I recently visited Skateworld in Kettering, Ohio, and attempted to redeem a coupon for their services through your company. After providing my card information and completing the purchase, instead of receiving a voucher, I was prompted to input a password. Despite multiple attempts, the system would not accept my password and looped me back to the beginning of the transaction process. When I attempted to contact customer service for a refund, I was informed that Groupon does not take phone calls. Unfortunately, my experience with the live chat was also unsuccessful as I was redirected back to the start of the transaction. I was ultimately unable to make use of the coupon and am requesting a refund.

Dear Customer Service, I had a booking for afternoon tea at The Abbotts Barton Hotel in Canterbury on the 23rd of March [redacted], which was cancelled due to Covid lockdowns. I was informed that the voucher expiry date had been extended to the 20th of April [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the closure of the hotel and other circumstances, I have been unable to redeem the voucher. As the current expiry date is fast approaching, I kindly request clarification on whether there will be a further extension. Once the hotel reopens, I would like to redeem the voucher. On February 10, [redacted], I purchased a $[redacted].00 voucher for a fishing trip for 4 with Pure Florida in Naples, FL from Groupon. When I tried to print the voucher, I encountered an issue where it said "Use Now" instead of allowing me to print. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to retrieve the voucher for the trip scheduled in the next few days. Therefore, I had to pay using my Chase credit card. I intended to use the voucher for that particular trip and would not have bought it otherwise. I have never faced such an issue with Groupon before. I have spoken to a Pure Florida representative who directed me back to Groupon. The voucher is now printable, but I no longer need it. I am seeking assistance to have the charge removed from my Chase Visa card, as the voucher was essential for the February trip. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Donald R.

I bought a Groupon in December [redacted] for a facial. When I reached out to the company, they said they couldn't provide facials due to COVID but would contact me when they could. After not hearing back, I called in March to check if they were offering facials again. They scheduled me for March 19th, but on the morning of the appointment, they canceled due to a personal emergency and promised to reschedule. I've been trying to get in touch to reschedule since then, but have received no response. This seems like a scam, and I want a full refund for the service I never received. I recently made a purchase on Groupon for a cleaning service, thinking it was for a floral Groupon. I had considered a different maid service but found out they don't cover my area when I called them before buying. I mistakenly ended up purchasing the cleaning Groupon without realizing it was in my cart. As a new Groupon user, I'm unsure of how to proceed. Lately, my orders from Groupon have been problematic, which never happened in my five years of shopping with them. It seems like the team is overworked. Often, there is no indication of the sender or receipt in the package, making returns difficult. In the past, Groupon was accurate with sizes, but now, there seem to be mistakes.

I recently used your service for the first time to book a hotel for my son working in Reno. I have a voucher for a photo on metal set to expire soon, but upon trying to redeem it, it’s showing as already redeemed. This has happened with all four photo vouchers I have purchased. I have previously reported issues with three others. When I tried to redeem those on the last day, they were marked as expired despite being within the valid timeframe. I have not received any updates on this despite reaching out a week ago. If you check my Groupon account under expired vouchers, you will find them listed. However, they were not expired when I tried to use them. In the redeemed vouchers section, only two show up, with one marked incorrectly. This situation needs to be resolved before I consider making any further purchases. I hope to have all vouchers honored so I can proceed with ordering my photos. There was a mix-up with purchasing two slate vouchers and a two-dollar Chinese bill I didn’t realize I had bought until it arrived. I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I bought a smog test deal at Cheap Smog Test in Santa Rosa, California. Unfortunately, my car couldn't be tested due to damage from a rat chewing the exhaust line. I got it fixed and returned a few days later for a retest, as suggested by the staff. However, different employees were there and refused to test it without my original paperwork. They demanded I come back when the previous technician was available. Despite offering to show the replaced part, they insisted on the paperwork. They were unhelpful, insisting I return even though it's a long trip for me. The staff was argumentative and accused me of potential dishonesty. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. Since I had to buy a second Groupon for the test, why couldn't it be considered a new test? I just wanted a simple retest, but they made it unnecessarily complicated. I now seek a refund to get the test done elsewhere.

The validity was extended until 04/30/[redacted] due to unforeseen events related to Covid-19 preventing me from using it. For instance, a reservation made on 11/07/[redacted] was suspended last minute due to new DPCM regulations. I fell victim to a fake Groupon deal for childcare and it's still being offered daily. I bought a Groupon for childcare at Brilliant Minds Learning Center in Belleville, MI where I live. The low price raised suspicions. When I contacted the number provided, it connected to Bellacino's Pizza instead of the learning center. Upon visiting the location, I found Children on Board Childcare Center now occupies the space, having moved in recently; the old signage for Brilliant Minds remains. Brilliant Minds has been closed for years without activity on their Facebook page. Groupon only offered a refund in Groupon Bucks, not to my original payment through Paypal. I request a refund to Paypal and the removal of this fraudulent Groupon offer.

Please reach out to me at [redacted]. I reached out to Nibblerz Desserts before the Groupon expired ([redacted]8). I had discussed the need to order cupcakes for the week of April 5th. I made an online order this morning, but Michelle, the owner, mentioned that she didn’t receive it. I tried again, but the website didn’t allow me to select April 10th, so now it's scheduled for April 11th. The website states a notice period of 24 hours. I have been unsuccessful in contacting her. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

I accidentally purchased two salon 8 eyelash orders instead of one. One of them shows as refunded, but I haven't seen the credit on Groupon or in my bank account. I tried to use the other Groupon at salon 8 today, but the associate advised me to get a refund as the service wasn't suitable for my lashes. When I tried to get help from Groupon, the website was unresponsive. I need both salon 8 Groupons to be credited so I can use the credit for another service. Thank you.

I bought a lip filler deal on Groupon for $[redacted] with my Capital One debit card. The first payment was approved with approval code 018542Z. The next day, my card was charged again, and the second payment was declined. PayPal then took the money from my checking account. I spoke with my bank, who advised me to contact PayPal. When I reached out to PayPal, they asked me to contact Capital One. After calling Capital One, they confirmed that the transaction was approved. I intended for the service to be charged to my card, not my checking account. PayPal mentioned they had already paid the merchant, but I only purchased one voucher and have not redeemed it. I am seeking a refund to my bank account to avoid it being overdrawn. I have spent the entire day trying to resolve this issue and would appreciate your assistance in resolving it promptly.
