Order #[redacted] Issue I am experiencing a recurring problem with my Kohl's orders. Despite using a 15% coupon and $15 Kohl's cash, the total amount displayed at checkout does not reflect these discounts. This has happened before, and I now have a screenshot to illustrate the issue. When I try to complete my purchase, the total shown excludes the $15 Kohl's cash, leading to me missing out on this discount once again. As a long-time Kohl's customer, I find these issues, combined with limited in-store inventory forcing additional costs or minimum purchase requirements, very frustrating. I kindly request a credit for the $15 Kohl's cash that was not applied correctly. I previously contacted Customer Service regarding this matter without a satisfactory resolution.

I recently bought an Aroma 22 qt roaster oven at a Kohl's store, but the box was damaged upon receipt. I returned it to the store for a replacement, but they were out of stock. Instead, I received a merchandise card for the damaged unit. During the original purchase, we used a 20% off promotion and a $10 discount code “HOME10.” The store advised me to reorder using the current 20% promotion code "GOSHOP20" and to contact customer service to have the $10 discount applied. I need assistance completing the reorder.

I would like to exchange my Nike lunch box for a Wonder Woman lunch box. I want to ensure that all discounts are applied and have it delivered to my shipping address. I used the discount code "shop25" and was told it was applied, along with the $10 discount. Since my total was over $50, I should have received free shipping, which should have been $8.99. Currently, I only see the Kohl's cash applied. Could customer service please contact me at [redacted] as soon as possible? I want to make sure the order is correct with the Wonder Woman lunch box and that all discounts, including free shipping, are applied. Thank you.

Order #[redacted]: I purchased 3 bras, but unfortunately, they are incorrect. I am attempting to return them to Kohls, but I am unable to find a "Return Shipping Label" on their website. Despite speaking with multiple representatives and being assured that the label would be emailed to me, all I have received is a "Packing Slip Receipt." It is frustrating that Kohls is not providing the necessary return label. My main goal now is to return the items and avoid shopping at Kohls in the future.

Hello, my name is Helga V., and I placed Order #[redacted] for 2 pairs of mittens at the Kohl's Kiosk in Lakeland, Florida. I received a UPS package today with only one pair of mittens in dark pink priced at $24.0, but the second pair in cream color is missing. The product descriptions are as follows: 1. I tried reaching customer service and after a 20-minute wait, was directed to an American operator but faced technical difficulties and the call got disconnected. I am having trouble with my online order that seems to have gone missing. I tried reaching out to the computerized assistant and checked other online options, but found no help. There was no customer service phone number on the website, so I had to search for a number using GetHuman. Eventually, I contacted Kohls and was informed that I need to wait 6 business days to start the process anew. The package originally sent by UPS is now handled by the post office and no longer traceable by Kohls. Unfortunately, due to the difficulty in reaching customer service, I am unlikely to order from Kohls online in the future. Order number [redacted] was split into two parts. I have received one part that was shipped to the store successfully. Unfortunately, the second part is currently being held by Laser Ship due to an address error that should have also been sent to the store. I contacted Laser Ship to correct the address, but they require an email from Kohls to approve the address change before they can proceed with the shipment. Kohls informed me they are unable to send emails. Given this situation, I am requesting to cancel the second part of the order and receive a refund. It seems the shipment is at a standstill and will not be delivered. Thank you.

I placed an order and have not received a tracking number. I don't believe it has been sent as I have been on the phone for over two hours without a resolution. My order number is [redacted], and it shows as being in fulfillment with no shipping information. This order is for my Christmas tree, and if I don't receive it, Christmas will be ruined. I am frustrated that the company cannot provide any information on the status of my order. If this issue is not addressed, I will consider notifying my Autoworkers union paper to advise against purchasing from Kohl's online store.

I placed an order with the number [redacted], but I cannot track it due to the lack of information provided. I have dedicated hours to this issue and still do not have a resolution. My Christmas tree hinges on this order, and without it, the holiday will be ruined. If I do not receive confirmation of shipment and the order does not arrive by tomorrow, I will escalate my complaint through my union's publication, the United Auto Workers, advising against purchasing from Kohls online.

