Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an issue I have encountered with my internship at Sparks Foundation. My name is Sunita Bakshi, and I began my internship in the first week of March after enrolling in February. Despite completing all tasks and submitting them multiple times with evidence, I have not received my certificate. I have raised this matter with Internshala and posted a complaint on LinkedIn as well. I believe Sparks Foundation is not fulfilling its obligations to students who invest time and effort in completing their tasks. My internship ID is [redacted], and my LinkedIn ID is [redacted] For further reference, you can find my work on YouTube at the provided links and on GitHub under my project. I have also shared all completed tasks on my LinkedIn profile. Your action in addressing this issue with Sparks Foundation will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to inquire about my daily or weekly limit for sending connection requests and personalized messages. My account seems to be locked as I am unable to send any connection requests. This issue started after I canceled my trial. Each time I attempt to send a new connection request, I am prompted to reactivate premium. While I understand this is part of your marketing strategy, it is frustrating as I have never experienced such restrictions on LinkedIn before. Taking the premium trial now seems like a mistake as my account has become unusable, preventing me from connecting with new people. If there is a solution you can provide, I would appreciate it; otherwise, I may have to consider using a different networking platform.

I have a client with an inactive LinkedIn profile for NC Sturgeon. The employees listed did not create it and suspect the owner's deceased son did. I'm trying to set up a new profile for job postings, but the current one is linked to the website. I need admin access or to have the existing profile removed. I'm Stacy J., from MindsEye!, the agency for NC Sturgeon. For verification, contact Chuck S. at [redacted], Kristin O. at [redacted], or Carlton K. at [redacted] Reach me at [redacted] or [redacted].

I inadvertently created an additional business account which resulted in my original business account being suspended. I urgently need assistance in transferring my business domain to my active account. LinkedIn has informed me that I have to submit a support ticket through the blocked account, but I am unable to access it. The affected account is [redacted] or [redacted], whereas the operational account is [redacted] Access to my business emails and domain "@silverstonetalent.com" is essential for using LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator, as well as making necessary product purchases for recruiters. I kindly request a swift resolution to this matter as the current situation is impacting my business operations significantly.

I recently signed up for a LinkedIn free trial but wanted to cancel before being charged due to financial constraints. After exchanging only a few messages during the trial period, I tried to cancel via email, but was still charged £49.99 on 5th May. I reached out to LinkedIn to explain the situation, emphasizing my inability to afford the charges as a disability benefits recipient. I kindly request a refund to avoid financial hardship.

I've been attempting to log in to LinkedIn.com for the past five days without success. Despite knowing my password well and having over 6,[redacted] connections, I keep receiving the error message stating, "Something unexpected happened. Please try again." When trying to reset my password and receive a text sent to my phone number or email address, I am confronted with the message, "There is no account with such phone number or email address." I feel like I am somehow being blocked and unable to access my account, no matter what I try. Thank you, Hugo.

I subscribed to the LinkedIn premium account with the expectation of receiving a reminder email before the one-month free trial expired. However, I never received the email and found the premium account to be of no use to me. Discovering the charge on my bank statement was a surprise. Despite searching for the email, I could not find it. I insist on a refund and the cancellation of my premium account as this seems to be the only resolution. Feeling deceived and let down by a trusted networking platform is disappointing. I eagerly await your prompt response to address this matter. Thank you.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding LinkedIn Profile Safety Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my grave concerns regarding an individual, Rafał Czapiga, who I previously reported to the Polish department of your organization in [redacted] for abusive behavior and violent messages. Sadly, today, on 24/05/[redacted], I discovered that he had accessed my profile once again. This has left me feeling deeply threatened and violated, as he now has access to personal information such as my workplace, email, job history, and posts. I urge your department to take immediate action to prevent individuals like Rafał from using LinkedIn to harass and threaten others. I no longer feel safe having an account on your platform. I have screenshots of his messages, which I can provide as evidence upon request, translated from Polish to English if needed. I kindly request your support in addressing this urgent matter to ensure the safety and well-being of all LinkedIn members. Warm regards, Justyna Pawlak

I am struggling to resolve an issue with LinkedIn where a job posting was displayed incorrectly due to encryption, causing us to lose 7/8 days of a 10-day posting period. LinkedIn's email support has not provided a successful resolution, and I am seeking guidance on how to escalate this matter as there is no option for direct communication. Has anyone encountered a similar problem with LinkedIn before? I am frustrated with the lack of response and just want the posting extended without additional charges due to the technical error. Any advice on how to effectively address this issue with LinkedIn would be greatly appreciated.

As a law-abiding U.S. citizen with a clean record, my account on May 25, [redacted], was restricted without explanation. Despite submitting two readable driver's licenses promptly, they refused to reinstate my access. In a separate incident years ago, Linkedin flagged my account for suspicious activity unrelated to me, only to unlock it after providing identification documents I do not typically possess. I suspect my current restriction may stem from political posts, which seem to be a concern for Linkedin. My presence on the platform is strictly for business, where I engage with prominent figures in the energy sector and politics. With over [redacted] connections painstakingly built over five years, the sudden loss of my account not only hampers my business but erases valuable connections. I am committed to refraining from any controversial content if my account and connections are restored. Kindly reconsider the restriction without requiring additional personal documents. - Joseph P.

