Hello, my name is Clare. I reside at 9 Grove Street in Knutton, ST5 6DA. I received an email from Hermes yesterday indicating that my parcel was delivered to my neighbor at 7 Grove Street at 11:56, signed by Nige. I went to my neighbor's house, but he claims he did not receive any package and did not sign for it. I checked with him several times, and he remains adamant that he did not accept any delivery. Hermes did not leave a calling card, only sent an email. I never authorized them to leave my parcel with a neighbor; I prefer deliveries to be made directly to me. I am frustrated as I have paid for the item but have not received it. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue and have my parcel delivered to me promptly. I received two rattan wicker chairs on January 30, [redacted], which were signed for, but unfortunately, the glass table that was supposed to come with the set was missing. The day before Hermes delivered the items, another carrier, DX 1-man, left a card on January 29, [redacted], saying "Sorry we missed you." I contacted DX 1-man to let them know I would be home on the 30th, but it was Hermes that delivered the chairs on this date. I am concerned that the table may have been misplaced. Despite leaving four messages on eBay for the seller inquiring about the delivery of the glass table, I have not received a response.

Hello, I was expecting a delivery on Saturday, February 1st, with next-day delivery. The courier couldn't make the delivery as I live in a gated complex and didn't leave a calling card. To ensure successful future delivery attempts, I wanted to provide the gate code ([redacted] enter) to the courier. Hello, I shipped a package last week. However, according to the tracking information, it was marked as delivered on Friday, January 31st at 10:07. The buyer went to the Co-op where it was supposedly delivered, but they were told that nobody collected it. The virtual assistant showed a signature from someone named Gail as proof of delivery. The buyer is requesting a refund, but I am hesitant to do so since it seems like the parcel was delivered. I am looking for additional information to provide to eBay to support my case. I am currently at home awaiting a delivery from ASOS with parcel number [redacted][redacted]. Approximately an hour ago, I received an email informing me that the courier was unable to deliver my item due to me not being home or not having a safe place for delivery. I have been at home all morning, eagerly awaiting this parcel as it includes a birthday gift. I am dissatisfied with the service I have experienced, especially with the inability to speak to someone about this matter or arrange for a re-delivery today, as I will not be available tomorrow or Wednesday.

Hello, I received a delivery from your company today. I requested it to be delivered to my neighbor next door at 21A Leam Road. However, your courier left it behind the gate of the neighbor to my right at 19A Leam Road, the wrong house. I am not certain if they still reside there. Currently, I am unable to access my parcel. My delivery with tracking number [redacted][redacted] keeps failing because I am not available and there is no option to provide a safe place. Even my neighbors are unavailable as per Hermes. Originally scheduled for last Saturday when I was home, Hermes canceled the delivery. With no way to redirect it to a parcel shop or change the address, it seems likely to fail again tomorrow and get returned to the retailer. This situation is frustrating as I require the item for the upcoming weekend.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service I received. I witnessed the driver exiting the van, rummaging in the back to find my package no. [redacted][redacted], and then rushing to my front door to toss it on the doorstep. To my surprise, he left a "sorry I missed you" card through the letterbox without any attempt to hand it directly to me. The driver repeated this behavior with the next delivery across the street, displaying haste without considering customer satisfaction. I felt compelled to report this incident as I believe it reflects poorly on the service provided.

Hello, I attempted to contact to update my delivery address, but have not received a response! I placed an order for a package, which was mistakenly delivered to my previous address. I received an email and a photo showing where my parcel was left, and I have reached out to the current resident at my old house. She mentioned that nothing was delivered to her. The delivery service claims the package was left in the letterbox, but I doubt my ordered item could fit through it. Please contact me promptly to resolve this issue, as I refuse to pay for a package I have not received, especially when the current occupant at my old address confirms no delivery was made.

I missed a delivery today because the courier did not knock on the door. I found a Hermes delivery card with the number "[redacted]5" on it, but no name or contact number. Instead, the courier wrote "side shed" in the contact number section. When I checked the side shed, the parcel was missing, and this was only 10-15 minutes after it was supposedly delivered. Since it's a quiet area, there wasn't enough time for anyone to take the parcel. I suspect the driver may have dropped the parcel, taken a photo, and left with it.

I attempted to seek assistance through your online chat service, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any clarity on the current location of the item. I received a Hermes parcel intended for a completely different address than mine - with details as follows: 57 Edin, Cou-Pnet, Van 92, Drop 50, and C-Round [redacted]. Despite reaching out to Hermes for assistance multiple times about the incorrect delivery, they provided no solution. Their lack of response left me, an 84-year-old, reluctant to be accountable for their driver's mistake. Ultimately, my daughter hand-delivered the parcel to the address listed on it. Hermes' handling of this situation was disappointing, receiving a rating of zero percent for their poor service and ineffective system.

I ordered a dress from PrettyLittleThing with next day delivery, which hasn't arrived after four or five days. Myhermes tracking shows issues delivering due to the address. I've tried contacting Myhermes, but their automated line doesn't help. PrettyLittleThing only has an email. They asked for address confirmation, then delivery instructions daily. I suggested an alternative address, but they couldn't change it. They requested my number for the courier to call, even though they can't deliver. It seems I won't receive my items on time. I feel trapped in a cycle talking to unhelpful automated responses. Any suggestions?

I need to file a complaint with the courier regarding my delayed Hermes parcels from the 5th and 6th. I was given several delivery times, but the parcels have not arrived. The courier is unreliable, driving a blue car, and did not deliver on a previous occasion until I escalated the issue. I am dissatisfied and demand delivery by 8 pm. Please instruct the courier to ring the doorbell multiple times or leave the parcels on the porch for staff to access. I have been attempting to reach Hermes all day without success. I am extremely frustrated with the courier's service and will escalate the matter if the parcels are not delivered by 8 pm tonight. Thank you.

I was expecting a delivery yesterday morning between 10 am and noon. However, at 10:53, I received a text saying that the parcel had been delivered to my address, which is not the case. I have been attempting to call all day today but have been unable to speak to a representative. After entering the 16-digit number, the automated system informs me that my parcel has been delivered. This was meant to be my sister's birthday present, and I am distressed not to have received it. Apparently, a signature was obtained, but it is not mine, and I do not recognize the name. This experience has left me very upset, and I am hesitant to use your service in the future.