Order number [redacted] was placed on 12/2. I received an email confirmation on 12/3 and another email on 12/11 with a tracking number indicating it was shipped. However, when checking with UPS, it shows only a label was created on 12/3 and they have not received the package. I tried contacting Kohls customer service, and they mentioned they could cancel the order, but they do not have any additional information. It seems that vendors ship directly for Kohls, and my frustration lies in the fact that Kohls cannot communicate with the vendor to clarify the situation with my order. Despite numerous calls, I have not found a resolution to this issue.

I am attempting to locate information on my order #[redacted] with tracking #[redacted]22. The lack of availability of customer service representatives is incredibly frustrating. All I desire is an update on the status of my order. The email I received specified a delivery date of December 11th, but the package has not arrived. My attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful. This is my initial venture into online purchasing with delivery, and it has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I have decided that I will not use this service again and will inform others of my negative experience. I am greatly disappointed with this situation.

I have placed a significant order recently and updated my address through Kohls up service to ensure proper delivery. While most of my orders were received successfully, there are two parcels, tracking numbers 1Z[redacted][redacted] and 1Z[redacted][redacted], that were sent to Everett on Saturday and were not forwarded to my new address. I have visited the previous address, and there were no parcels left. One more order was shipped today and left on the porch at the correct address. I purchased a white Sonoma queen size comforter a few months ago, attracted to its waffle pattern. Unfortunately, it constantly snags on everything - from rings to zippers, making it look unsightly. Moreover, the inside stuffing is not secured, causing it to bunch up. Despite buying it on sale for $89, I am very dissatisfied. I am unsure about returning the large and heavy comforter without its original packaging or receipt. I used my Kohl's charge for the purchase. I received a letter notifying me about an unpaid balance on my Kohl's charge card and a threat of legal action if not paid. My last visit to Kohl's was in September, and I settled the $[redacted] bill on October 30th. I have not returned to the store since then. The recent letter claims I owe around $[redacted]. Can I cancel this credit card? This issue has persisted, and I've had enough. I no longer wish to have a Kohl's charge card.

I found the ordering process confusing. I entered the one-time delivery address for a gift for my niece, assuming my usual home address was for billing purposes only. It ended up being sent to my home instead of the desired shipping address two states away, causing a delay in the birthday present's arrival. I wish the system labeled the usual address as the "Ship to" address instead of the "Default" address to prevent this confusion. Most sites handle this differently. I could have saved by picking it up at Kohl's nearby, but I chose to pay $9 for the delivery to the wrong address. Now I have to pay UPS to redirect it to the correct one.

I requested extended pick-up times for some orders, due to ongoing medical issues. However, upon checking, I discovered that the Kohl's representative did not actually extend the date for some of the orders. As a valued MVC customer, I waited on hold for an extended period with no response. The repeated message about the long wait time was frustrating, and the automated system even indicated they couldn't locate one of the orders. Some orders still show a pickup date of 1/8/[redacted], which has passed. Given my health challenges and age, along with the delay in picking up presents due to family illness, I am eager to resolve this promptly. I had requested a pick-up date of the 12th or 14th of January. Since phone assistance is lacking, I am looking for a solution to this issue as soon as possible. Thank you. Patricia M.

During my recent visit to the Columbus, Georgia store to make an Amazon return, I encountered an extremely unpleasant customer service experience. The employee, Naomi, displayed a poor attitude and failed to understand my attempts at assistance. Despite my efforts to communicate effectively, she continuously interrupted me and called a "team leader" over when I pointed out her rudeness. The team leader acknowledged the behavior and provided me with the store manager's name. I expressed my disappointment, mentioning my regular patronage and the clerk's claim of recognizing me. Even after being labelled a liar by Naomi, I have been unable to contact the store manager. This experience highlights the urgent need for enhanced customer service training for the staff to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and courteously, especially given the importance of customer satisfaction in retail environments.

I need help with an issue that occurred last Friday. My daughter works at Kohl’s in Goshen, Indiana for the corporation, and some managers there have accused her of stealing reward cash. The reward cash she used belonged to my wife and me. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the HR phone number so we can discuss this matter further.
