up on my daughter's birthday. I'm not seeking a refund, just hoping to retrieve the $40 order if possible. I've tried contacting them several times with no luck. I have the receipt and all the details. Please advise. Thank you.

I ordered an additional pepperoni thin crust and breadsticks, but was given a regular thin crust pepperoni without the breadsticks by a worker named Saleem J who was not in uniform. Despite my efforts to explain the error, they refused to correct it and ignored me, even after giving me the breadsticks. The staff's behavior was appalling, and I never received the extra pepperoni I paid for. This incident occurred at [redacted] Redan Rd., Stone Mountain, GA [redacted].

I recently chatted with one of your representatives online. I provided my personal information and explained what has been happening. I was then asked for my credit card number, which is unacceptable. I am incredibly frustrated with the mistakes in my orders and the inconvenience of having to order an Uber to correct them. I feel that my orders are often incorrect and poorly handled. In the future, I expect my orders to be prepared correctly and served fresh. If this issue persists, I may have to take my business elsewhere along with my followers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have experienced poor customer service at the drive-thru several times with one specific worker at Little Caesars. The employee closes the window before I finish speaking and doesn't communicate. I prefer my pizzas made to order, not from the hot and ready section, and the worker seems to have an issue with that. Despite this, I generally love Little Caesars, the prices, and the other staff. However, the unfriendly attitude from this particular female worker is not acceptable. If she is unhappy working there, it's important to remain professional and not be rude to customers.

I placed an online order last night around 9:00 p.m. totaling $28.90. I used the order tracking feature but noticed it didn't update after about 30 minutes. Despite feeling ill, I decided to go to the store. Upon arrival, I found it empty with no staff present after waiting for around 5 minutes. I then went to the neighboring store before it closed, and when I returned, my boyfriend mentioned seeing an employee leave in a car. I am puzzled as to why the payment was deducted from my card without receiving my order. The order number was [redacted], and I attempted to call several times before visiting in person. I kindly request a refund to my card and am even open to possible employment if they require more staff.

For over five years, I've been a regular customer at the Little Caesars on [redacted] North 23rd Street. When I go there asking for classic pizzas, they consistently try to upsell me on the "Most Bestest" pizzas. Despite their "hot and ready" promotion, I find myself waiting for 20 minutes or more every time I visit. This particular location has been treating me rudely, and their service has been very disappointing. I am considering not returning to this specific Little Caesars anymore. I may start going to a different location where they understand my simple request for hot and ready classic pizzas without any unnecessary upselling or waiting time. I hope that my feedback can help improve the service at this store.

I had an issue with my online order for pick up at the store. The store confirmed that DoorDash mistakenly processed my order instead. After waiting on the phone for 15-20 minutes trying to contact DoorDash, I was informed that I had ordered stuffed crust and a different type of pizza. I did not check the pizzas when the store employee mentioned them verbally. I live 45 minutes away from this location and was upset to find out that both pizzas were wrong. To resolve this, I suggest having the employees at the Baxter St. Athens, GA location undergo appropriate training. I am requesting a refund for both pizzas. Thank you.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order from Little Caesars. On 4/6/[redacted] at 5pm, I placed an order at store [redacted] on Mexico Road in St. Peters, MO. I ordered (1) Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni for $10.99 and (1) Zesty Cheese Bread for $6.00. However, upon arrival, the pickup time was inaccurate, causing me to wait an additional 20 minutes in my car. When I finally received my order, I was given a Pepperoni & Cheese Stuffed Crust pizza for $10.00, which I do not enjoy. The Zesty Cheese Bread was overdone and did not taste good. I have been a loyal customer of Little Caesars for many years; however, this experience was disappointing. I attempted to contact the store multiple times, but no one answered despite it being within their operating hours. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

When I place an online order for pickup, I notice there's no option to pay at the store upon pickup. This differs from other pizza places that offer this payment option. It can be frustrating after going through the process of placing an order to then have to cancel it due to payment restrictions. I've never experienced such frustration while trying to order a pizza online. I specifically wanted to order online to take advantage of the ITSBACK DEAL, but it seems I may not be able to access that deal now because of the limitations in payment methods.

I've been attempting to place an order with Little Caesar's in Rocky Mount, VA ([redacted]) for the last 20 minutes, but they won't pick up the phone. I've called at least 40 times and even got a busy signal once. I prefer to pay with cash, and calling in my order is the only way I can do it. Their phone number is [redacted]. Today's date is April 17th, and based on this experience, I would rate them a 1 out of 10. If anyone knows what's causing this issue, I'd appreciate any information.

I tried to place an order with Little Caesar's in Rocky Mount, VA, [redacted], but they have not been answering the phone despite my 40 attempts in the last 20 minutes. I prefer to pay with cash and ordering by phone is my only option. Their contact number is [redacted]. This occurred on April 17th, and unfortunately, I would rate them a 1 out of 10 for this experience. On April 1st, I placed an order for a pizza at the Garfield Heights, Ohio store, and unfortunately, it took an hour and a half to be delivered. After contacting customer service, they assured me of a refund. However, it seems the communication was directed to the Maple Heights, Ohio store, as the owner there contacted me claiming no record of my order, which is correct since the order was placed at the Garfield Heights store. Then, on April 4th, I ordered a cheese pizza from the Garfield Heights Ohio store, but it arrived late, and to my dismay, it was a pepperoni pizza instead. If Little Caesars continues to provide such poor service, I may have to reconsider patronizing their business in the future.

I ordered online and went to the store for pick-up, but it was closed. The next day I tried calling without success. Upon returning to the store, it was closed early due to being short-staffed. Another Little Caesars I visited, connected to the previous store, was also closing early for the same reason. Four days later, still no pizza. I'm seeking a refund as I've been unable to contact anyone. This experience has left me frustrated, and I will not be ordering from this establishment in the future.

I placed an order over the phone but when I arrived to pick it up, it was not what I had ordered and I was charged too much. I realized the mistake on my way home, returned to the pizza place, and they took back the pizzas but refused to refund me. They insisted I bring back my phone to prove I had called in the order, threatening to keep my money and the pizzas. I returned with my phone to show my call history, but they still refused to refund me. I mentioned there were security cameras, but they were unsympathetic.

I placed an order online for 3 pizzas at Little Caesars in Azle, TX on Boyd Rd. Upon arrival, the store was closed due to short staffing. Despite multiple attempts over several days to contact the store for a refund using the number on my receipt, I received no response. On the third day, returning to the store with no resolution, I then visited the nearest available store managed by the same person, only to be given the same unresponsive contact number. Feeling frustrated, I searched for a customer service number online to no avail. After five days and a visit to the Azle store, I showed the store manager my receipt, but received no apology or willingness to refund my order promptly. While I eventually obtained a refund, it has yet to reflect in my account.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Little Caesars where my order was incorrect.
