Hello Kik Support Team, I am facing multiple issues with the Kik app that are distressing and frustrating. I have many friends and contacts on my list, and it is essential for me to communicate with them daily. Initially, after logging out of my account to delete an alternate account, I was unable to log back in. The app got stuck on the login screen, displaying a message stating, "Login failed, please try again later," despite reinstalling the app multiple times. Now, a new problem arises as I attempt to sign in, receiving an error message stating, "Login failed, please ensure your username or email is correct," even though both are accurate. I am unable to access my Kik account, preventing me from chatting with friends and in groups. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. My device information is as follows: iPhone 11, 64 GB, running iOS 15.2.2. Your prompt help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing a live stream. I have a close relationship with the streamer and I am confident that I have not been blocked. As a VIP member who has generously supported my friend's stream, I have evidence to verify that I am not blocked. I am encountering an error message when trying to view the stream. Unfortunately, all my emails to Kik have been returned as undeliverable. I am requesting assistance in resolving this technical issue and potentially transferring my VIP status and level 33 to a different account. Dear support team, I recently had my Secretservicing account deleted and I am hoping it can be restored. The account is linked to my email. A few months ago, my account was hacked, and it was a struggle to regain control. Despite that, the account never fully recovered and experienced issues with sluggishness and lack of notifications. Recently, I was notified by Kik that my account was deleted due to illegal activity. I have never had issues following terms of service before, and I believe it's unfair to bear the consequences of someone else's actions. I have valuable connections on this account that I don't want to lose. I am willing to provide voice verification to confirm my identity if necessary. I have a friend who does live streams on Kik, and she keeps getting banned. She only chats and dances; there is nothing inappropriate. I have witnessed her being banned multiple times, and there is no nudity or misconduct. She says this is becoming frequent, with many people getting banned without justification. Can you investigate this quickly?

I had an issue with the app not sending messages, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall it. After reinstalling, I noticed that the app looks completely different. However, the email account linked to the app is no longer active, so I can't access the password reset link sent to that email. I've spent the past couple of days trying to find a solution and emailing for help, but haven't had any luck so far. My contact within the app might be concerned because I haven't been able to get in touch. Is there a way to reset the password without access to the inactive email account?

Two months ago, when I tried to access my account, I realized that my password and email weren't working. A message showed up saying I violated consumer guidelines. As a photographer, I rely on my Kik account for my clients. After receiving an email stating that my account was hacked, I've been struggling to recover it. I've submitted proof of my identity, but making no progress. It's crucial for me to get my account back as I have all my festival artists and important contacts linked to it.

My streaming account has been permanently banned, and I'm not sure why. I'm very upset about this and it has discouraged me from using the app again. In addition to the ban, all my diamonds have been taken, which were over half a million, including 40,[redacted] needed for cashing out. This has been done without explanation, and I feel mistreated. I have tried to contact support multiple times but have been ignored, which is disheartening. I would appreciate clear communication regarding the ban and diamond deductions. I am deeply disappointed with this whole situation. If I have violated any rules, please explain to me what I did wrong and kindly return the diamonds that were taken.

On December 3, [redacted], during a live stream in Fall River, Massachusetts, tess.tickles accused me of lying about his roommate raping me. He proceeded to laugh and discuss my assault on the live stream while mentioning that it was being recorded. I want to clarify that I never consented to my personal information or assault being shared on a public platform. I am currently pursuing legal action against the roommate for the assault. I am requesting the immediate removal of tess.tickles and Kemurisan, the roommate who assaulted me, along with the live stream. Your prompt assistance in addressing this situation is greatly appreciated.

I've lost access to three accounts on the app and all my hard work is gone. Each account was at bronze level [redacted]. I believe that apps should support our success, not cause frustration. It's disappointing to see people losing their money on this platform. I hope to have my accounts restored. It would be better if the app didn't delete accounts like this. Let's hope this feedback doesn't harm the reputation of the app.

I fell victim to a scam where someone pretended to be lonely and offered to pay me for simply talking to them. Unfortunately, I was deceived into believing this was legitimate. The scammer convinced me to pay [redacted] euros under the guise of covering authorization fees for a PayPal payment. Subsequently, another individual attempted the same deceitful scheme, leading me to believe they might be working together using stolen photos. Their usernames on kik.live are Philip Jones (philipjo2324) and Michael Rob (bobbydavexx). I urge for action to be taken against them, report them to the authorities, and trace their IP address. I kindly request assistance in recovering my [redacted] euros. Thank you for your attention.

I am reaching out regarding a distressing situation involving a user profile named ZaraMorgan37. They created a page using my pictures without permission and made false and damaging claims. There is an individual registered as angellove089h on Kik who is engaging in blackmail. He coerces men into sending him nude photos, then threatens to post the images online unless paid $[redacted]. After falling victim to his scheme, I am seeking assistance to investigate and have my data removed. He possesses compromising photos and uses them in his scams.

One morning, I opened the Kik app only to find myself logged out of my account. Despite having my password saved on my phone, I couldn't log back in as it stated my account details were incorrect. During the password reset process, I noticed that the email linked to my account was different from the one I initially used, and I hadn't made any changes to it. I have been a Kik user since around [redacted] or [redacted] when I lived in Malta Gardens in upstate NY on Avenue F. I recently started using Kik again and realized I may have sent inappropriate photos to several girlfriends between [redacted] and [redacted]. I would like to request an investigation to locate and delete any data related to these incidents.

I'm having issues with my Kik account "Chicago.Marine." My chats keep disappearing after about a day, sometimes even sooner. Additionally, I'm unable to join any public groups at all. I tried the random chat feature recently, and it finally started working, but it kept matching me with the same users repeatedly. "Stripes" appeared four times, "Bearly" three times, and "Koala," "Paws," and "Flipper" twice each. I'd like to request a refund of 8 credits due to this issue. Thank you, Randy

Hello, I deleted my account (I might have just deactivated it) today on Kik, but I believe the conversations are still visible to other users. I couldn't delete the chats, which is why I deleted my account. I mainly want to erase the conversations from other users and permanently delete my account.
