Hello everyone, I previously sent a description of my Instagram account issues in German. I'm now explaining it in English. Two days ago, Instagram logged me out of both my accounts (laura.sechting and previewelisabeth). I usually use "laura.sechting" instead of my second account "previewelisabeth." Currently, I can only access my second account. I forgot the password for "laura.sechting," and none of the three password reset methods work. This means that "laura.sechting" is not linked to my Facebook or email. The account is connected to my phone number, which is also linked to my second account. Therefore, the reset code leads me to the wrong account. Each time I try to access "laura.sechting," I end up in "previewelisabeth." I hope you can assist me as I've tried everything without success. Hello, I forgot my login information for my email account [redacted], so I had to change it to my current email address, [redacted] After that, I exchanged the information with my partner for my Instagram profile, and unfortunately, he entered it incorrectly. Hello GetHuman, I am a graphic designer from Germany. I had a business account under the handle @anna.haeger.design, which served as my portfolio. Last year, the account was blocked or deleted, and I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. Despite numerous attempts to contact Instagram for assistance, I have not received any responses or solutions to recover my account. I have taken all recommended steps to regain access, including sending a photo of myself with a specific code and my handle on a piece of paper, but I have yet to hear back. I periodically reach out, most recently about two weeks ago, but have not had any luck. I created my Instagram account on my friend's phone while in the hostel, so the email address and phone number on the account are hers. When I returned home, the account worked fine until it notified me of suspicious activity and required verification. On Sunday, the 24th of [redacted], I encountered an issue with my Instagram account @greeneyed_rose. It was hacked, and the email associated with it was changed without my permission. I did not receive any notifications from Instagram regarding this email change. I now see a message saying "USER NOT FOUND" when I try to log in. Additionally, the email I used to sign up for the account has also been compromised. I created a second account to retrieve my followers, but I cannot access it due to the compromised email associated with it. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my original account @greeneyed_rose, as it appears someone else may be using my account to impersonate me. I need to report a case of hacking and theft concerning the Instagram account Luxbridal_kg. The owner missed an email notification about someone logging into the account from another device. The criminal changed the email to [redacted] and altered the Instagram name to nutxa49k. Extortion for the account's return ensued, with evidence in the form of screenshots. Despite contacting Instagram support, no response has been received. The page has now been renamed to objectionshelpsform.

A few years ago, I purchased around [redacted] followers for my Instagram account. Recently, I decided to remove them as I no longer needed them. Instead of deleting each follower individually, I searched for apps or websites that could help me with this task. Unfortunately, none of these services worked and, to my dismay, I found myself locked out of my Instagram account. Every time I attempt to log in, I am prompted to confirm my identity with an SMS security code, which I never receive. Despite having the correct phone number and other details, no verification codes from Instagram reach my phone. When I click on "try again," a message in red appears saying, "Sorry, there is a problem. Please try again later." I am unable to contact Instagram directly, and because I signed up with my Facebook account, I am unable to use email to receive the verification code.

I have attempted to log in multiple times without success. This is Dawn Shabazz Austin, the owner of the Instagram accounts @notoriousbiatch and @donparrion_. Despite reaching out through email, I have not received any assistance or feedback from Instagram. I believe Instagram should implement additional security measures, such as face recognition, to confirm account ownership. Over a week ago, my Instagram account was hacked, and the hacker changed my email and password without my consent. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any notification from Instagram regarding these changes. I have tried to follow the Help Center instructions to regain access to my account but have been unsuccessful. The provided email addresses for Instagram support are not working, and the phone number is unresponsive. Despite reaching out to Facebook, the parent company of Instagram, I haven't received any assistance. It's frustrating to lose access to an account I've had for years with numerous posts and followers. I am concerned about the extent of the intrusion by the hacker.
