I bought the Kinivo 501BN 5-Port High Speed 4K 30Hz HDMI Switch With IR Wireless Remote And AC Power Adapter from Amazon on April 4, [redacted]. Recently, I noticed that it only has a blue blinking light and doesn't have a signal for any of the three consoles. It seems like it burnt out as it was working fine just two days ago. Can you help me with getting a replacement? Thank you, Ra'Shaun Thornton.
