I own two Hampton Bay Palm Beach 52-inch ceiling fans, SKU *** *** installed outdoors on my back patio. Unfortunately, the fan motor on one of them has stopped working. The light on the same fan still functions properly. I have retained the original box and shipping information. I have noticed there is a lifetime motor warranty for these fans. Could you please advise me on the necessary steps to file a warranty claim for the malfunctioning fan? Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Dwain & Sue T.

I purchased the Crestridge Steel Padded Sling C-Spring Outdoor Patio Dining Chair in Putty Taupe (2-Pack) from Home Depot. Unfortunately, one of the chairs arrived with fraying on the seat. Home Depot is requesting I return the entire order for a replacement, which I find unreasonable as the other chair is fine and the box is damaged. I simply need a replacement seat. I'm unsure what steps to take next. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased the Crestridge Steel Padded Sling C-Spring Outdoor Patio Dining Chair from Home Depot in Putty Taupe (2-Pack). Unfortunately, one of the chairs arrived with frayed seat fabric. To get it replaced, the customer service is asking me to return the entire order and place a new one, which is quite inconvenient. I just need the frayed seat replaced. Both chairs are already assembled, and the box is no longer available. I'm unsure of how to proceed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased a "Wireless or Wired Doorbell" on June 9, [redacted], from Home Depot in Surrey, BC. The receipt lists it as Door Chime - [redacted]23, which does not match any Model numbers in the manual. I installed it as a wireless system and it worked perfectly for 9 months until yesterday. I replaced the batteries in both the doorbell and push button but couldn't sync them, even after multiple attempts. I tried resetting it, but it didn't work. Home Depot couldn't replace it due to their 3-month return policy and suggested contacting Hampton Bay. I believe it's defective within the warranty period and would like a replacement of the same product as I'm satisfied with it. I have the Home Depot receipt for the doorbell. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the push button receipt as they were bought separately. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Shane Y. New Westminster, BC

I bought an 11 ft. Aluminum Cantilever Solar LED Offset Outdoor Patio Umbrella in Chili Red from Home Depot on 4/29/19. The material of the umbrella has torn in multiple places near the seams below the top wind flap. Despite proper care, the umbrella now has these issues. I find it unacceptable to have holes in the umbrella material. I am willing to provide images if needed. Moreover, the mechanism that keeps the umbrella open when cranked open is not working. The cord has broken, and it seems like the crank no longer secures the string as it is being wound. I have already sent pictures and discussed this with a Home Depot customer service representative, but there has been no resolution yet.

I recently purchased 2 boxes of Hampton Bay pathway solar lights from Home Depot. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where one light from a box is not working and another one is flickering. I tried contacting Hampton Bay's customer service at 1-[redacted]-HD-HAMPTON, but the number seems to be invalid. Home Depot provided me with another number that led to an unhelpful answering machine. I simply need 2 lights replaced out of the 6 I purchased due to being a senior volunteer for our building and having limited resources and health concerns. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I've already spent a considerable amount of time on this matter. Thank you for your help in ensuring product satisfaction and our safety.

Hi, my email is [redacted] I'm having issues with two out of the twelve solar pathway lights I bought at Home Depot. One is flickering consistently in the sun, and the other one is not working at all. I have been trying to get help for two days, but the phone numbers provided by Home Depot are not working, including 1855HDHAMPTON. I would like to have the two malfunctioning lights replaced and sent to our seniors' building. I am not charging for this service, as it is for the safety and enjoyment of the seniors in our community courtyard. Kindly email me for the shipping address. To reiterate, I am requesting replacements for two pathway solar lights. Thank you. #[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Model # NXT-[redacted].

I bought two outdoor solar string lights, Model #LYG-2B, a week ago. One works perfectly, while the other doesn't turn on automatically. I tested it indoors, and it seems to work when I manually prompt it. Despite following the troubleshooting steps and leaving all the lights off for 30 minutes, the problematic unit still doesn't come on by itself. I placed it outside, ensured it was switched on, and selected the desired light pattern, which worked. However, the next night, it failed to light up. The photocell is positioned at about 35 degrees upwards and at 14:00 hours. I've had it charging for over two days now.

I purchased 4 Hampton Bay Carriage House 52 In. Indoor Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fans from Amazon on February 6, [redacted] (Order# [redacted]-[redacted]). I have successfully installed 3 of them and they work perfectly. However, the 4th fan seems to be defective. Initially, it worked well but then it started tripping our circuit breaker randomly. We isolated the issue to this fan by turning off all other devices on the circuit. When we try to use this specific fan, the circuit trips instantly with a single pop sound. I can provide pictures of the separated wire connections inside the fan as requested, showing no exposed wires except for the ground wire.

I purchased the Hampton Bay Model #BPT13-12D from Home Depot on Saturday, October 30th. I brought it home and followed the installation instructions on the Bilt app. However, I have been unable to get it to work despite checking all my wiring connections and verifying power from my home wires. Power is reaching the unit until it enters the black motor assembly, which seems to be the issue. I believe the black motor assembly may be defective, as it is the only explanation I can think of.

Last summer, I purchased 4 Midili 44" ceiling fans, impressed with the 2 Vercelli 52" fans from the previous year. Recently, 2 of the Midili fans started flickering, prompting me to hire an electrician due to concerns about faulty wiring in our 10-year-old house. After spending $[redacted], he discovered that the transponder, specifically the yellow one, was causing the problem. He advised replacing all the fans, as the weaker transponder could lead to future issues and even safety hazards, especially with a daycare in the house. The fourth fan is currently functional, although the remote is acting up. I would like to return the fans to Home Depot under the lifetime motor/transponder warranty and upgrade to a more reliable 55" fan. Looking forward to your response. - Sue G.

