I accidentally signed up for IMDB and I would like to cancel my membership and get a refund. I thought the service was free. I was unsure about what services you offer, and since I have ATT for all my needs, I do not require your service. I believe I tried to cancel shortly after signing up, but there must have been an issue. Please cancel my membership. Thank you.

Hello. I am listed on IMDB due to my industry involvement, but I am not a member. Recently, someone has made unauthorized changes to my IMDB page, posting a mostly false biography, including inaccurate details about my career and falsely claiming my death. I am hesitant to join IMDB due to past issues with hacking and identity fraud. While I used to utilize IMDB for work purposes, I am now mostly retired and have not kept it updated. Hello. I work in the industry and am listed on IMDB, but I am not a member. Subject: Concern regarding review downvoting on IMDb Recently, my reviews on IMDb have been targeted with excessive downvotes in a short span of time. This pattern of abuse has been ongoing since last year, where even older reviews from classic movies have been downvoted numerous times. This reached a peak last Saturday when 32 reviews received multiple non-useful votes, with nearly [redacted] recent reviews also being downvoted. This ordeal has caused me distress and made me apprehensive about continuing to contribute reviews on the platform. Despite expecting occasional downvotes, this orchestrated mass downvoting feels like stalking and is deeply unsettling. I believe this issue needs to be addressed to protect other users who may also be affected. I am requesting an investigation into the responsible user(s), measures to prevent future abuse, and a removal of the non-useful votes. The intensity of these downvoting attacks has pushed me to contemplate ceasing my participation on IMDb altogether, a decision influenced by the negative impact it has had on other reviewers as well. I am Ron Winship, and I have two film credits. One is from the movie "Dinner and Driving" directed by Lawrence Trilling in [redacted], and the other is from "Apollo 11 (TV)" in [redacted], directed by Norberto Barbra. Someone has falsely claimed the role of Reporter #2 in the [redacted] production of "Apollo 11 (TV)." I reached out to SAG/AFTRA, but they advised me to ask you to correct this error. Recently, the [redacted] "Apollo 11 (TV)" is being re-released in California, but my film credit has been replaced with someone else's without any reshoots. I recently discovered a charge of $[redacted]+ from Imdb.com on my checking account for a yearly membership without any prior notification. Unfortunately, this caused an overdraft and my bank penalized me for insufficient funds. If Imdb had informed me beforehand, I could have prevented this issue by transferring funds. I didn't want automatic renewal and prefer to decide annually based on my needs. I would appreciate a solution, a reimbursement of the $38 penalty, and a change to yearly renewal based on my choice. This is my 20th attempt to explain my situation. As a spinal cancer patient, I have been repeatedly charged for a service I never used until today. Despite providing details and requesting a refund for this month's charge of $19.99, no action has been taken. I have been ill and in and out of the hospital, making it difficult to address this ongoing issue promptly. I kindly ask for the refund to be processed and credited back to my card. I signed up for a free trial with IMDb, but I didn't receive any notice that the trial was ending. IMDb charged my bank account $8,[redacted] automatically, which is a large amount. I just canceled today as I only wanted to test IMDb, thinking it was like Netflix. I didn't actually use it beyond the trial. Can I please get a refund for the unauthorized charge? I am a paid subscriber to IMDBPro, and the site is not allowing me to access certain data included in my membership. Specifically, the "Search and discover" feature gets stuck on "loading recently visited pages" indefinitely. This issue blocks me from researching movies, filmmakers, images, videos, details, box office information, companies, and news. I have encountered messages like "Sorry. Content is not available" or "There was an issue loading this tab" or "ERROR | Oops! We encountered an error loading the data." I have attempted to sign out and sign back in without success. I operate on a VPN with a high-speed internet connection, using a top-of-the-line laptop with the latest Microsoft [redacted] and Windows 11 OS. Despite clearing browsing histories, the problem persists. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this frustrating issue to fully utilize my subscription benefits. Thank you for your help.

I am trying to identify a movie I watched a few years back. It might have been a Swedish film, but I am uncertain. The movie begins with a man walking a girl home from school, a routine occurrence. However, the plot quickly shifts as the girl accuses the man of having a sexual relationship with her, causing him trouble with both the school and potentially the authorities. The girl's motives behind these accusations remain elusive to me. The film portrays a sorrowful yet poignant spectacle of the man defending himself. The resolution of the situation escapes my memory. I signed up for an IMDBpro trial on the 12th of April at 8:50PM but was charged for a renewal on the 12th of May at midnight, before the 30-day deadline. I canceled on the same day, but was charged again the next month even after canceling. I never received any reminders or notifications before being charged. This is an expensive service to be charged for when I am not using it. I only used it the first day of the trial. The free subscription expired and I was automatically charged upon renewal, which I did not intend to do since I initially only subscribed because it was free. I have attempted several times to leave a review for a movie. Following the website's directions to write a review led me to a blank screen each time, preventing me from completing the process. As a student/actor in Japan, I recently tried IMDb Pro's free trial seeking acting opportunities, but found little value due to my location. I have an IMDb Pro account and I just added my short film "L'Engrenage." I am facing issues trying to fill in the actor information as I am blocked by notifications indicating that the actor already exists, and I am unable to add their role, etc. Every time I try, green prompts warn me that the name already exists and I cannot add it. The problem is that the actors were automatically filled in, and I can no longer edit their profile in relation to my film. How can I fix this? Or at worst, how can I cancel them and start over from scratch? Thank you for your assistance.