I reported about a romance scammer, Steve Duncan, claiming to be a Maersk employee on an oil rig in the North Sea, connected to numerous women, many of them young. Upon searching my name, Frances Liverance, online, I found six women with my name and workplace information at Winners in Newmarket, suggesting my identity is being used to scam on LinkedIn. I have taken precautions by removing details from my LinkedIn profile. Please investigate this matter and update me on your findings. I can be reached at [redacted], and I solely use LinkedIn, no Facebook or other online platforms. Your assistance is appreciated. Sincerely, F.L. CELL: [redacted] HOME: [redacted]

Hello, Our company's account is currently restricted. We submitted our ID as requested, but received an email stating that we breached LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies due to not having a personalized account for our company page. I am considering creating a personalized account but am unsure if this will affect our existing page. Additionally, we signed up for a Prime account with a one-month trial followed by automatic charges for the second month. Could you please clarify the next steps for us? Thank you, HR Department at 2OX Consulting

Hello, I would like to address an issue I encountered with my LinkedIn account. Recently I signed up for a 30-day trial, unintentionally upgrading to LinkedIn Premium without realizing it. The annual fee of 16,[redacted] INR was deducted unexpectedly, and I believe there was a lack of communication regarding cancellation options before the trial ended. I request a refund or adjustment to my account as a resolution. Alternatively, I would like to continue using LinkedIn Premium and Learning services until May [redacted], with the assurance of receiving advance notifications prior to any future payments. I urge the team at LinkedIn to provide a solution to this matter promptly, as the lack of available chat support or customer service contact is concerning. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Sincerely, Rejal S.

Good day, I contacted you back in March requesting the closure of my account and a refund of the charges. I accidentally subscribed to the Premium Service and later couldn't cancel it. I thought I closed the account in March, but the fees were still being deducted. I am a single mother with two sick children, battling depression, and have been unemployed since January. This amount means a lot to me; every time it was withdrawn, I cried and borrowed money. I did not use the account, which you can verify. The account was inactive. I kindly ask for your kindness, understanding, and the refund of the charges of 4x179 PLN=[redacted] PLN. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, Ilona Rydzewska (on LinkedIn Dorota Kosińska).

About 15 years ago, I used a LinkedIn account under Shelly Boggs with an email hosted by my previous employer. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email. The predicament is that Shelly is a nickname, and my real name, as shown on my driver's license, is Dana. Even if I were to provide my government ID, it wouldn't help as the LinkedIn account is under Shelly Boggs. I currently have a LinkedIn account as Dana Boggs, but I'm known as Shelly. I'd like to merge the two accounts and have it set up under Shelly Boggs again. My present email is [redacted] As an author with a book offer, I go by Shelly Boggs. I'd appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you for your support.

I am in the difficult position of needing to close two LinkedIn accounts that belong to deceased individuals, one being my late husband's and the other being my recently departed fiancé's. For over three years, I have been attempting to navigate through this task. While I could deactivate other accounts easily by clicking "unsubscribe," LinkedIn proved to be more challenging without the account passwords. Even as I thought I had found love again, fate dealt me another heartbreaking loss. I have access to my late fiancé's phone and email notifications from LinkedIn, but without the account passwords, I am unable to deactivate the profiles. I could use guidance on how to proceed with LinkedIn account closures in these circumstances.

I received a free month's invitation to premium membership that I didn't get a chance to use. Unfortunately, a sudden business setback has impacted my finances, forcing me to potentially cut costs or close down. Due to the crisis, I overlooked canceling the membership to avoid being charged. Additionally, I wasn't prepared to cover such a large fee in one payment, and the deduction resulted in overdrawing my account and causing further financial strain. I am kindly requesting a refund for the amount withdrawn on the 28th, as it has worsened my current situation. I sincerely hope you can understand the circumstances I am facing and consider my plea for a full refund. Your assistance in this matter would be tremendously valued. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi there! As an entrepreneur working across the Tech/banking, media, and M&A communities, I manage various markets with unique needs and relationships. Currently, I have a premium tech account with [redacted]+ followers, a growing media presence with around [redacted] connections, and I am preparing to launch an M&A offer, requiring a separate profile. I aim to seamlessly connect clients across these diverse communities, such as matching bankers with film funding opportunities. Although I could create a new LinkedIn account for my M&A business, it's not the ideal solution. Moreover, having premium features available across all my accounts through a "group" premium level account would be beneficial. With a background in designing Change Programmes, I am open to suggestions on optimizing my multiple accounts for a comprehensive and efficient view across different sectors and companies. Any insights on how to manage my diverse portfolio effectively would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My account has been restricted, possibly due to my findings that LinkedIn is being used for Islamic political propaganda against Israel. I have identified 2 profiles that promote this propaganda that appear to be fraudulent. I can provide more details upon request. I have uncovered evidence that reveals the propaganda supporting terrorism by Islamic terrorists against Israel to be false. It seems complaints have been made to silence me.