I bought the 32" LED Oval Flush Mount light (model # DC032LEDB) at Home Depot in Richmond BC about 2 years ago. The LED lights are turning black where they connect, causing dark streaks when the light is on. I don't have my receipt, but it's been within 2 years of purchase. I'm hoping the 5-year warranty can assist me with this issue.

I purchased a used fan back in [redacted]. The remote control that came with it doesn't work well anymore. The lights don't function properly, and it's challenging to control the fan. I've changed the batteries several times, but the issue remains. I stopped using the fan as I can't risk not being able to turn it off. I'm wondering if I can find a replacement remote for a fan this old or if a universal remote would be compatible. The fan is a 3-speed with dimmable lights. The details on the remote are as follows: FCC ID: L3HMAY98FANHD, Model: FAN-HD, Serial No: [redacted]. The remote is a simple off-white one with a red light and lacks a switch to reverse the fan direction. I called [redacted], but it directed me to take pictures before contacting them again. Unfortunately, there is no identifiable name or model on the fan itself.

I purchased a Hampton Bay Mena ceiling fan on January 5th from the Mt. Moriah Road Home Depot in Durham, NC (Store #[redacted]) and had it installed in my home on January 21st. The fan was one of the final touches of my newly remodeled living room. Today, after only a few hours of use, one of the fan blades detached and caused damage to my wall and furniture. Luckily, no one was injured, but the incident has left a noticeable mark on my newly painted wall. I immediately turned off the fan to prevent further damage. The fan appeared unstable after the incident, with other blades potentially loose. I am seeking a replacement fan of a different model and reimbursement for the damages incurred, which include drywall repair, repainting, and installing the new fan. Please reach out to me to address this issue. Best regards, Blythe W. Durham, NC

I have a Hampton Bay Portland ceiling fan, model [redacted]-[redacted], purchased from Home Depot in [redacted]. The manual lists the vendor as [redacted] and the UPC as [redacted]56. The fan's sticker indicates model CRC [redacted] DC (CH) GM, serial JGD [redacted], and the same vendor. Unfortunately, the fan's motor is making a whirring sound, most likely due to a faulty bushing. Being sealed, it cannot be oiled, necessitating a replacement under the lifetime warranty typically included with Hampton Bay fans. To restore functionality, I would like a replacement for the fan motor. Ideally, a direct replacement of the same model would be best, followed by a compatible motor or a new fan altogether under the warranty terms. Seeking assistance from the company for this warranty claim has been challenging. Any guidance on how to proceed with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a Hampton Bay Antiqua ceiling fan with a light kit in blonde wood from Home Depot on Lane Ave. in Jax, FL about 16 years ago. I adore this fan as it complements my bedroom set beautifully. While I am aware the motor has a lifetime warranty, unfortunately, I do not have the receipt because I had an electrician install it when I was a widow years ago. Recently, my new husband and I noticed a loud humming noise on high and medium speeds, with a lower hum on its low setting, indicating a possible issue with the capacitor in the motor. Due to our age, we are unable to access the serial number up on a ladder with our 10-foot ceilings. If there is another way to verify the warranty for assistance, we would greatly appreciate it. Two of my fans are also Hampton Bays, but my bedroom fan is most used. Thank you for considering honoring the warranty. We wish everyone well and hope for safety.

I bought the Hampton Bay Slateford 7-Piece Steel Padded Sling Patio Dining Set in Midnight Blue (model FCS60610D-ST) on April 8, [redacted]. I collected it from Home Depot Store [redacted] on Centennial Parkway N in Hamilton on April 9, [redacted]. Today we opened the box to set it up and found that 4 tiles on the table were broken. Home Depot suggested calling the manufacturer for replacement tiles as they couldn't provide exact matches. They provided tiles that were a bit thinner than the originals. Please reach out to send the replacement tiles. (Mari Toni S.) Address: [redacted] Greenhill Ave, Hamilton, ON, L8K 5E6 Phone: [redacted]

A few years ago, I bought three Hampton Bay Low Voltage LED Deck Light Kits for my new deck project. Initially, they worked well, but now two of the power supplies have failed. I only needed two initially and luckily had a spare, but now I can only run one set of lights, which is frustrating on my new cedar deck. I've been searching for a replacement power supply without luck, even considering purchasing a whole new set to get one. Before I go ahead, I wanted to see if your company has any recommended suppliers for a replacement power supply for the Hampton Bay Low Voltage LED Deck Light Kit - Model # [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. The specs of the power supply are TDC Power - E149474, Model # SA9A-05-05W, Class 2 Power Supply Transformer. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jim.

I bought a Hampton Bay 10 x 12 Farrington hardtop gazebo from Home Depot in Owen Sound, Ontario. The canopy top has bent panels all around and is unusable. Additionally, the frame arrived cracked, and I am extremely unsatisfied with this product. I am seeking a replacement or a full refund. I have attempted to reach out by phone, but have been transferred multiple times. Home Depot suggested I contact you directly since there is a two-year manufacturer's warranty. The model number is A[redacted]02, Store SKU [redacted], and the order number is [redacted]55.

I have a Hampton Bay "Pergola [redacted]" with a canopy that slides across the top. I am in need of a replacement canopy for this model. The label with the numbers is slightly faded but appears to be either 122013_[redacted] or 122013_[redacted]. Additionally, there is a second piece of canopy that protects the main one, which is about two feet wide and has grommets for attachment. I am interested in purchasing both replacement fabric components and would like information on part numbers, color options, and pricing for delivery to Toronto, Canada. Thank you, Dan Elliott.
