I accidentally purchased 2 Groupons today for Christmas flowers. I wanted to try out Groupon and ordered one for myself, but I was surprised to see that the total came to $87.26 when I checked out. I cannot afford that amount. I managed to cancel one flower order, but I would like to cancel both Groupons. I am struggling to understand how all of this works. Even though I have used Groupon once before, I cannot afford it this time. Please refund the $20 charged to my American Express card this morning. While it may not seem like much to you, it means a lot to me. Thank you, and Merry Christmas.

I purchased two Miami skydiving vouchers, but they are not working on the website when trying to enter them as coupon/gift cards. The link provided in the email leads to a "page not found" error. Although I received the voucher codes, I am unable to use them to make a reservation. I am disappointed in this experience as a first-time Groupon customer. Hello, I purchased a "Comedy on Deck Tours" ticket from Groupon on Thursday, November 25, [redacted]. The order number for this purchase is [redacted]. The deal we received is for the "Comedy on Deck Tours - West Rim Grand Canyon Tour and Hoover Dam Photo stop with Optional Meals and Skywalk - VIP Grand Canyon West Rim bus tour for one with SkyWalk." I have been trying to reach customer support via phone but have been unsuccessful. There doesn't seem to be a phone number to call for assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to make the tour and visit Vegas. Could you please process a full refund to the account used for the purchase transaction? Yesterday, I chatted with Paula and explained what happened with my order regarding a Groupon for a hotel in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I paid $[redacted].21, but never received a confirmation email or any information. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my kids, and we were planning to go there for Christmas. I contacted support, but they couldn't find my transaction despite the money being deducted from my account. I have evidence of the transaction from my account but can't reply to the support email or reach anyone by phone. Hello there! I recently purchased a voucher for Andretti Indoor Karting and Games for two as a Christmas gift for my sister. While attempting to print the voucher through the app, I mistakenly clicked on "redeem," but haven't actually used it yet. I'm now unable to access the voucher, which shows as redeemed even though I haven't used it. I would appreciate assistance in restoring access to the unredeemed voucher. Thanks.

I need help with two issues. Firstly, I unintentionally bought two of the same deals instead of one. I am requesting a refund for the duplicate voucher. Secondly, both vouchers were for holiday gift cards from Staples. After redeeming one voucher, I have not received the cards. Even if they are eventually sent, it will be past the promised delivery date, making it impossible for me to send out my Christmas cards on time. Staples advised me to seek a refund from Groupon. This situation is incredibly frustrating. I only chose to buy the cards from Staples because of the Groupon offer. Now, I find myself out of over $[redacted] with nothing to show for it.

Hello, I purchased plant bulbs for €49 on November 30th, but they never arrived. According to the Groupon page, it shows as DELIVERED on December 10th, which is impossible as we were home all day and have no neighbors who could have accepted it. We did not sign for any delivery. I have tried to reach out to the company responsible for shipping, but they have not responded to my email. Groupon Spain's customer service is unresponsive, and there doesn't seem to be a way to file a complaint. I have been charged for the product, but I have not received it. I purchased a Sam's Club membership with the promise of receiving a free pie and a $40 e-gift card. Despite following all the instructions provided, I have not received the voucher or credit for either promotional item. After contacting your customer service, I was informed that these items would be emailed to me as a gift card, but I have yet to receive them. When I reached out to Sam's Club, they redirected me back to Groupon to address the issue. I made the purchase for Item #[redacted] on November 2, [redacted].

I recently bought two annual passes for Gulfquarium totaling $[redacted].40, only to realize upon purchase that they expired in April [redacted], which is not a full year as advertised. I promptly requested a refund and was given Groupon bucks instead. I am not interested in receiving $[redacted] in Groupon credit; I would like a refund credited back to my account. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe einen Termin in Leonberg gebucht, nachdem ich von Karlsruhe gefahren bin. Meine Freundin und ich haben Termine um 15:00 Uhr und 16:00 Uhr vereinbart, jedoch ist niemand erreichbar, obwohl wir vor der Tür stehen. Ich fordere eine Rückerstattung, da ich auch Geld für die Fahrkarte ausgegeben habe. Wir sind beide sehr verärgert und enttäuscht von diesem Anbieter! Gerade mal 9 Minuten nach dem Termin erhielten wir eine Absage für den Termin meiner Freundin, nachdem wir versucht haben, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Das Verhalten ist inakzeptabel, das ist Betrug!

I bought a Groupon for All Star Window Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning months ago. I scheduled it for June [redacted], but they only had availability in November. They've rescheduled on me three times and now can't come until next spring. The service is not being honored, and they claim the cost is too low. I want a refund for this poor service.

I had issues using a voucher because the establishment only accepts one Groupon per visit, even though they advertise multiple services. This limitation was not specified on Groupon. When attempting to exchange it, I couldn't find any suitable deals. However, I recently received an email informing me that the Groupon expired on November 10. I would appreciate a refund as the business declined to honor the Groupon for the paid service.

I am experiencing issues with items showing as delivered on my Groupon that I did not receive. Some items were not ordered by me, and I am being charged on my card instead of deducting from my credit. I purchased a Groupon for South Florida Cosmetics at a 30% discount. I intended to pay with my PayPal credit, but it charged my bank account instead. After requesting a refund, I received Groupon credits instead of a bank refund. Unaware of this, I purchased another Groupon hoping to use my PayPal credit, which was unsuccessful as well. I bought Groupons for a wine tasting as a Christmas gift for my son and me. We emailed them to ourselves to print, wrap, and give on Christmas day. After viewing the vouchers, we noticed issues that will make it hard for the recipients to use them, which would be disappointing. I am asking for a refund so we can buy a Groupon for another winery. Order number #1[redacted]67-[redacted] is for a door plaque. Unfortunately, during the ordering process, I was not prompted to input the number and street name I needed on the plaque. I assumed this option would be available before payment confirmation, but it was not. I have reached out to their customer support via email, and they redirected me to Groupon since that's where the order was made. Despite providing the correct information, Groupon seems reluctant to assist. I have contacted Decomatters, the company in question, through their customer support as well, requesting to cancel the order so I can place a new one with the accurate details.

I bought a kid's nail spa product on Groupon, but I'm having trouble with my password. When I try to reset it, I'm not receiving any emails with the reset link. Additionally, I keep getting internal error messages when I try to access Groupon. This is urgent as I need to print out the voucher for Christmas in just 2 days.

I would like to request a refund for the massaging heating pad I bought last week. There are a few issues: 1.
