Hello, I am flying with Ryanair on a connecting flight and unable to check in online since my booking is through the internal kiwi email system. It is crucial for me to complete the online check-in since I will only reach the airport an hour before the flight. I bought a multi-city flight with Miami as my first stop and the Bahamas as my final destination. However, I was instructed to exit in Miami. On the day of departure, the airline staff said it was not allowed as I didn't have a return flight from the Bahamas. They insisted I purchase a new ticket. Despite contacting customer service thrice, I have yet to receive a refund.

I have reserved two seats on a flight for today, from Eindhoven to Lisbon with a layover in London, all with Ryanair. We only have our IDs and not passports, and we won't be leaving the airport in London. Unfortunately, we were informed at Eindhoven airport that we cannot travel to London with just our IDs. Our initial two flights were delayed, causing us to miss our connection in Berlin. We are accompanying another person who is on a separate reservation but the same flight schedule. She managed to rebook her flight for tomorrow at 8:15 am, but unfortunately, we are not being offered the same alternative. The only available choices come with additional costs, which we believe we should not be responsible for since our delay was not our fault. This is an urgent issue that needs prompt attention. I made a booking through Kiwi.com for flights from Mumbai to Hanoi and Hanoi to Tokyo via VietJet Air. Unfortunately, VietJet Air canceled my second flight (Hanoi to Tokyo) and rescheduled it to depart 5.5 hours before I even land in Hanoi, which is completely unacceptable. The airline mentioned that I could reschedule the flight for free if I contact them using the mobile number provided at the time of booking. However, Kiwi.com has been unhelpful in this regard. VietJet Air does have a web portal where I can reschedule the flight, but it requires the mobile number and email used during booking, information that I do not have access to at the moment. Given that my flight is less than a week away, any assistance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have a flight booked to Israel for Oct 11th. Due to the current situation, I want to change my departure to Oct 16th or a later date and add a carry-on suitcase. I believe there shouldn't be a fee for changing the flight as it's not a personal preference change. I'm willing to pay for the carry-on. Hello, I have an issue. I purchased a flight ticket through kiwi.com, and when I bought the ticket online, there was an option asking if I wanted to select a seat on the flight or not. Due to the ongoing conflict in Israel, I needed to cancel my upcoming trip to Vienna. Even though my ticket was non-refundable, Kiwi.com graciously assisted me by requesting a refund from the airline on my behalf. I sincerely appreciate this gesture of support and it has convinced me to continue booking with Kiwi.com for my future travels. Hello, I am having difficulty locating my Ryanair reservation that was booked through Kiwi. I need to check in as I will be at the airport when check-in opens but do not want to incur extra fees at the airport since I have to travel to Dublin. I've read reviews stating that Ryanair does not accept Kiwi boarding passes – is this accurate? I'm interested in reserving seats for an early check-in as I prefer having printed boarding passes.
